Title: How Do Yeerks Find Their Hosts?

When a Yeerk is done feeding, how does it find its host, given that Yeerks are blind in their natural state?  How does it know that the human/Hork-Bajir/Taxxon/Gedd who has his/her head in the water is the right host?
