Title: Quick "Hello!" from a new old fan

Hey everyone. My name's spork. I started reading Animorphs back in '96. I remember seeing the first cover at the book fair and I already knew I loved it. My friend and I despised the nickelodeon show together, and Totally Knew For Sure that her older brother was a Controller. There was a watercolor painting of an Andalite that I did hanging in the kids' section of the city library for a little while. That's my claim to fame, I guess hahah

I just dove into a re-read of the entire series. I've read most of it, but unfortunately, I never finished reading it all as a kid. I even got rid of my books in a move! Shoulda never lied and told myself that I'd never read them again.

I don't know how active I'll be here, but I suppose I joined and am writing this intro as a "thank you" of sorts.  Thanks for letting an old guy like me re-read a very formative piece of my childhood.

Welcome to RAF :) And yes unfortunately the show was truly awful, lol.

IT WAS SO, SO BAD. I remember being absurdly excited for it, and then just disgusted. Unfathomably bad. I don't have words for my distaste for it lol

Same here. I couldn't even watch one episode. So so so bad.
