Hey! Woah! I found this board on accident, and I can't beleve that people are still talking about these books! ;D
So here's my deal. I used to be obsessed with these books. I read them all and could've told you the entire story off the top of my head. I read all the other books too. Anyway, then for some reason I stopped. And I never read the ending.
I'm not sure...but I think I stopped on #46. (I'm not at my house, so I can't check right now.) And then later I found out the series ended, and I read the summary online. But now I really want to read them all.
So I should probably read the whole series again...and then buy the other books. I'll feel weird going into Barnes and Noble's and buying Animoprhs. haha. If they even still have them!
So do y'all think I should bother reading the rest of the series?

Read em, reread em, and then unread them, then read them again.
And use the e-books if you can't find em, no my bookstore no longer has em

Yeah, that's what I had to do. (By the way, thanks goes out to you who worked on those eBooks.) Or order them online (Amazon.com anyway.). And I always read, reread, and re-reread them (along with my Potter books -- Deathly Hallows easily being my favorite).

There are many threads in the Animorphs section regarding the ending. You could check them out. Some people loved the ending, and some hated it. We have ebooks that are linked to on the home page. The blue one with the big RAF letters. You could read the books there.
You should definitely finish reading the series, especially since it won't be hard to do because of the ebooks here. I warn you about the ending, though. You may or may not like it. It's not even really an ending.

Yes read them. I was in a similar to you a few months ago. Trust me you will want to finish or even reread the entire series, you will not be disappointed. In case you didn't know, it gets really dramatic towards the end. Might I also suggest Animorph's The Radio Drama: Uncensored if you are planning a reread as well? http://www.animorphs-uncensored.com/ I hope you enjoy the rest of the series

you don't have to print them out. just read them on the computer.

He might prefer a hard copy, morfowt. Sounds that, quite similarly to me, Skye has to shared his computer. (My labtop isn't connected to the internet. It's a writing labtop only -- for the moment.)
But yeah, that is one solution.

I has to share the computer, my parentals and sibs seem to always get first dibs. Plus even when I do get my turn, everyone is loud, and always looking over my shoulder at what im doin...

There was another Italian before, but she doesn't come very often...
It's always nice to know that other people are as obseded as us ;)

Oh most certainly re-read! That is something I need to do myself. I'll need to go the road of the e-books since my beloved collection is at home (700 miles away). Don't think I could justify needing a big cardboard box of Animorph books in my dorm.

Hahaha, I stopped reading at book 48 when I was a kid. What a bad time to quit.... But I got the rest of the books and am doing a reread (I know the whole story anyhow.) I prefer to reread them slow, savour the flavour of each book.

Alright, well y'all have convinced me that I should read these books. I'll prob do the e-book thing. But I need to re-read some of the earlier books when I go back home so I'll have some kind of idea what's happening. Who's Rachel???
haha...kidding! It's weird, last night after I posted here I dreamed that I was looking at the books in my closet, where I keep em. Pretty funny. ;D
