Title: Is that Tobias?

I know that some peops here aren't really fans of the TV Series,
But ...
In episode 1 when Jake is playing video games with Marco (just after Homer barks when Jake says, "What d'you think, Homer?") is that Tobias playing on the other computer?
I mean, I thought it was but then I figured it might just be the same actor considering the other "insane" things they did...
(aka Marco mentioning his mom in the episode before he knew about her still being alive lol)

So... is it Tobias or not?

Uh yeah I think it is Tobias because if I remember right,he was still there playing the game and left just right after Marco took over Jake's game.
