Let's make a Visser Three Evil Overlord List and how he fails at it! Here's only a few I can think of right off the bat.
4. Shooting is not too good for my enemies.
How many times has Visser Three just used his morphing power to hunt down or try to kill the Animorphs, when a simple round of Dracon beams or a hail of gunfire will suffice?
6. I will not gloat over my enemies' predicament before killing them.
Hoo boy, does he ever gloat! He did it in #1. The Invasion, #5. The Predator, #21. The Threat, #24. The Suspicion, #25. The Extreme, and others! If only he had used a little common use, the Animorph threat would have been ended in like two or three books.
17. When I employ people as advisors, I will occasionally listen to their advice.
Even though he TECHNICALLY doesn't have advisors, how many times have one of his underlings suggested something very minor and he kills them for that or ignores them?
32. I will not fly into a rage and kill a messenger who brings me bad news just to illustrate how evil I really am. Good messengers are hard to come by.
Do I even need to say it?
Anyone interested in doing this project with me?
Oh, one last thing. Not really part of this topic, but I need a beta reader. Does anyone want to volunteer?

8 Do not imitate earth children. "What's that phrase I hear the huamn children say? Eenie-meenie-minie-moo"

For a real challenge, don't just copy and paste the Evil Overloard list. (Not a slight to you Zakryn, I realize you just wanted to set the example.)
9) I will hold regular employment reviews of all of my closest employees, so that none of them will gain my trust and then attempt to betray me at the zero hour.
10) Similarly, I will keep regular tabs of any low ranking Yeerks whom I may or may not have inadvertandly upset. Anyone caught informing these Yeerks of my private feeding locations will be fed to my brother.
11) I will keep in touch with my brother, damned the Empire.
12) When I have the Andalite Bandits securely trapped on board the pool ship, I will not simply leave two inept guards there when my rival in the Empire is on that same ship.

13)when someone makes a mistake(that really wasn't their fault),i will kill them intead of give the a second chance

The main thing to remember is to keep it ironic. We know the things Visser Three did that were stupid, so comment to the opposite effect for the purposes of this list. It's just like the "Things they would never say" list.
