Title: Andalite eye-smile--the "smeyes."

Tyra Banks is a good example of a human smiling with their eyes. Now watch her show Larry King how to do it.

Now I know Elfangor is eyesmiling in my sig pic. Compare that inner flap pic to the cover of the Andalite Chronicles and there's a definite difference.

It's amazing how subtle it is, yet once you SEE it, you learn to recognize it.

In fact scientifically, a smile isn't genuine unless you're also smiling with your eyes (it's an involuntary reaction which is how you can tell a real smile from a fake one). Of course it's harder to spot when the individual in question has no mouth, lol.

I wonder if Andalites have smug smiles, nice smiles, etc. It may just depend on the situation.

Wouldn't that mean one eye quirked is an Andalite smirk? :P

i was just about to point that out. you can usually tell fake smiles when their eyes don't match up.
