Title: The Questioning (Short Film)
Post by: Kevin James on April 13, 2009, 11:45:23 AM: Made this with some friends, hope you guys like it. I'm a huge fan, own every book. Hadn't thought about the Animorphs for years until we came up with this.

It's amazing how annoyed people can get when you start wanking about whether Adama is a Cylon or how much influence the Ellimist really had or just what the hell that smoke monster is.

Gotta say I love the comments, too. Makes me feel all superior, knowing the source of your *inspiration*

We've made a few small Animorphs references here and there, but nothing as dead on as this. One line that didn't make it into the short was "The Andalites couldn't dent the Yeerk's defenses... their forces were spread to thin."

Now that's mainly a TV show joke, so missing it wasn't a cardinal sin. The books to me will always be the tried and true form.

It was great hearing Animorphs facts in this format. The bit with Rachel-DEAD was a great touch, too. And the argument over Ellimist involvement was classic!!!
Though I can't figure out what the bruised-eye-kid did though!?
Top stuff!!!
