Title: Bar next to Logo normal?

Just wondering if that bar next to the RAF logo is normal, or if it's just me.

LOL, I didn't mean any disrespect, I was just wondering. I remember that the previous banner was showing up weird on other people's browsers in the past, so I thought I'd ask.
