Oye is Spanish for hey.
I'm abrupt sometimes. Not normally. I'm Marvin, and I've been reading Animorphs (though I'm not done) for over 2 months. And I've decided to join! Uhm...that's about it.

Hey, Marvin! Welcome to RAF ^_^ I hope you enjoy the rest of the series. I also hope you enjoy RAF as much as I do. You've already started posting a bit- I hope I'll see you around a lot more. There's plenty to RAF. I strongly recommend just exploring around. There's bound to be plenty to interest you.

Er... "Oye" means "listen." O.O
Connotation, Steph. Literally translated, "oye" means "listen up," roughly. However, in some countries (Cuba especially) it's actually taken on a meaning roughly equivalent of saying "yo!" Just a quick way of announcing your presence/saying hello.
