It actually was a real site! (although, I think it was made by a fan)
It's no longer up, but it is available through Archive.org

Beat me to it! Yeah, I remember that website, it actually did exist, but I never really visited that much. It was made by MAS.

But when I clicked on the website, I got a message saying that it was for sale for just $1995.  I assume that the for sale notice is current.
