Yea, why not just put Shawn Ashmore since he's more successful and has had more experience with being involved in an Animorphs show ?

Aaron is actually beginning to get a bit closer in success to Shawn, being on Smallville now, but Shawn still is more successful. I was focusing on the fact that he had already played Jake, so if they were to make an animated series and cast one of the Ashmore twins, it would be better to cast Shawn.

Aaron Ashmore is Shawn Ashmore's identical twin. The latter played Jake in the short-lived live action TV adaptation. It just seemed more realistic that Aaron Ashmore provide the voice rather than his more famous and busy brother. (Also, it just sounds cool seeing twins play each other's roles in two different adaptations.)
Now can we go back to casting voice actors? I'm the only one who respobded correctly to the thread so far!

I dont mind Justin Timberlake or Tobey Maquire but if any of these other people, especially Britney Spears, even thought about being on Animorphs I would go to which ever studio is making the show, and anihalate(?spelling?) everyone there!!!!

someone suggested ron perlman (hellboy) for the voice of visser three, i think it was matt, i loved that idea, hes done a ton of voice acting and would def do a good job

Visser is a weird character. He is like pure evil but at the same time almost cartoonish in his idiocy. You'd need someone who can do that.

aww c'mon wolfev, why'd ya haveta say somethin like that? now you've got me thinkin about who'd be a good voice actor for Visser 3... lolz
EDIT: Hugo Weaving would make a good voice actor for V3... what dya'll think?

I reckon James Earl Jones would be good for either Elfangor or Visser Three (although probably more likely to be able to get him for Elfangor)

Yeah, that was me. I mostly based that on the fact that he did Slade in Teen Titans, and I think that would be a good voice for the Visser
I also reckon Tom Kenny (Spongebob) for Ax. I considered him for Jara Hamee before, but I reckon Ax essentially needs two voices- a sensible one as an andalite, and a kinda silly one as a human. I think Tom would be good there.
Scott Menville (Robin in Teen Titans, Ma-Ti in Captain Planet) would be good as Tobias.
