The Solution Spoilers about Tom and Saddler.

[spoiler]Did Tom realize that David had taken Saddler's place?  If so, this should prompt him to investigate a possible connection between the "Andalite Bandits" and his own family.  After all, David would not have chosen a cousin of Jake's family to morph if he had no connection with anyone in Jake's family.[/spoiler]
