Alright the main idea of this is that the Yeerks won the war and never could actually catch and defeat all the Animorphs, so to get back at them they destroyed all humanity. It has been 16 yeasts and now the Animorphs have had to branch out. They now have an army of well over a billion morph capable warriors that are loyal. During the first war Jake, Tobias, and Ax all have fallen. They are not dead, but they are being held in crytanks to keep alive for the future once the war is over and the doctors can work on healing them.
Right now the main idea is the army is in need of a Leader. So the first 2 people to sign on and i will be nominees for the position. They will have a minor RP fight where the main group of people playing will Judge and choose the winner. Id like to get as many people as i can to play this.

Abilities (Powers; Most used Morphs): Due to chemical manipulation and an accident he is endowed with Super Strength, Speed, Senses, and Intelligence, and because of his vast knowledge mind reading; Hork Bajir, Andalite, Grizzly bear, Sibberian Tiger, Great Raptor (custom), Ellimist, Magnosaurus, Magnaraptor, Megalosaur
Small Description: He was raised before the Yeerks won the battle, he is one of the final Humans left. In battle he is calm and doesnt lose control. But he is easily angered

Appearance: 5 foot 6,Light blonde hair, green eyes, 36 C cup (yea i no perverted but im tryin to give a perfect image), Semi athletic build

Damian sat tapping his foot as he listened to what would soon be an all out mosh pit. The army was growing restless and they needed a leader.
Stepping forward his booming voice sounded like thunder as he roared, "SILENCE!!" Once everyone calmed he continued, "I will step forth and take the position as leader!"

Name: Boghopper
Age: 47
Species: Leeran
Appearance: A frog-like creature with four tentacles instead of forelimbs.
Abilities: Mind reading, as all Leerans are capable of. Due to experimentation, he can also use other psychic abilities, such as telekenesis.
Small Description: He has been stuck on earth ever since escaping a facility he was brought to while infested. Something struck him in the part of his head where the Yeerk was, and killed it. Since then, his wound has regenerated, and he has used his abilities to hide himself.

(yo i was wonderin, mind havin all of our characters being like old friends? I think itd make it a little more interesting during the battle)

Boghopper stepped forward. <I believe I should lead. I would be best suited to weed out the unworthy, solve problems before they start, and other things.> He said softly, but firmly.

Turning his gaze upon one of the only people in this army he would trust his life with he responded, "What? Bog? How could you say that? No offence my friend but your not quite good enough to run an army of 32 billion men. Im sorry but your just not that good."
He turned back to the crowd, "I will say Bog (ima call ur character that) is good but he is not leadership material."
Jamie stepped up and wrapped an arm around his waist.

Letting go a growl he turned back to Bog, "I have led half these men for many missions they all know im capable of leading."
He was quickly losing his calm state to Bog

I could know them better than they know themselves, and with almost limitless knowledge, I could quickly learn to lead.> He said. The thought of him simply trying for an advisory role crossed his mind, but he wanted to test Damien. See how willing he really was, or if it was just arrogant ambition.

Turning he again faced the crowd the rage on his face and his friends betrayal clearly visible on his face, "WHO ELSE WISHES TO CHALLENGE ME?! I have come to the conclusion that we will have a fight. The final creature standing is imminently the leader."

<You're getting too emotional. As always.> Bog said. <Whenever you're ready, I'll make you my second in command.>

(alright well i had been expecting that other guy to join in and fight for it but i guess not, also i added one ability to his roster [damiens] the ability to read minds)
Turning he glared at Bog before moving with all his speed he had to completely vanish and drop down from above a kick aimed at his comrade.

Species: Human
Appearance: 5'9...dark brown hair done in a short, military style cut...brown eyes...athletic build...jagged scar on the left side on his face
Abilities: with genetic inhancement, Derek has animal-like senses and reflexs, and also inhanced strenght, speed, and endurance. Morphs include black panther, grey wolf, Northern Goshawk, and King Cobra
Description: Was just a young boy when the Yeerks finally conqured Earth...spent the rest of his life finding ways to survive...due to Yeerk controllers being everywhere, Derek doesn't trust easily, doesn't let his guard down, and has trouble letting anyone be close to him...he prefers the lone wolf life style but is willing to be a team player

(no problem whatsoever with u using his same abilities. Just makes the fight that much more interesting)

Bog assaulted his minds with brutal images of falling down deep into a Yeerk pool, with dozens of them covering his body. Bog's own body was not highly maneuverable, but he erected a telekenetic wall to brace against the attack.

(yeah ur guy can do it whenever but like i was thinkin in absolutely neccesarry times he can do that if needed but he made a vow not to do it otherwise)
He slammed a fist into the shield knowing that just because his oppenents body wasnt feeling the blows directly his mind would be.

Bog's body shuddered a bit as Damien made contact with the shield. He gathered his mental energies and sent out a pulse that would send him flying.

Hit with the pulse Damien was hurled into the air before he did an acrobatic flip and started plummeting back down towards Bog and his shield

Derek watched the fight with amusment. As much as he wanted to get in a fight, he knew he wasn't the leader type, not his style. "Go ahead, fight, fight, fight," he muttered to himself as Damien and Bog slug it out.

Using the full force of his drop he slammed a fist into the sheild knowing he couldnt hold it up much longer

Bog's back legs gave in, and he sat down hard. His shield wavered. <Your will is strong, I see.> He said. Suddenly, the shield came down, and Bog lunged forward with his tentacles. If he could make physical contact, the mental barrage of images would be several times more potent.

Thanking the gods for his Super Reflexes he twisted and twined his way through Bogs tentacles barely being touched by one but still fell onto Bogs main body and started pounding his fists into his friend.

Paine spiked through Bog's body as a reminder that Leerans are not the toughest creatures in the galaxy. And Damien was being highly stubborn to his main form of attack. He tried to shift the mental image to what Damien was doing at the moment, then attempting to escape. Hoepfully Damien was still think he was punching Bog, when he actually wasn't.

For the first few moments he didnt till he noticed a slight shimmer in the illusion so standing he said. "Bog youve been my friend and comrade for a while. But get out of my head with this illusion or i will force my fist into urs." He said snarling

<Going over board? Okay. I'll switch gears.> He said, and stopped the mental images. He built up all his energy into a downward telekenetic thrust to hopefully paralyze him on the floor.

He roared in pain as all of the energy slammed him down and broke his wrist. Using his super strength he could just barely move his hand to his wrist to snap it again so he would be able to use it for now. Then he spotted Bog and began the slowest attack he has ever done as he crawled towards him

<You are far too skilled in combat to be put behind the lines, away from action. Let me take the desk job of leader, and you go where the excitement is.> Bog said as his face was twisted in mental pain. He wasn't a warrior, and if anything being leader would ensure that he never had to go into the front lines. But different people had different opinions of what leaders do.

Pushing himself into a standing position he nodded, "Very well."

Bog was mildly surprised. Had he actually just won the fight? <Very well. Does anyone else care to argue my position?>

Damien then turned his fierce gaze on the army, "Bog will be leading in tactical and statistics of the plans and many other required facts. I will lead the army through the war. Bog will have equal control as i do. Anyone who does not obey him or i will face me. Understood?"
The room echoed with the group response, "Yes sir!"

<I think that should work out well. Let's show the Yeerks that Earth is not quite theirs yet.>

"bout time they got that over with," Derek thought, "now the real game begins" The very idea of getting back at the Yeerks for all they had done made up for everything that had gone wrong in his life, losing his parents, his friends, a normal life. Now, it was time for some pay back.

Damien pointed a finger at Derek, "He will be my second in command. Second only to Bog and I. He has command over you all and i give him right to strike out with lethal force if our orders and his own are not obeyed. Dismissed!" He said turning on his heal wrapping an arm around jamies waist and walking to Bog, "Hey old friend sorry i lost my cool with you." he said as he passed on his way to his room.

Hearing Damien just appoint him second in command left Derek stunned. Never in his life had he been in charge of anyone but himself. "Ok......,this is gonna take some getting use to," Derek thought.
He watched in envy as Damien left, his arm wrapped around a beautiful young woman, Jamie, as Derek recalled. "Some guys have all the luck." With that he turned and headed back to his room, his mind still racing from Damien's words
(i just had to say that last line...couldn't help it)

Turning to Jamie he murmured something in her ear and vanished from sight to drop down in front of Derek, "Heard what ya said my friend, why not ask out a girl dude? Almost all girls in this army envy you and wanna be with you. Take a chance my friend." He said with a soft shake of Dereks shoulder before leaping and doing an arobatic flip and landing in front of Jamie.
He then swept her off her feet and the last sign he had even been there was the faint sound of her giggling

<I feel we should be doing what the Animoorphs finally had the courage to do towards the end. Before they lost. Hit the Yeerks hard, and hit them where it hurts. Find the Kandrona genrator on the planet, and destroy it. Then ruin any attampts at placing new ones.> Bog said to damien as he followed.

A few moments later Damien returned, "Well lets take this to the War Room and discuss this. Comeon Derek you to." He said turning and walking through the hall calculating in his head the exact power that would be needed to destroy the Yeerk homeworld before sighing and giving up, no one had that power. Except the Ellemist and Crayak which were morphs Jamie and He had already obtained but if he were to destroy it the real Ellemist would have a fit

(pretty much Damiens house, he had been in a rich family of alien species [never thought of the name of said species] and inherited everything so he put all the money and all of his resources into the army, then he spent a great deal to make the house have around 3 mile perimeter and then spent another great deal to make the house go underground also, around 4 miles. Because of the immense size of the army most of the men are still building the house further out)
It was then that Damien realized he needed a specific item from his closet. "Ill be right back guys." He said as he started his accelerated morph into a bald eagle and let his wing span stretch its full 9 feet across and took off full speed back the way they had came, shouting out in thought speech to Jamie <Hey babe pull out the ship records>

(gotcha....hope you don't mind if this post has to do mainly with the comment damien made to derek earlier, about the girls)
Derek followed Bog to the War Room but his mind was else where, still going over Damien's comment to him about the girls. now that he mentioned it, derek did remember some of the admiring glaces some of the girls made towards him but being the lone wolf type that he was, derek didn't think much of it or give a reply. getting close to someone had gotten afew people killed in the past and derek didn't want to add any more names to the list. but deep down he knew damien had a good point.
(had to do something...didn't know what else i could talk about)

Damien appeared in midflight demorphed and pulled out a chair then sat in the head chair.
Before anyone could comment on why he had held out the extra chair, a woman with long flowing silver hair and a nice ubundant 32 B cup chest and blue eyes and a smile that could light a city block walked in and sat in this chair.
"Derek meet Synthia." He said with a wink at his friend before turning to Bog, "My friend here are the ship records of any space flight that has been spotted containing Yeerks and where they left and went to. Maybe you can analyze these? " he said holding up a stack of papers.
He was ignoring the smiles and occasional nervous glances Synthia was making in Dereks direction.
(LOL! Even in an RPG im playing date maker. Lol wats more funny is i described my sister...except her bra size ive never payed attention to that.)

Tilting his head back he listened then grinned and making sure his thoughts were loud enough to be heard by Bog he thought, <Synthia likes Derek. Her heart keeeps beating quicker whenever she looks at him. Either that or shes an inexperienced assassin>

<It's obviously estrogen induced.> Bog said privately. <You know, there were females back home that liked me. But it's not good to linger on such thoughts while I'm stranded here.>

Turning back to his companion he gave him a smile, "No my friend not for long. Soon we will annihalate all of those filthy slugs and i will personnally take you home myself"

<That would be an honor. Do that, and I'll buy you an island. Humans like islands.>
<Hmm.> He said, sudedenly distracted. <some of these flights seem to be coming and going from one certain direction. Maybe a checkpoint. earth is a good distance away from the other Yeerk bases, such as the Hork-bajir Homeworlds. A checkpoint would not be unreasonable.>

Damien nodded slowly, "Yeah that makes perfect sence. Well Bog old buddy lets go map out some charts for our first mission as leaders." Glancing at Derek and Synthia, "We'll leave you to be." Walkin to the door he pauses with his hand on the doorknob and turns to synthia, "Dont suck his lips off while kissin. Not fun" he left.
(rofl i again described my sister, she kissed her boyfriend and was makin out then suddenly he came to me and was like dude you guys got any ice? and i was like uuuh dude wats wrong with your lips? she had been kissin him and suckin on his lips and they were all super red n puffy)

<Very well, Damien.> He said, and followed his friend out. <Cutting off supplies and thru routes is a basic, but effective, way to slow down the enemy.>

Walking alongside his friend Damien thought back to old times before his acute hearing picked up a sound going on above ground. Focusing hard he noticed it was a siren.
"Theres a break in upstairs Bog! Get everyone into battle morphs! I gotta check on Jamie!" he said before seeming to be there for a moment before the after image vanished, him pushing himself to the very limit of his speed and still forcing himself faster.
Slamming a fist into the door to his room it blew to peices and he stepped in to ding a man about to sink his fangs into his unconsoius woman.
"NO!" he roared before grabbing the man by the throat and hurling him against the wall and pounding his fist into the mans fast as hard and fast as he could.
It seemed forever that he was doing it when he felt Jamie tug on his shirt and say in her sing song voice, "Damien stop it. Hes dead and im ok!" Finally noticing that the mans head was litterally sticking the body to the wall from him pounding it to pancake form and still going.
Nodding he stood back and kissed his woman.
(yea yea i no a little lovey dovey but hey i do love her in rl so thbbt)

Derek didn't know whether he was embarassed or angery by damien comment. "im gonna get him for that," he muttered under his breath. but despite it all he did notice how synthia was looking at him. he was thinking of something to say when he heard a commotion and raced off. "thank god for inhanced senses he said to himself, he also sensed synthia right behind him. when they reached the spot they stopped dead in their tracks. Derek didn't know what made him stopped first, a dead body beaten into a pulp against the wall or damien and jamie kissing, with the dead body right there

<Everyone battle morphs! Now!> Bog yelled in wideranged thoughtspeech while racing to the main conference room where most everyone was. <They're coming from three sides! Shooting to kill! I repeat! They're shooting to kill!>

Derek snapped out of staring at damien and jamie long enough to hear Bog's warning. "great," he muttered "time to get to work." he went to his panther morph, its stealth, speed, agility, and power was just the thing for the job. he morphed as fast as he could, the fur growing, human teeth becoming fangs, nails becoming claws, the animal's insticts kicking in. <hey lover boy,> he said to damien,<don't mean to ruin your moment but we have more of them coming this way.> Switching his thoughts to Bog he said, <give me a target.> Just then he remembered Synthia was still with him and still her normal self. <do you have a morph, things are gonna get messy>

<I don't have morph capability. The east entrance is closer to where we are. Go there. I'm afraid someone let these enemies in. I'm going to try to find our spy and melt his brain off.>

Nodding to Derek, Damien leaned down to whisper in Jamies ear. When her changes began he smiled and started walkin away, morphin a howler a lot faster then jamie.
In a matter of seconds where Jamie had stood there was now the mighty crayak. Damien himself being a being that was created by the Crayak had to resist the urge to return to his mastter.
Going into a dead run he ran straigh to ground level staring in amazement at all of the dead bodies, most of which were his allies.
<Bog i dont know whats going on but i know its either a lot of strong enemies or a VERY large amount of weak ones because we've lost around 2 million men up here. Im in howler form right now so>
He paused to unleash a mighty roar hurting everyones ears around him, using his greater control he changed the frequency to only his enemies slowly one after another they started to fall. Blood rushing from their ears.
<Ive got mostly the upstairs handled and Jamie is Crayak right now and in a few moments after killing the men downstairs she will go Ellemist and raise as many of our men as she can. But whoever we're facing we will need something stronger then a Telepath and a Panther. No offence you 2. So right now i need you in a stronger morph if you have any Derek and Bog start sending telekinetic pulses through the wind signaled to anyone you see as not an ally> having sent the last of the long message to both his commanding officers.

<no offense damien but my panther is the best i got> with that he starting in the direction of the east gate. <synthia, stay close who knows what.....> he stopped in midsentence as he watched synthia morph from her beautiful self into a powerful polar bear. <ok, now i am impressed. lets go sweetheart> they headed off at full speed, derek ducking and dodging around obstacls, synthia going through most of them. <im starting to like this girl more and more>) derek thought to himself

Tilting back his head he unleashed the strongest howl he ever had, aiming it at anyone who wasnt an ally still. But even so most of his allies had to cover their ears in an attempt to drown out the annoying noise.
Turning and charging downstairs he leapt from wall to wall down the tunnels to tackle Derek.
<No. I just heard a giant army approaching the east wing, you and your lovely new girlfriend>He winks<can go handle the rest the commotion upstairs. My howler screech should be good enough to knock down most of the men. By the way, remind me later to bring you to the DNA center later.>
(the DNA center is a place that Damien made when in Ellemist mode. Its a computer room that had every living creatures [ever] DNA in it all that is needed is to think of the traits your looking for and to touch the orb and it will inject you [painlessly] with the DNA of the creature best using the traits you thought of)

Bog reached out with his mind, and found the enemies. All of their locations were shown to his allies, as if the enemies were wearing beacons on themselves. Any he encountered were either brought down, or deceived into killing each other through mental images.
He was also looking for the spy who had betrayed them, but couldn't find him yet. <The spy could be a powerful enemy in disguise. I'm having a hard time locating him.>

Suddenly the door blew open. The army thought theyd caught the men off gaurd.
Grinning Damien unleashed the strongest roar he could straight through a pipe he broke. The vibrations of the pipe making the roar stronger, blowing the men straight back most of them dead before they struck the ground.

<ok fine, we'll handle the fighting upstairs.> derek said, annoyed that damien had to go tackle him just to get the message through. shrugging off damien, he turned to synthia, still can't believing that the beautiful had the morph of one of the most powerful predators on earth. <you heard the man, up the stairs.> synthia nodded her bear head, <right behind ya.> with that they both headed up to the fighting, synthia having trouble keeping up due to the polar bears size and bulk in the confines of the stairs.
(are there other means besides stairs?...and what kind of enemies are we dealing with)

(because Damien had used the Ellemist, there is EVERY DNA in access but once a person accesses it they must give up 30 days of their life. They go into an unconcious state where they are unable to even dream. To them one moment there awake the next waking up. Even Bog can get the powers from it, but because he wasnt morph capable to begin with the 30 days are not needed instead he is just able to morph for those 30 days. That was going to be the main idea i had behind the attack was the enemies were after it. Also, every type of species of alien are facing us right now)
<Mental Code 44235, Damien Steele! Lock the DNA off! No accessibility till an Ellemist authoizes it!> He shouted out to the DNA orb in the DNA chamber, completely making the ball useless because Jamie and Damien were the last of the Ellemist morphing creatures and the ellemist himself had parished

The enemy was beginning to figure out Bog was alerting his allies of their presence, abnd started targeting him. He managed to get to a safe spot before they got him. <I'm beginning to wear out. The enemy is narrowing their search, and making for the DNA module. The last enemies in will be the strongest.>

Nodding Damien shouted <Come on buddy, one last beacon. Scan them all. Who is the leader? Kill the leader everything goes south. We have seen that personally>

<they're heading for the DNA module,> derek said to synthia, <we'll cut them off and try to give damien time to finish shuting it down.> <sounds like a plan,> synthia answered. they ran like hell, hoping they would arrive before the enemy would. seconds later, they burst into the corridor just outside the main door to the DNA module. derek could sense damien inside and the approaching enemy. <ok, looks like we made it in time.> he turned to face down the corridor, readying for the onslaught that he knew was coming. <you ready?> he asked. when he looked at he could have sworn that if she were human, she'd be grinning, <of course, ready when you are.>

Damien slowly walked out of the room demorphing and morphing a new creature that he had enjoyed since he got it. He was becoming a Velociraptor. Letting go a loud screech to alert Derek to his presence behind him.
<Synthia, change to the T-Rex form i got a few months ago. Somethings coming and we need major power right now.>

<I will do as you say. It needs doing.> He said, and sent another mental probe, and everyone's minds showed all the enemy locations. Suddenly, he saw the leader, and it was a Leeran! Or at least a Leeran controller! Its gaze passed over Bog, and Bog screamed in pain as he as assaulted mentally. He managed to make it to where the others were, though exausted.
<Leader...powerful Leeran...don't take him lightly...> Bog said, and collapsed, gasping.

<Ok damien, i hear ya.> with that synthia quickly demorphed and began to morph to the T.Rex. Derek couldn't help but be amazed and envious as he watched synthia become the king of the dinosaurs. <i got to get something like that.> derek said to himself. just then they heard Bog's warning about the Leeran and they knew the fight wasn't going to be a easy one.

Suddenly the air around everyone shifted as a being of pure power walked into the room, glowing a vibrant red.
It was the Crayak. It was Jamie, she turned to Damien and said, "I want to help you but with this matter i cannot. The Ellemist energy keeps counteracting it everytime i try to help you. Im sorry Damien your on your own."
Damien turned his head to face the newer energy he was feeling, <Bog protect everyone. I can finish this...by givin up myself..>
He then shifted directly to a form he had crafted himself while in Crayak form, he would be a being made entirely out of energy, but unlike the Crayak or Ellemist, his main reason for creating such an entity was only for destruction.
Jamie then held up the Crayaks hand and all of Damiens allies were teleported a few hundred miles from where the house was, all in one groupd. Completely confused.
Turning to the Leeran he knew this energy would could kill everyone and he wouldnt let that happen.
<I..wont...let...you ...harm...ANYONE ANYMORE!> He roared literally blowing himself up, forcing his energy inward then directly out annihalating everything within a mile diameter.
The destruction could be seen from his allies standing point

Everyone hears a laugh behind them and when they turn they see Damien in his ordinary human form.
"Upon detenating i have exactly 3 seconds to get away, and Jamie here left a teleportation scar behind so i could get to it and be brought here while my focused energy exploded. But im afraid never again will i be able to use that beast." He said barely controlling his laughter before reaching his limit and doubling over in laughter

Smiling Damien finally stopped and stood giving a grin to his friend, "Sure dude we all believe you."
Turning he glanced into the sky, "And here comes our transportation to my home on Jarantia. I have a vacation home there for us to go to."

<do me....> derek began as he demorph, "...a favor. don't ever pull a stunt like that again. life and death stunts are my department." he glanced up at the transport, "hope there's in-flight entertainment on that thing." he glanced over at synthia, "you alright?" "im fine," synthia answered, "just alittle worn out from the morphing." "glad to hear that," derek said, giving her a sly grin. synthia turned away but derek could tell she was blushing.

Slipping an arm around Jamies waist Damien waited for the ship to land, once it did he stood back allowing the lesser ranks to climb aboard first. Once everyone else was on he led Derek, Synthia, and Bog all onto the ship.
"Alright, over there" He pointed off to the left, "Are the living quarters, there," he pointed again, this time to the right, "Is the main computer room. We will need any flight capable people to help with the ships controls because the men who flew this ship here will be staying to fix up HQ."
He then turned on his heal and led Jamie to their personal quarters.

derek rolled his eyes as he watched damien and jamie go to their quarters. "figures," he thought to himself. he looked over at synthia who glanced back for a second before turning away, cleary as uneasy as he was. both of them must have felt the awakward moment because neither said anything as they picked seperate rooms and shut themselves in. lying down on the bunk, derek tried to collect his thoughts about synthia, he'd only met her earlier today but had that familiar feeling the last time he felt close to someone. he wondered if synthia was thinking the same thing.

Damien layed with Jamie in his arms for a few moments before hearing Derek and Synthia split ways. Giving a sigh he used control over his morphs, to start morphing Andalite but only his head.
Once his head was complete he halted the morph and called out to Derek, <hey buddy you alright?>

<I will take a short nap.> Bog said as he made his way to a room. <I desire a humidifier in my quarters, as usual.>

Damien called out in thoughts to bog, <Already done buddy. Third door in from the left>

Damien decided to do as Bog was, he took a shoty nap.
..::FEW HOURS LATER::..
He stood and yawned stretchin his arms out and recovers Jamie up kissin her forehead and leaves the room.
Standing at the control panel he looked out at the stars around him.

<hey buddy, you alright> derek jolted awake. "i hate it when someone does that," he muttered. he stretched and left his room. walking across to damien's room, he knocked and waited until damien opened up. "we need to talk." he waited til damien came out and shut the door behind him. "whats up," damien asked. "next time you want to ask me something, can you do it face to face and not through thought speak. now what were you asking about?"

Damien gave a nod and led him to the observation deck. "Well i was curious as to why you and Synthia hit it off but didnt actually stay in the same room almost like you guys were afraid."

"should have guess it had something to do with me and synthia," derek thought.
he turned away so damien couldn't tell his face was getting red from embarrassment. "i guess we aren't just that comfortable around each other just yet."

Smiling he gave a nod, "Alright dude i understand. You can go rest now if you want or you can join me in the cafeteria for a cup of coffee"

"yeah, maybe i will. see you in afew." with that he turned and headed back to his quaters. as he reached the living quarters derek stopped and looked towards synthia's room, hesitating as to whether he should knock. after wrestling with the thought for a mintue he walked and knocked.

Bog woke up from his nap, and went to the cafeteria to eat. He found Damien and sat next to him. <I was unable to locate the spy. I need to do a full scan of our entire force to ensure that we can fully trust them. Meanwhile, you can start getting a plan together to either secure or destroy the checkpoint.>

Reaching into the pocket of his coat he pulled out some papers and placed em in front of Bog, "Well right now there is a large gathering of Yeerk ships in this are," He pointed, "So i propose we get all our men ready and go take this base over and starve the yeerks. This will give us a great deal more men to use in this fight."

derek knocked on synthia's door. no answer. "maybe she's asleep." derek thougth. shaking off his dissapointment, derek headed to the cafe. as he walked in he saw Bog and Damien leaning over a stack of papers. "whats the plan of attack now that we are in space?" he asked walking over.

Damien used his foot to push out a chair, "Have a seat dude. Right now were just lookin at any routes in and out of the biggest of the gatherings"

derek pulled up a chair and looked at the papers. "so whats the plan, use a fake id code and sneak in, hijack a yeerk ship and then sneak in, or just plain sneak in?>

"The latter of the two. We all go and get the strongest morphs we can think of while Jamie and I stand gaurd then when we wake up we go down there and break in and destroy the pools and keep the Yeerks hostage."

Turning to Bog he grinned, "Well thats if you want. In your current state your perfect for infiltrating the base and telling us where to go. You just have to make everyone think your not there."

Damien nodded and stood, "Well then my friends i will go take controls for the ship and take us to the base."

with the discussion over, derek headed back to his quarters. he was still considering whether he should check in on synthia again when he almost collided with her as he rounded a corner. "synthia, im sorry," he managed to get out. "its ok," she replied, "i've been looking for you." derek was taken back by what she said but managed to avoid showing it. "really, what for?" "was wondering if you wanted to get something. all the excitement of today can make one hungery." she said, a twinkle in her. derek knew she had and a point and he had been looking for a chance to talk to her. "i'd never say no to beautiful girl," he offered her his arm, "shall we?" synthia blushed but accepted his arm and they headed back to the cafe. "hope no one gets the wrong idea if they see us like this," derek thought.

Damien passed by them on his way to his room for a moment and muttered as he brushed against Derek, "Oh yea boy get some." Just loud enough for him to hear before laughin hard as he entered his own room.

derek and synthia took a table in the corner and dug into their food. derek was starved and dug in hungrily but he was aware that he was in the presence of a young woman and had to avoid acting like a slob. of course, that was before he noticed how fast synthia dug into her food. synthia noticed his glance and smiled. "didn't i say all the excitement worked up a appetite?" derek couldn't help but grin, just because she was drop dead beautiful didn't mean she was a total lady but he didn't care right now.

Damien tossed the needle into a waste basket and walked over to Derek and Synthia's table and called out to the waiter, "Yo bring them anything they even look at on the menu." The man nodded and Damien smiled, "Ok you two ima go sit on the outter wing of the shuttle so hold onto the table and dont breathe." He then opened the hatch and let himself be hurled out of the shuttle before kicking the door to shut. Once outside he activated the magnets in his boots to stand on the outside. His alien family having given him Oxygen pallets in his system so he never actually had to breathe.
(i had to add that last bit so no one thought the liquiud allowed him to breath)

derek held on the table tight as damien went through the hatch. he held his breath to the point where he felt his lungs were going to explode but just then the hatch shut again and they finally able to breath again. "couldn't he have used a different hatch," derek muttered. he looked back to synthia to ask if she was ok and noticed that he had grabbed her hand in the hurry to hold on when the hatch opened. looking up he saw that she noticed too and he slowly released his grip, embarrassed about the awkward moment. "ok, that was awkward: derek finally managed to get out. synthia giggled and that seemed to lighten the mood a bit.

(Well the general idea is we are going fast enough that he is propelled enough to avoid any real pressure problems and that is also covered by his superhuman endurance, and he does not have the required skill of breathing, he was going to give everyone else that soon enough also because the planet i was gonna say has LOOOW gravity so oxygen is only found in certain areas)

"i wonder what damien is doing out there," jason said. "im sure he'll tell us," synthia replied, "damien isn't the kind that keeps things from other, unless its something personal." "you seem like you know that for a fact."
"i was on my own for a long time after the yeerks took over. damien and jamie helped me out and are now kinda like family to me."
derek nodded, "at least you had those two. i spent most of that time on my own. after seeing some friends killed i figured it would be safer to avoid grouping together, at is until i meet up with damien and joined this little outfit."
synthia looked at him, a sad look in those blue eyes. "it must have been rought, being on your own." derek shrugged. "i got use to it after awhile but after running into damien i remember that safety in numbers had it advantages to being alone."
she reached out touched the scar on the side of his face. "i've been meaning to ask how you got that. i thought morphing could feel injuries."
"the yeerks created a new setting for their dracon beam weapons. the injury doesn't fully heal. i just happened to be one of the people who found that out the hard way." he looked her in the eye and grinned "besides, i thought girls liked guys with scars."

"Most do." Jamie said with a smile then gesturing to the chair said, "Mind if a girl like me joins you?"

derek flinched slighty as he didn't even sense jamie come over. "sure, feel free to." deep down, however, he was slight annoyed that he and synthia weren't alone anymore. looking over at her, he couldn't really tell if she felt the same way. she had to be one of those people who are just really good at avoiding how they really feel about something.

She gave Derek a smile, "Sorry to bug you. Im just waitin on Damien."

"you just missed him," synthia told her, "he went through that airlock afew minutes ago." frowning she asked, "do you have any idea why he would go out there anyways?"

"Well he isnt required to breathe so he just goes out there because it is really beautiful." Just as she finishes he bangs 7 times to signify he is opening it up then yanks open the door.
He hurls himself in enough to grab the wall then once he does so he yanks it shut and walks to his friends his hair distraught.
"Oh hey Jamie i didnt know you were up."

"how much longer is this trip gonna take," derek asked damien, stealing a quick sideways glance towards synthia. quick enough that only she noticed, so he hope. he wanted to spend some more time with her before things got all crazy again.

"man," derek thought to himself, "nothing gets past this guy." but he was glad he did get a answer to his question. "ok, not that im in any kind of hurry." then a stray memory clicked, the conversation damien and bog were having earlier when derek showed up, he remembered hearing them talking about a possible traitor. "i need to talk to you," derek said to damien. he look at jamie and synthia. "would you ladies please excuse us?"

Kissing Jamie he smiled, "Be back in a few babe." He then led Derek to the far side of the cafeteria, "Whats on you mind?"

derek first made sure no was within earshot before saying, "didn't mean to overhear but when i walked in on your talk with bog i overheard you guys talking about a possilbe traitor. is that true?"

Giving a nod Damien smiled at Jamie and returned her wave then raised an eyebrow as he spotted Synthia glance at Derek and blush, "Yeah there very well might be. We arent certain how the army that destroyed my home got the information they did."

derek frowned "how could a traitor get in, especially with bog's abilities? wouldn't he had found out?"

Bog had finished his meal, and started wlaking around. He made casual tries at locating any spy in his mists with mental probes. But whoever it was seemed to be smart enough to avoid him.
<Damien. I believe that if the spy is even on board now, he may be avoiding me personally. He may either be trying to keep as much distance from me as possible, or have a device that can sense mental probing.>

"great," derek muttered, "we got a spy onboard and he is some how managing to conceal himself pretty well." he looked from damien to bog then back again. "does this mean we are going to rethink our plan of attack or was the original plan bait to lure the snake out."

"Bog do your scan again but everyone at once and ill use your mind as an entrance into theirs and search for the word betrayal. Any that pop up you can scan." He said out loud so that Derek could keep informed and Bog would be able to hear him through his thoughts.

"so, do you want me to keep my eyes peeled for anyone acting suspicious?" derek asked. "i think that might be a good idea. just in case the scan turns up nothing,: damien replied. derek nodded, turned and headed back over to synthia. "what was all that about?" she asked. "nothing really," derek replied, not wanting to worry her. " just double checking afew things with those two. shall we go?" she nodded and he lead her out.

Damien stopped in mid walk and shot his head out like a fish in stream and Bogs mind was the stream connecting him to all of the others minds. In a few moments he said and withedrew. <Nothin. Sorry Bog.>

as derek escorted her back to her room, synthia could tell he preoccupied by something. "whats wrong?" she finally asked. derek looked at her, unsuer if he should worry her about what damien and bog had been talking about. "its nothing," he lied, "just thinking about some of things that have happened lately." he hoped that would satisfy her curiosity and it seemed to work. "but i have been wondering," he said, "you think damien can get me some morphs like the two of you have. the dinosaurs morphs i mean."

Through the intercom everyone on board hears, "If you are morph capable then please report to the mobile DNA chamber for new morphs."

"speak of the devil," derek said, "he better not being reading my mind." he turned to synthia, "guess i'll see you later then." she smile, "we got the entire flight." she got really close and whisper, "see ya later derek." then she turned and walked off. derek stood there memorized by her voice before he finally snapped back to reality. he headed to the DNA chamber where he found bog and damien. "ok, lets see what we got here."

"Yo derek. First in line i guess. Well you can choose 2 morphs right now, we have altered the settings so that the 30 days is how long you get them so we wont have to wait for you to wake." He held out a glowing white orb, "So think of all the attributes you want the morph to have and it will give you the DNA."
(just like tell em to me and u can say custom if so then dont say them just say what the morph is capable of, if u want me to appoint you one give me like say an example (dinosaur, bird, amphibian things like those) and some attributes and i will search for a good animal/creature)

derek thought for a second before placing his hand on the glowing orb. he thought about his two picks: the fierce saber-tooth tiger, and the spinosaurus. "time to pack some major punch," he thought with a grin.
(since t.rex is already taken, i decided the next best thing...hint, hint, remember Jurassic Park III...the saber-tooth is a bit of a upgrade from my panther morph)

The orb glowed with a picture of both of the beasts then the DNA went into Derek, "Ight now step back n try em out."

"ok, here i go." derek said. he considered he would try the saber-tooth first. he felt the fur growing over his body, the bones thickening and growing, the wicked claws that could easily shred a person with one swipe, and the massive fangs growing in place of human teeth. soon the morph was complete and there he was, 8 feet and 900 pounds of lethal killing power, the massive front fangs a good 11 inches. the animal's mind surfaced next to his. the saber-tooth's mind wasn't too different from that of his panther morph but the saber-tooth was more savage and agressive and proved difficult to control. the animal was fighting for control and he realized in horror that he was staring at damien and bog, the animal's mind trying to figure out whether they were enemies or prey. to make matters worse, saber-tooth slowly began to advance towards the others

In a matter of seconds Derek was looking at a Magnasaur an ancestor of the T-rex and 4 times stronger with bigger teeth, <Hurt anyone Derek and i will have to hurt you>

the saber-tooth mind was confused by the sudden appearance of the massive creature and derek tried to use the chance to gain control of the morph. <got stay calm, got to stay in control.> the beast's body shuddered as the internal battle between minds raged. after what seemed like forever, derek finally managed to calm the beast's mind and take over. <whoa,> he gasped, <that was a whole new experience. didn't expect this thing's mind to be still strong.> he looked up at damien in morph. <i got it now. you can take it easy.>

He nodded his head and demorphed and smiled at his friend, <Sorry i had to protect the crew>

<dont get me wrong...> derek said as he demorphed, "for a second there i thought you were really gonna chew me up and spit me out." as he finished demorphing derek dropped to one knee, exhausted from the efforts of controling the saber-tooth. "give me some time. im gonna need to be 100% when i try the spinosaurus morph. i just know it wont easy to control that thing's mind."

"Well from Dino Morpher to another, the herbavores are never really all that hard. The carnivores u gotta look out for tho."
He said then with a grin his skin turned to dark green scales as he began his newest morph, the Immogi the dragon of wingless decent. Soon he was well over 300 feet of pure Dragon terror and he was squished beyond belief as he coiled his tail tight so as not to hurt the others.

Bog spent some time looking out of the portal of the ship, to the vastness of space. Being alone for years made him quite introverted, and sometimes that made him spend too much time to himself. He wanted to do his part to save Earth, as he had heard the Animorphs played an important role in freeing his own world.

Damien fought for control to lunge out and eat his crew. It was getting hard to control the Imoogi. DEMORPH! NOW! he shouted to himself in thought.
Slowly but surely he demorphed and fell unconsious from the strain

"oh crap," derek managed to get out as he rushed over and checked on damien. he was out cold so derek half carried, half dragged damien to medical. "will be he alrigh?" he asked the doctor. "he's just worn out from the morphing. controlling that morph took alot out of him all he needs is rest." seeing things were under control, derek left, almost colliding with jamie who was coming in after she got word about damien.

As Derek walked out Damien regained consciousness and sat up, "Oh hey doc. Hey babe what are ya doin here?" He asked as he wobbly left the room

"when you collasped, i brought you to medical and let her know what happened," derek said over his shoulder as he kept walking.

(yo i came up with a new idea for a weapon that we can use [morph capables]. Derek [lol since i dont know your real name] ima start using the new ability now if it doesnt seem right then ok well drop it, but what it is a morph capable that is strong enough can 'push the morph ability aside' and tap into their mental energies and manifest them into physical damage, EX Damiens will be Lightning control)
Damien wobbly followed Derek before reaching out to grab his shoulder before a a flash of light shot from his hand and slammed into Derek sending him whipping through the air to slam into a wall.
Damien stared on in complete confusion as the nearby medics raced to help him and Damien glanced down at his hands to see tiny flickers of lightning racing up to his finger tips and back.
What the hell just happened... he thought in utter confusion

"ooooo man," derek managed to groan as he tried to get up but was stopped as the medic told him to lie still. "what hit me?"

Damien walked up, "Honestly? I think i did." He said holding up his lightning covered hand for all to see, "I dont know what this is..."

"great," derek muttered as the medic helped him to his feet. "my friends sends me flying into a wall and doesn't know how it happened." he started walking but barely got five steps before he felt the pain. "we're taking you to medical for examination." the medic said, helping derek stay on his feet, "we have to make sure there's nothing serious"

Damien shot his own mental scan out so it hit the wall and he shot it back into his own brain to scan for the easiest control over his new power.
"Aha found ya." he muttered before holding out his hand and lightning of the lowest possible voltage shot out and split many times to grab Derek and gently lay him back like a gurney and Damien walked by it and floated him into the medics room.
"Thats the greatest trick i know of right now is changing the voltage."

<Damien. I feel something about your physical makeup has changed. Are you well?> Bog said.

Damien turned and nodded so his friend could enter his brain, "Scan me dude i cant find how well i may be able to control this energy, i already know that i have to push aside my morphing ability in order to activate it and i know a small amount of control of it now but i think this could greatly help up."

<Electrical energy. I see. It seems to be conneted to morphing energy somehow. Perhaps if you try to concentrate on something physical in your mind, it will help. A flash of lightning, perhaps. However much output you want, just focus on how large the mental image you want to be. Much like when you focus on an animal when you want to morph it.>

Damien smiled because as Bog had been shifting in his mind the 'door opened' allowing him to see that he did in fact have to do just as bog said.
Suddenly small sparks shot out of his back turning into full fledged bolts that held him in the air and then he let it hurl him down the hall way to land gracefully at the end of the hall.
"Thank you my friend." He said then turning he called out, "Titanium steel door materialize in front of Bio Signature Damien Steele." Then suddenly a foot thick door stood in front of him.
Focusing for a moment he stared at the door before unleashing his thoughts and a bolt of lightning shot from no where to burn a hole directly through the door and he had to keep focusing before he realized he could control the course the bolt made through the air.
With a smile he let it fade to nothingness harmlessly

derek couldn't do anything until the medics checked him out and the results of their tests didn't help. "mild concussion," derek groaned, "just what i needed. like all these battles with yeerks weren't enough." he heard the door open and raised himself just enough to see synthia enter the room and come over. "hey" "hey yourself," she said. he could sense the concern in her voice and in her eyes, even though she was trying hard not to show it. "i heard what happened. are you going to be alright?" derek gave her a weak smile, "i've been through worst injuries. this is nothing compared to some of the injuries i've had in the past." synthia rasied a eyebrow, "i dont know whether i should be impressed or concerned. you must have some luck." "are you kidding," he replied with a laugh, "i got more lives than a cat."

Damien muttered from behind Derek, "He is right on that. Yo Derek, give it a shot at morphing a bird. The brain tissue will have to shift small and remold and that make your concussion go away. Yea sorry again also for if i scared u. Im silent as a ninja."

"be careful when you do that," derek said, "instinct might kick in and i might attack in self-defense. on the matter of morphing a bird, just give me a minute, i still got to rest after that sabertooth morph."

Damien gave a small nod and pointed his finger tip at his friend and a soft lightning bolt shot out and grabbed the blankets that was held by the doc. Splitting in several links it held the blanket above Derek before lowering softly onto him.

after sleeping for what seemed like a hour or two, derek woke up, the concussion was down to no more than a dull throb. derek groaned and rubbed his head, whincing as he touched a sore spot. "glad to you see up." a voice off to the side said. derek turned and saw synthia seated in a chair across from his bed. "i decided to stay to see if you were alright." "im ok," derek said, "all thats left is the dull ache." "thats good news," she said, "hope you feel up to that bird morph damien mentioned. i heard that there are some very powerful ones in the DNA storage."

"yeah, you're right," derek managed to groan as he got up. "got to give us some air cover when its needed." he tired to think of a good morph that had wings. it wasn't as easy as it seemed.

Bog decided to go to where the DNA machine was, to watch Derek get his morphs. There wasn't a whole lot to do until they got to where they were going.

Damien dropped down to land next to Derek in gorrila morph, "So what morph you want?"

"its called the Roc, a mythological bird that looked like a emormous bird of prey. it was said it was big enough to carry off a full grown elephant. just imagine that fly around"

Damien tossed his friend the DNA orb, "Go ahead you know how to run it now so go ahead."

"time to get me some wings," derek said. holding the DNA orb, he began concentrating, picturing the Roc, the massive bird of prey from ancient mythology. he felt the familiar feeling of the sequence completing and he gave the DNA orb back to Damien. "should i try it now or wait cause this bird is huge. huge with a capital "H""

Damien gave a shrug and took a few steps back to show off his newest morph, "Watch this!"
The first thing to happen is Damiens eyes change to golden then suddenly he was a GIANT bird made entirely of fire. <The pheonix>

"ok then, top this." jason morphed the Roc. his arms became masive wings. his legs because large enough to lift a full grown elephant. the large hooked beak. the golden brown feathers. within seconds derek was staring Damien's pheonix morph in the eye. <not too bad if i say it myself.>

<So a Roc is...just a really large bird? Not a flamming bird, or a Dragon, or half Lion, or something? Just...big. Yeah.> Bog said jokingly.

Suddenly damien ****s his head to the side listening, then mutters a cuss word. "Were going to port on an uncharted planet, we hit an asteroid a few hours ago and lost a lot of fuel and took big damage but i havent heard of this sector having people port anywhere. Its the Death squadren."

"ok......" derek said, "i really don't like the sound of that name. how did it come to be called that?"

"it's called the Death Squadron because ships tend to travel through it and never be seen again." Damien said before running full tilt towards the control room his movements a blur to an untrained eye as his fingers flew over the keys of one of the control panels.

derek rolled his eyes. "great, of all the places in the galaxy, why did we have to end up here?" adopting a more serious tone he addressed damien. "should we prepare for the worse?"

Damien couldnt help but laugh, "I already am. With a single mental thought this ship will become one hell of a missle"

Here" Damien hands him the DNA orb, "Make a custom creature one with great power and one that can breathe in space. Everyone must do this."

"this time," derek thought, "im gonna create something that scare the hell out of anyone who gets in my way." he took thr orb and pictured the creature in his mind. he felt the surge and knew it was done.

There was a loud screeching sound as the ship finally landed on the uncharted planet. Once the ship stopped moving Damien walked to the hatch and opened the large doors and stepped out and into the fresh open space.
"Wonder why its called The Death Squadron if its so peaceful..." he murmured

"charming spot we picked," derek commented as he walked up behind damien. "just what are we doing here?"

"My engineers will now fix up the ship and we will leave to resume our trip."

man i had been hoping this would pick up and peeps would join in on it but i guess not. bummer
