Title: Book 12: Cover (who was that?)

i was just wondering who the two people were in the inside cover of the 12th book. it looked a bit like Rachel but she was the alligator/crocodile/wtv Cassie said. so was it just two random people or...?

Kinda looks like its the zoo, before she even acquired it.  Even if not, there are two other possible spoilery explanations.

     Rachel is the Crocodile.

     The two in the background could just be Zoo-goers.
