Title: Just how big is a dome ship?

Like, how wide do you think the diameter of the dome at the top is? Meters or feet, whatever you're more familiar with.

It's hard to say, but given it was a whole homesickness-availing attempt, a big open field with trees and I think it said even a stream or little lake or something, probably pretty damn large.  A few football fields maybe?

If the dome was 200-300 yards wide, approximately how tall would that make the dome ship? 400-500 yards? (And yards are almost the same length as meters.)

Also a middle finger to the Yeerks. Showing off a piece of the Andalite home world was a way of showing the Yeerks something they would never have. So you figure it would have to be big enough for a Yeerk on break to see if they happened to walk by the window on their way to the can.

I estimate the diameter of the dome about 200 metres, but the dome is shorter than the one in the picture, according to the description in book #4 The Message.
I think that it's no more than 30 metrese.

The dome part is 30 meters tall, you think? Is that what you meant?
