I'd have loved the opportunity to tell her everything I felt. But I'm just not going through the hassle of signing up for yet another forum account. Would be nice if she swung by here though.
Reading those posts I can definitely say it's her. She writes the same way she did all those years ago when she responded to readers' letters on the original Animorphs forum. (Although dropping the BS bomb in Reddit was certainly an interesting change of pace. :p)

Her comments are gold in tune, I agree! Bless the lady.
I kinda feel like registering up, but got enough to keep me distracted at the mo.
And it's amazing how if she banters something like "So sorry to get you into writing. What a horrible thing to inflict on you. Should have just sold you crack" people think she is THE coolest human being... just because she used the word crack...
There are some awesome insights:

There's a hillarious one where she states that she doesn't want to comment on Twilight in case she ends up doing jello shots with Stephenie Meyer at some point.

"Uh, here's the thing. We authors congregate at the same venues sometimes (book festivals, strip clubs). So I have to consider the possibility that Stephanie Meyer and I will be downing Jello shots together at some point, and she'll be asking me why I said that **** about her on Reddit."

Mine didn't. Not when I've read some of the nastier fanfictions out there, it's actually a nice change of pace that the author treats her original audience like the adults they are.
It's like Anne Hathaway. Everyone loved her when she was the sweet young teen from Princess Diaries. But you know she's eventually going to have a sex scene in some movie.
