Title: Why did KA write only the last 2 and not last 10

This makes no sense. I understand she needed to Ghost write because that is the way some things go. Still she should have done the final arc herself and not have someone else do it.

Many were ghostwritten because she was busy with a baby and two book serieses

Apathy and laziness.

I can understand a ghostwriter fleshing out an outline, but I don't think she made as many corrections as she'd like us to think.

I can't really hate her for it though, because many of the ghostwritten books are some of the best in the series - #33 and #45, for example.
