Mine
Name & Age: Dru 13
Personality: Flirty, Carefree, Strategic, Has great potential but is too lazy to use it (so says the teachers)
Skills: Estreen level morphing ability,When he first obtained the morphing power He worked on Frolis Maneuvers, and partial morphs so he can sneak out the house and do things to kill his boredom and now mastered both the techniques.
Likes: Girls, Jokes, Sports, Video Games,Parkour
Dislikes: Sport Video Games for being too unrealistic, people who date a new person every day
Relations with other characters: They originally voted him to be the leader but he declined it so they gave it to someone else (Who ever wants to be leader gets to be but not my character)
Backstory: He is an African-American who loves music and sports, he spends most his fridays on his Xbox playing Halo and has lots of friends at school and most girls laugh at him for never having a girlfriend plays most of the schools sports and was forced by parents to be in choir. Can Hack computers but not a pro. He talks to himself while working which is what he is best known for at school.
Morphs: Irish Setter, Rhino(was secondary until acquired Hork-Bajir), Human, Yeerk (once got infested after a mission), Osprey(Fish Hawk), Flea, Wolf Spider, Silverback Gorilla(Primary Battle Morph until acquires Hork-Bajir), Hork-Bajir ( stabbed while in rhino morph and acquires after demorphing) Polar Bear, Fly, Dragonfly
All of the events from getting the morphing power to whatever is happening now is Off-screen, so it starts with the characters with the characters with the morphing power. Based in Present day California

I have to say I'm hugely against 1st person RPing; but I'll give it a shot.
Name & age : Sean Townsend 15
Personality: Sure of himself, abrasive with some, intellectual, Easy going with friends.
Skills: Practiced at the Frolis Maneuver. Naturally stealthy. Oddly accurate with most projectiles. Rapid acquisitions
Likes: Escaping reality in morph, Leading the charge, Acquiring anything alien.
Dislikes: Being without options, Entering a fight without a plan, Dumbass remarks
Relations with other characters: Friends with Dru, Prefers not to lead (I will if no one else picks up the mantle)
Backstory: Met Dru on Xbox LIVE, realized they were in the same town and became friends. He home schools himself as his father is constantly working on site. This group is mostly what comprises of his "social circle". He has a few close loyal comrades on LIVE; but few IRL friends.
Morphs:Black Panther(primary morph), Cooper's Hawk, Ox, Human, Yeerk (acquired the Yeerk after freeing Dru), Hork-Bajir (acquired immediately after a won battle), Taxxon(acquired after a won battle - rarely used), Flea, Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, Arctic Wolf, Fly, Praying Mantis, Spider Monkey, Dog, Squirrel.

I have to say I'm hugely against 1st person RPing; but I'll give it a shot.
You can do it in 3rd person, I just want to do mine in first person. If you want to start you can, or wait for more people.

It's probably better to wait a bit longer. Once some people see a bit of interest they may come 'round.

Yeah, if you're going to create the RP, you have to play the role of GM. Those decisions are yours. You create the rules (or lack thereof), and move the story.

Oh, well allrighty then! They are fighting Visser Three(NPC) and it is basically the same storyline except with Thought-speak outiside morph and present day, and it starts right before 45 The Revelation.

What do you mean? Are you saying that we can use Thought Speak even though we've demorphed and are in our original Human form? So basically, if you have the Morphing Power in your DNA, you can use Thought Speak?

Name & age : Kira, 13
Personality: Playfully teases, outgoing, is not afraid to show her geek side to people, but likes to stay with a small group of people versus large masses.
Skills: avid paintball player, can shoot real firearms, playing games of XBOX (mostly RP), volunteers at the local animal shelter ((mostly as a dog walker))
Likes: Guys in uniforms, scifi & fantasy novels, tabletop games, writing & painting
Dislikes: Egomaniacs, people acting stupid to get attention
Relations with other characters: Just a classmate that the others might have seen past in the halls
Backstory: Is the youngest of three sisters and the most tomboy of all of them. Kira comes from an Air Force family but has only lived in one state her whole entire life up until recently because of her father's job. Her mother is a real estate agent while both of her sisters are out of state. One is a teacher and the other is a flight attendant. She takes a lot of her endless love of spontaneous adventures from her dad and they went camping or fishing in swampy areas. But now that she has moved to a new home, she has no one.
That was until at lunch one day she heard two boys talking about Halo. So she took her chances and moved over to the table where Dru and Sean were and introduced herself. Not just as 'Kira' but also as her XBOX Live username: CatSword106. After that, she didn't feel so alone anymore and has been hanging out with them as much as possible.
Morphs: Tabby cat named "Grrr" (her first morph), A white German Shepherd named "Ghast", Lioness (Primary battle morph), American Kestrel (primary aerial morph) , Flea, Squirrel
((Will we start from the beginning or just jump into it? Because I see others morphs and like "Who what when?" Like the Yeerk and Hork-Bajir))

Under and my character have history. We're in the same group. We've fought many battles together; and had the same notion of acquiring our enemy. Underseen's character was once possessed by a Yeerk that we detained and starved it out of him. He acquired the Yeerk. As the Yeerk crawled out of his head, I too acquired it before it died.
Good question though. Are we taking the place of The Animorphs, are they in this story and we control them? Do you control all of them? Other than Tobias?

Thank you for condensing it and with helping me understand with 'we're taking their places or not'. Because if we are, I think that we should all basically have all of the morphs that the original Animorphs have going from Revaluation back. Minus ones that are their personal favs.

Should we be replacing The Animorphs, I have a few issues with your list (if you're trying to reflect the necessity morphs in the books):
1) This is the first day they got their battle morphs and invade the Yeerk Pool. So you'd have to have gotten your Lioness at this time as well.
2)This book they gained their flight morphs.
3) This book they gained wolf and trout morphs
4)This book is when we collect Ax (I think Ax should be in our story as well), so we'd have had to acquire a Dolphin in this book. We'd also need to acquire a Seagull to get to the Dolphin
5) We get Ant morphs here, Ax gets a flier
6) We get Co ckroaches and Flies; "Cassie" gets Owl
7)"Rachel" gets Bear and Owl
I've run out of time, but I'll investigate more necessary morphs needed later.

I thought of something and thought I throw my hat in. I am a bit of an artist and maybe I can make a group shot? Actually, it may be a good idea to turn this into the OOC thread and just start a new topic for the actual RP. That way we can continue to post freely here with more ideas and not have it interrupt the RP.

I've also changed the name of Erek, the Chee. I figured it might be better to change small details so it would reflect Animorphs, but not mirror exactly. Aximili has quite an original and elaborate name, so we can keep his.
Anywho, who's house should be the meeting place? My character's dad is rarely home; but we could have a "Cassie" character that has a barn. Q, where did you see your character living?

Do you mean wait for other RP posts, or posts regarding where others live? Where is your house with regards to the city? Mine is in town.
I assume you can reply to my character. I am directly interacting with yours. Sean went straight to your house after receiving the news anyhow. So unless the other characters have reason to be at your house, I doubt they would be.

Well she lives with her parents that is not too far from the suburbs but they got like 12 acres for horses. I just posted that she biked to Dru's place so it probably takes her 20 minutes to get there. I like to put her as being athletic (biking is her exercise of choice) but we can turn that into a small farm.

Also, if you guys can keep all OOC chatter here, it won't muddle the story. Any questionable details can always be retcon'd.
Also, remember when using Thought-Speech, that unless you mention it, it's considered open TS, so anyone within a certain radius can hear it. So it's better to use the <<Private TS brackets>> and detail who can hear it.
EDIT:
Tobias, if you wouldn't mind either modifying your OOC post in the RP to your character's entrance, or just deleting it, it'd be appreciated. Otherwise it clutters up and confuses the story.
Retrospectively, it would help to delete your guys' notes in your RP posts as well Under, Q.

Not these horses. They are breeding horses. So they're pampered. But ya, they have a stable. I got the idea from my friend whose parents have land like this.

So, "No, horses work" meant: No, there's no need to turn your horse ranch into a small farm; having your family have horses works nicely for our story.

Um... Under? What the hell was that? Why are you controlling my character's mother? And why would Visser One be at Earth? Why would he be a he?
When I renamed Erek, it was a small change. He still plays the same role, has the same attributes, and is still the same character.
If you're going to rewrite the entire series, we need to iron out the details before posting. You can't just randomly state the gravity works in reverse and expect everyone to go along.

I gotcha. Please don't read any anger in my posts. I know the wording can be abrasive; but I wasn't pissed off or anything. I was just calling out what I felt was unfair RPing.
I understand this RP is your idea; but when you create characters, I won't manipulate them unless I have permission. I'd also like that consideration toward my character creations. Thanks.
