Title: Greetings from Indonesia
Post by: sky_is_blue on February 03, 2012, 05:48:28 AM
Hi Guys!!!
I'm Abie from Indonesia.
I read Animorphs (the translated one) as a teenanger (I'm 23 now!), and still re-read them sometimes.
Sadly, the license holder for Animorphs in Indonesia cancelled the translation so I have to resort to the e-book that I found scattered through the internet.

I'm so relieved to find this forum!

*Swishes cloak and enters room melodramatically.*

Welcome to RAF, new RAFian Abie.

I am Cloak, Cloaky, or Cloakster, whichever you prefer.  Now, I will give you very important three words -- "Beware . . . the . . . seal."

And don't forget to register your RAFspecies in the Registry (http://animorphsforum.com/index.php?topic=2154.msg702941#msg702941).

Hello and welcome to RAF!

I know that we've had some 'translation projects' going on here in the past (to provide translated versions of the books to our non-English-speaking members), but I'm not sure if Indonesian was ever one of the languages included.  Still, you might want to check into that, because if it isn't then you might be able to help out with translations for others.

I'm sure some member who knows more will come along shortly and explain it better.  Hint hint?

Anyway, I'm DinosaurNothlit, but feel free to call me DN or Dino.  Welcome!
