Title: Help with video posting

Question: I'm trying to post a video from my computer onto RAF. What kind of video format is required for me to do so? I tried WMA, but it won't work. Help please!

Please dont upload vidoes or other large files to raf, use youtube and link it (or another website program)

Ok. I just figured it'd be to short to bother putting on youtube (Or I'm just lazy) Thanks.
