RSS scroller.

I think we should have an RSS scroller thingy for the RAFblog at the top of the forum, just like there is one on the RAF homepage. That way people who don't visit the homepage (like moi) can see if there is a new blog post without actually going to the blog.

I did think about that. But placement and layout is important, and I simply haven't come up with a good place to put it.
