Title: Tobias Conspiracy

The reason Tobias was stuck in hawk mode was because of a conspiracy. Apparently J.K. Applegate's kids got on to her computer one day and found the Tobias picture files. They then accidently erased all of the files. Her company couldn't find an actor to replace Tobias so she change the story so that Tobias would be stuck in Hawk mode permanently. Tell me more if you have more information. Thank you.

tobias was stuck in 'hawk mode' because he exceeded the two-hour limit.
the lack of an actor is ridiculous; it's a book.
