The fortress of solitude, the north pole. April 1 1996
-Superman, our sensors have located an alien war fleet approaching earth, they will arrive in an estimated 2 hours- Robot number 7 said.
The man of steel turned around, the blue and red costume and the "S" in his chest made him the idol of millions around the world. Powerful, swift, a god among the humans he had sworn to protect. The last son of krypton took flight, when would brainiac learn not to mess with earth? He reached Saturn in less than 30 seconds and saw the swarm of black ships approaching. But those ships weren't Brainiac's. Among the group he noticed a different ship. Looking like a medieval battle Ax. His super hearing should allow him to hear every word inside the craft, but there isn't any. Curious and indestructible as he is he charges the ship and makes a door were there wasn't one a second before, the gap is automatically sealed to prevent the vacuum of space from destroying the ship. He finds himself in a red lit room and tries to look trough the walls to find any sign of the invaders, but he cant."Lead" he says to himself. A pair of doors open and in comes a figure that resembles the centaurs of ancient tales, but blue, an extra pair of eyes mounted in horns at the top of his head and a wicked tail, not unlike the one of a scorpion.-Greetings superman- the creature says, but not with words, but with telepathy. Even though his "voice" seems evil, rotten. -I am Visser 3, leader of the yeerk invasion of earth-
Superman walks until he is face to face with the being and punches the alien on the face, he doesn't need to hear another word. On earth that blow could have leveled a mountain, but the creature just takes a step back and cleans his face with his wrist.Is he facing another super-beign? The alien chuckles, then laughs.-Yes, kryptonians, you would have been magnificent hosts.Too bad you have such pathetic weaknesses, red sunlight...-just then he realizes, the red lights are red sun generators, he is powerless!-And a rock...- The creature whips his tail, too fast for a human, or a powerless superman, he does sees however, that on the end of his tail blade there is a green glowing, diamond, kryptonite. The attack cuts deeply into Supermans chest, and he crumbles to the floor. Before passing out he "hears" -Take him away, it seems I have found a new host-
The secret society of supervillains HQ. Location unknown.
The hall is a sinister looking cave. With a large grey table in the middle. The chairs, labeled "Joker","Black Adam","Deathstroke","Giganta","Zatanna",and "Professor Zoom" are occupied by their owners. Lex Luthor is talking to them -My fellow supervillains- he is bald and wears a very expensive tuxedo, his muscles, product of many years at prison, bulk him up- I have called you because earth is being invaded by a parasitic species called the yeerks-
Black Adam interrupts, perhaps the mightiest in the hall, his black and golden suit reflects the little light in the room. -Why should we care?- A murmur of general agreement rises. -Because- continues Luthor -I have negotiated with them. I truly believe they would have a chance of succeeding if not for the justice league- A shadow of anger crosses his face -That's why I offered them our services and crucial information to take down the league if they allow us to rule over what is left of this world after they are over. I merely consider a formality to vote on this as the most powerful member of the league was defeated an hour ago thanks to the data I gave to the leader of this invasion.So, all in favor? Adam? Giganta?Deathstroke? Zatanna? Professor Zoom?- One by one the supervillains agreed, then it was the turn of the clown prince of crime- Joker?-
The watchtower. 1 mile above earth orbit.
The JLA was joined again, flash, the martian manhunter ,wonder woman, green arrow, hawkgirl and myself, ready to witness the Batman's latest invention. Only Superman's chair was empty.
-Bats- I said -Before we begin. Where's supes?- He shrugged -I'm sure he's fine. Now, what I've got here - From under his cape he took what seemed a TV remote- is designed to open gaps in dimensions to alternate universes- Everyone fell silent, they already had experience with alternate universes but this was new. -Now without further question- The Batman pressed a button and a yellow portal appeared out of thin air. At the other side, a city...
-What is that?- Wonder woman asked covering herself from the blinding light, but I knew the answer -It's new york city...-
-From another universe- finished batman.

Joker:
I smiled my evil smile at the illustrious leader. "Why of course Luther. As long as they don't spoil my fun and allow to me to personally drive batman completely...batty. .." After the pause I let out a cackle. It's so wonderfuly fun being mad. Batman will know my laughter before the end of his pitiful life. I crossed my leg and looke inqusitively at Luther. "So please, enlighten us on these visitors."
Flash:
I flashed in just in time for the meeting to start. "I don't think Supes would miss a meeting. It;s not like him." My comment was overshadowed when batman casually opened a portal to another dimmesnion. Show off.

-Just my thoughts- Luthor pressed a button in the table and a wall in the cave opened to reveal a gigantic TV screen showing what looked like a 3 inch long slug. -They are called "yeerks".-The next image was that of a human ear chanel- They are a parasitic species that enter a hosts brain through the ear channel and take full controll of motor functions, having already enslaved several species throughout the cosmos.-The photos of what looked like a two legged dinosaur with blades everywhere, a giant centipede and others to bizarre to describe-Their fleet will be arriving on earth in 1 hour.Their main goal is to obtain host bodies and expand their conquest of other races. Our agreement limits this number to 3/4 of the total global population-
-So we get to rule over one miserable fourth of the earth population? I thought you were smart Luthor- Professor Zoom challenged.
-Precicely- Answered Luthor without taking to account the challenge in Zoom´s voice - But this way we get rid of the justice league forever, and manage to avoid greater damage to the territories-

Unknown location
A single figure sat cross-legged on the stone floor. A faint glow came from her eyes, casting a faint light which illuminated her form. The hood she wore, which was pointed in way reminiscent of a bird' beak, cast shadows that completely concealed her upper face, leaving only her mouth and chin visible. Only her glowing eyes were visible from the darkness that covered her face. The hood was attached to a flowing cloak which trailed on the floor behind her. Her navy cloak and hood was complimented by a black leotard with long sleeves that covered the back of her hands. Suddenly the glowing stopped as the figure closed her eyes and began to meditate. Painstakingly slowly, she began to rise above the ground as she meditated. She floated there for a while before her eyes opened suddenly and she sank to the ground.
She had felt a disturbance and it had cut short her meditation. One of her talents was to travel across dimensions and she felt ripples from another dimension. Something was causing it to cross over with the dimension she was currently in. She needed to use her soul-self to go and investigate the disturbance. Standing up and wrapping her cloak around herself, the darkness rose and surrounded her and it took the shape of a raven. The being then vanished.
A shadowy raven the size of a woman appeared before the portal and as the shadows receded, the hooded being re-emerged. Her luminous eyes took in the portal and she stepped away from it, turning round to realise that she was standing with none other than the Justice League. She wondered what they were doing tampering with dimensions but said nothing. They had a civil relationship but nothing more after they refused to aid her when her demonic father planned to come to her dimension and spread destruction. Such a slight remained in her memory, though she didn't allow herself to become annoyed. Annoyance led to anger and emotions would send her powers haywire and caused trouble and destruction. She inclined her head, murmuring,
"My apologies for interrupting your meeting. I sensed another dimension and assumed that something bad was occurring." She explained her sudden appearance. She was unsure whether to offer to leave or to ask precisely why they were opening up a portal to another dimension.

Do not worry Raven -Princess Diana replied. The relationship between the Titans and the JLA ha never been very close. But thre wasnt a reason to be hostile- I assure you everything is fine,its only the batman and another of his gadgets.-After a moment hesitation she continues -Perhaps you wish to see the rest of the experiment...?-Suddendly a figure emerged from the portal, a man dressed in a red and blue suit.

Raven was reassured when she was not only forgiven for trespassing but was also invited to stay and watch. She had been cutting herself off from society recently to attempt to hone her control on her emotions after a stressful few missions with the Titans. One or two of them had gone awry after her emotions got the better of her. She was currently on a break from working with them and shouldn't have reacted to the dimensional disturbance- it was their job. But it had startled her. She barely had time to nod, accepting the invitation to stay when a figure emerged from the portal. She assumed that this might be a superhero from another dimension considering he was dressed in a full body suit.
"Interesting..." She commented quietly in a monotone.

Spider-Man was swinging through the streets of New York. He had recently returned from his final check-up with the science team at Stark's building. After surviving his freak mutation attack and turning into the Man-spider; Spider-Man had finally regained full control of his self and body. Only the process had turned out two odd and (in one case) unfortunate side-effect; he could now, biologically, produce organic webs from his wrists... and he still retained his four extra arms. Profession Xavier was unable to help answer why and referred him to Tony Stark. Iron Man's endless resources and combined brilliant minds couldn't figure out why this "mutation" decided to become an "evolution". The only thing Tony could do in the end was make sure that the mutation wouldn't ever come back. He also gave Peter Parker some peace of mind by equipping his belt with a stealth unit, allowing him to make his arms visually disappear. They'd still be there; but no one would see them. Allowing him to not only play some neat tricks on people; but keep his identity securely secret. What better proof to show you're not Spider-Man than to have four less arms than he has?
Spider-Man was testing out a new swinging pattern involving all six of his arms, and this new(ish) organic web. As they were his arms, and they all moved independently from each other, they allowed for more powerful swings, and quicker replacements of lost connections. He was more involved in the mechanics of movement and gauging the quality of this new organic web; he hadn't really noticed that he was going in circles around Stark's general neighborhood.
His senses started screaming at him! Something unnatural was happening. It wasn't so much immediate danger, as it was an explosive change in the universe. Spider-Man looked up and saw outside of Stark Tower, a whole in the sky. He immediately shot six webs upward and catapulted himself up to the tower. With the extra power of his arms' pull and the added strength of the new web, Spider-Man had over-shot the tower and ended up going straight for the portal itself. He was so fascinated by these facts, he hadn't thought to correct his course. Before he knew it, he flew, back-flipped, and landed in the middle of a large room. He was surrounded by obvious superheroes; however he hadn't recognized any of them. A couple of them looked a little familiar; but they definitely weren't from his neck of the woods.
He stood in the middle of a table, in his new suit designed by Stark Ind. It was wholly deep dark blue and had a red spider in the middle of his chest. Its legs spread out across his chest, reaching up to his shoulders, and down to his kidneys. He kept the same white, triangular eyes. This new design, explained by Stark, helped with his new stealth capabilities; to Spider-Man, it just looked cool.
He looked around the table unsure of what was happening and with a wave of a single hand, he said, "Wassup?"

"I like him." Flash commented.

The justice league stared in amzement, surely this visitor wasn´t hostile,and even if he was, the whole JLA was there, Diana cleared her throat before beggining to explain -I am princess Diana of the amazons, you are now in the justice league of ameica headquaters, the watch tower, this are the Batman, Green Lantern, Hawkgirl, the Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, and Flash- She had signaled each of us as she called our names-

Raven looked the newcomer up and down fully now that he'd emerged completely from the portal. He'd greeted everyone seemingly cheerfully and lightly. She wasn't sure what to think of him. His suit was dark, very dark, darker than her cloak and hood and she couldn't quite tell whether it was blue or black. The blood-red spider on his chest seemed like a sign of danger to her and she couldn't understand why he'd greet them so flippantly when the suit made her believe that he was a force to be reckoned with. Then she noted that he had more than just two arms and when she glanced back at the spider on his chest again, she began to guess what kind of a hero this might be. The Justice League were introduced and she inclined her head as she greeted him.
"Hello." She spoke, wondering exactly who he was and beginning to wonder why exactly Batman had created a portal if it meant that heroes (and possibly villains) from other dimensions could obtain access to this one. "I am Raven. I am not part of the Justice League. I am...visiting." She finished, deciding not to mention the Teen Titans after the thought arose that perhaps this man was in fact a villain, considering his dark outfit.

Spider-Man went around the table, greeting everyone in order, nodding to each person, "Ms. Marvel, Moonknight, Greeny, girl Archangel, Vision, Hawkeye, Quicksilver." He looks at Raven, head tilted, bottom arms on his hips, middle arms crossed, and his top arms crossed but one hand rubbing his chin, "Hmm... dark emo chick..." he snaps his fingers that were once scratching his chin, "Rogue!"
He stands proudly, all arms now on his hips, "I am Spider-Man, the Amazing!" He does a back-flip barrel roll and sends streamers of webbing into the air using all six arms. He lands on his two feet in his signature stance, one knee bent, the other leg straight; and his torso bent in a bow with all six arms spread out towards those seated around him, ready to shake their hands. He whips his head up and says, "Nice to meet ya."

Raven was taken aback by his greeting, which were full of names unfamiliar to her and as he called her a 'dark emo chick', her luminous white eyes glowed brighter for a second as she felt irritance stirring deep within her but smothered it before it could set off her powers. So, this hero was named 'Spider-Man'. She commented quietly,
"Certainly an original name." Her voice was monotone but she expected that her biting sarcasm would be understood by this Spider-Man. "And who exactly is Rogue?" She wanted to know what he meant by that word. His introduction was rather...flamboyant and she felt that it was perhaps even slightly arrogant, although it interested her to see webbing shoot from his arms. A clue to his powers... She preferred to avoid any kind of physical contact and shook her head in case he attempted to shake her hand.

Just then the lights in thw whole watchtower flickered and went out. I had seen Raven's eyes do their thing so maybe -Was that you?- But before she could answer batman interrupted. -It wasnt her, power failure, the portal...- then I saw what he meant, the portal grew smaller, until it vanished.

"So, if we can summon heroes from another dimmension, why did we not summon ALL of them?"

-We didnt summon him- the batman answered through gritted teeth- he appeared, and besides, that´s the least of our worries, now we have no way of sending him back-
-Well- I said- Maybe I could open the portal-
-No you couldn´t, we dont have the exact cordinates and time he came from, you could end up sending him to the wrong place, or the wrong time.-
-What about Barry, someone vibrating at the right speed could...-
-I think we all remember what happened to Johny Quick when he attempted that-
I did, all too well, he died . The poor bastard had vibrated so fast that he aged himself up 60 years in a few minutes...

Raven opened her mouth to deny responsibility for the seeming power surge when Batman explained and she shut her mouth, satisfied. Then an animated discussion about portals, dimensions and technical points started and she listened silently. She would have volunteered to cross dimensions and take Spider-Man back to his home but she doubted that she had ever visited such a dimension and without being familiar with the place, she couldn't teleport without things going wrong. She nodded, agreeing with comments about how it would not be possible to send Spider-Man back.
"Our apologies, Spider-Man." She spoke, this time feeling slightly embarrassed about having seen her fellow heroes almost kidnap a hero then strand him in this foreign place.

Spider-Man stood back up and faced dark caped hero with the pointy hat. He put his multiple hands on his hips and asked, "What do you mean you have no way of sending me back? How did you find my world to begin with? Doesn't your computer keep a log of the coordinates entered or found? A system like yours has got to have at least a couple of redundancy servers; I know ours does. Tony backs everything of his on at least three locations." He crossed all three pairs of arms and looked intently at the pointed one, "That's just bad planning and preparation."
Spider-Man let his arms fall to his side and he back-flipped into an empty chair, "So what's the point to this little meeting then, huh? What was so special about my New York?"

The batman was obviously pissed about being lectured,he did kept extra logs, in the batcave and the fortress of solitude. There was nothing special about his earth, actually the whole point in finding alternate dimensions was to find what he called "earth prime" but he wouldnt waste his time explaining.
-The emergency power is coming back up-red lights bathed the room.Then an alarm.
-Now what?-I said
-A war fleet approaching-Batman answered.

Raven tensed as everything turned chaotic under the red lights and as noise assaulted her ears. She raised her arms defensively as she took a fighting stance, fists clenched as if she was expecting a physical fight. Batman explained the cause of the noise and she straightened up, lowering her fists. A war fleet? What did that mean? Fleet...boats? Aircraft? Spaceships? She remained alert nonetheless, struggling to raise her voice sufficiently to make it heard over the noise.
"War fleet?" She simply echoed, waiting to see whether Batman would clarify or whether his attention would be needed elsewhere to deal with the implications of this 'war fleet'.

-Brainiac again?- I asked. The batman shook his head.
-I dont know what they are, at least 50 ships, different sizes, visual contact in 10 seconds-
I looked out the window, what was I looking for?

Spider-Man looked around confused and frustrated, "Mind telling me what you guys sucked me into? I was perfectly happy adjusting to my new suit; and now here I am in the middle of your problems." He crossed his bottom four arms and put his top arms behind his head, leaning back into his chair.

It was wonder woman ho replied, I never thought she would be good with diplomacy. -Spiderman, it seems our earth is being invaded. I know this must be uncomfortable for you but now we have bigger issues at hand.We must get back to earth so we can send you back to your dimension, in the meantime if you could bear with us or be of assistance we would be grateful-.
-They wont answer radio signals- continued batman-so much for diplomacy. Lantern check it out, those who cant breathe in space go to earth, they're landing in california-

Spider-Man sat up, hands on the table and replied, "Well, I'd never deny the request of a pretty lady. How do we get outta here.?"

I was up in a flash. "We go to the teleporter room. We use it to get to and from Watchtower."

Spider-Man stands up from his chair and repies, "Transporter Room. Wonderfully helpful that tells me exactly where to go. Anyone else have an answer?" He looks back to Flash, "Preferably someone whose brain isn't running at super speed." The normal good-natured sarcasm has turned to sardonicism. He wasn't comfortable being in this new environment.

Raven listened to the conversation, debating whether or not to go ahead of the group using her ability to teleport. She could go it alone but considering that it was an entire war fleet they were about to investigate, she wondered whether it might be easier for her to join the group already assembled. She reflected with dry amusement on the fact that she worked better alone due to her particular powers and yet she was pretty much stuck with the Justice League for now. Out of the corner of a radiant eye, she saw that Spider-Man was discontented with this situation. But he was directing his ire at Flash, so she saw no reason to get involved. She merely waited for the others to lead the way to the Teleporter Room as she did not know its whereabouts.

-Ok, Flash, show the way for our new visitor will you? I have to prepare a welcoming comitee- I substracted my lantern from the pocket dimension were it was stored an charged my ring, I couldnt afford to run out of juice in a battle
-In brightest day, in blackest night,

beware my power green lantern´s light! Ok, I´m done, see you later- I flew towards the roof and phazed through it, to the cold of space, and to the sight of a war fleet. I didnt wanted to shoot first, just in case, so concentrating I materialized a gigantic green speaker, no matter what language they speaked the trnaslator would work.
-Im a a member of the green lantern corps, protector of sector 2814. The members of the corps are authorized to use lethal force in case of the invasion of a planet, turn around and leave, you have ten seconds to comply- They shoot, a gigantic red laser that surfed through space in less than a second, I put up a green energy bullet shield, the laser bounced of harmlessly. "So it begins" I thought.

I forced myself to slow down to a normal pace and called to Spiderguy and Raven. "Follow me." I strolled down a long corridor that would eventually open to a room the size of the Staples Center.

Raven followed Flash, grateful that he was accommodating for people who moved slower than he did. She tagged along behind him and noticed that the corridor they were traversing was rather long. She also found herself wondering whether Spider-Man had any powers other than being able to shoot webbing and possessing an abnormal number of arms. She could see why he would be able to fight crime- use the arms to real advantage in fistfights, use the webbing to trap criminals, combine the two... but she wondered what would happen when it came to gun fights or whether there were situations in which simply punching and shooting webbing were not enough.

Spider-Man followed the crimson speeder on foot and asked when they arrived to the large room, "So, what do you transport here... Dinosaurs? Why the huge room for something so simple?"
Back in the Marvel universe, inside Stark Tower:
"What do you mean you don't know?"
"I mean I don't know. The portal wasn't open long enough to get a good read out."
"So you're telling me that you got all these fancy machines and all these smart people surrounding you for what... looks?"
"Oh please Wade, if I wanted to look good, I'd hire models, not scientists." A slender woman in a lab coat approaches.
"Your coffee Mr. Stark."
Tony Stark takes the drink and gives the woman a pat as she walks away. He looks back to the man he's talking to and shrugs.
"She's my assistant, not a scientist."
"And the lab coat?"
"She likes to wear it, it's my spare."
Deadpool shakes his head, cracking his neck, "Look, why the hell am I here if there's no reason for me to be? No portal, no place for me to go to; no hero's ass to save."
Tony hung his head, "You're not just here to retrieve Spider-Man. You're also here as added security in case they re-open the portal from their side. They may be abducting us one by one."
Deadpool let his head fall to one side, "So what, I'm here as a scapegoat; as an alternative to nabbing you as you work on this thing?"
Tony narrows his eyes, "No. Now stand by and stay alert, or I'll hire someone else."
Deadpool crosses his arms and falls backward onto a couch, "Fine. Really, the only reason I took the job is because I was bored. At least here I can be bored in luxury." He swats at a hanging leaf from a plant nearby, "So you really have no clue where he went?"
Tony answers, "Not exactly. There's still a residue effect from where the portal once stood. We're studying its effects right now. It's no small deal tearing a whole in Space/Time; and the effect doesn't heal just like that. I've left a message for Dr. Strange to see if he could help too. If the portal is magic-based, he'd be more help than our computers."
Deadpool's head falls back onto the head rest, "Oh great, why don't you just leave a message with Thor too? Bring the Norse Gods into the picture?"
Tony replied, "I did. They too have extensive experience using portal to get here from Asgard."
Deadpool's head shot up, "Are you serious? That goodie-good hates my guts. Why would you invite him and hire me?"
Tony replied, "He doesn't hate you, he only hates your profession."
"And anyone who choose that profession. You remember when Doom tried to steal Odin's powers, how 'well' we worked together."
Tony didn't reply, he just kept working at his console, inputting formulas and equations. Deadpool's head fell back again.
"This'll be fun."

"You havn't even seen a fraction of the league. Their can be hundreds of people in here at once, depending on how busy it is."

The ships fired again, this time it was a yellow beam. I put up a medieval looking shield, but this time, as the beam hit, my construct shattered. I was confused for a second, then it all became clear "Fear, these aliens, whatever they were, had acces to the emotional espectrum, but how? Who had told them how to use it? Sinestro?" It didnt mattered, I countered attacked, a giant fly swatter materialized and hit one of the smaller ships, making it explode in a shower of fire and sparks. Then I fired, a single ball of green energy that melted through one of the larger ships. They fired again.

Raven folded her arms, listening to the conversation. She didn't know a whole lot about the League when it came down to it, but her dealings with various Titans made her aware of how there certainly was a proportion of the population with superpowers, so she could understand the need for this room to have a large capacity. On the subject of her allies...
"Should this turn out to be an urgent situation, should I contact the Teen Titans?" She asked quietly, tilting her head slightly in a questioning pose. While her words were 'urgent situation', her meaning hiding underneath was 'if the situation is too much for us three alone to deal with'.

"If we're talking full scale invasion, I would definitely call them." I looked up at a raised Podium where Martian Manhunter was standing over the control console. "Send us to San Diego." He nodded and one of the teleporters hummed to life.

Spider-Man stood on a teleportation pad and awaited transport. He stayed quiet, his thoughts on his wife and fellow heroes of the Avengers; whether or not he would ever see them again.

The battle raged on, in normal circumstances I could have vaporized the fleet in minutes, but the yellow light of fear gave them an edge. Even though I was slowly catching a victory. I stopped to catch my breath, when someone zoomed next to me, I turn around and see HIM -Supes, what took you so long?-
-Sorry, I was busy, Hal behind you!- I snap my neck but nothing is there, then I see the fist, supes fist, in my face, I black out...

I stepped through the portal. We were in the middle of the lawn in front of town hall. Things seemed to be calm, although a few children were staring at my spandex.

I open my eyes slowly. "Hot" is the first thing I feel. I realice I'm entering atmosphere. Thankfully the ring is set to protect me from mortal harm in case I lost conciousness. I try to pull up, I can't. A green parachute appears ,the ropes tiying me to it snap. Close to the ground, too close,too fast to recover, air rushing next to me. I put my arms over my head and get my aura as thick as I can. I hit the ground at a breakneck speed,a green orb of light appears and then vanishes, the concrete shatters around me creating a crater. I'm mangled but alive. But where?

Raven followed the Flash, looking around as she realised that she was standing in front of a town hall. The city was familiar to her, having been there on the job with the Titans before. She raised an eyebrow as she noticed that there were a few children gathered around staring.

I didnt knew around, this wasnt Gotham,Metropolis, Keystone or Bluvhaven.
I flew up,then looked at my ring. A green map appeared, according to that I was somewhere in Europe.
Then I made my way to USA, I just hoped I wasnt to late to help.

Deadpool stands up and begins pacing around the penthouse of Tony Stark's building. Tony glances at him every-so-often and comments without looking away from his console. "Will you stop that, you're making me nervous."
Deadpool takes a step toward Tony and disappears. He reappears standing on top of Tony's desk. He asks, "This better boss?"
Tony jumps, startled, and backs away, "NO!" he regathers his composure and continues calmly, "You're here as security; if you're so bored, do a perimeter sweep."
Deadpool jumps into thin air and appears back on the couch, lounging, "Nah, you got sensors and all that crap. What do you need me running around for? If anything goes down, I need to be here."
Tony is about to reply when Jarvis enters the room, "Sir, a Doctor Strange is here for you."
Tony sighs with relief and replies to Jarvis instead, "Thank you Jarvis, show him in."
Jarvis bows and retreats to the other room. Shortly after, he returns with Dr. Strange walking in behind him. Dr. Strange walks up to Tony and gives a curt head nod, "Iron Man, I did not expect to hear from you."
Tony reciprocates the gesture and says, "Please, call me Tony. I'm not Iron Man at the moment."
Tony begins explaining the situation to Dr. Strange and Deadpool tunes the conversation out. Then he hears a familiar name.
Dr. Strange says, "Have you phoned Professor Xavier yet? He may be able to help as well."
Tony replies, "Of course; and he said he'd send someone over as soon as he could. I suggested Hank McCoy; but he was too busy with an experiment at the moment. She should be here soon."
Deadpool sits up, "She? Would this 'she' be Jean Grey? I'd love to get to know her better. It would drive Wolvy crazy. Heh heh heh."
Tony ignores the question and instead begins showing Dr. Strange to where the portal once was so he can start his own diagnosis. Deadpool shrugs off the slight and goes back to pacing about the room.

The black fleet enters earth's atmosphere glowing red with friction. They land around "The planet" building,but Superman ins't there. Their hatches openand out come dozens of 8 feet, lizard like aliens,with black beaksand blades protuding from wrists, elbows, knees and head. Also gigantic centipedes, with mouths lined with sharp teeth. All of them grasping hand held guns. They begin shooting at buildings taking away big chunks of city as the fighters fly over it,firing too.

Traveling faster than light makes going from Europe to USAso fastyou barely notice you started moving.Sadly I didn't knew where to start looking. Jump City, Keystone, Bludhaven, Star city and Gothan allseemed calm,which left only Metropolis.
-Oh damm- the invasion had begun. All of us wore communicators, so it was only a matter of talking to my ring,syching it to the offical League's frequency -Green lantern to justice league, they're tearing Metropolis appart, get yourselves here ASAP-

My communicator buzzed to life and delivered the grim news. I could see invading ships covering the sky in a blanket of dark metal. "I think you guys know what to do." With that I left them. In a flash a ran straight up a building, launching myself into the air. I launched onto the bottom of one of the ****roach shaped fighters and started to climb on board with intent to hijack it.
