Title: The Visitor Spoiler Q

[spoiler]When Visser 3 orders Chapman's Yeerk to bring in his daughter Melissa for infestation, both he and his wife revolt!  He explains to Visser 3 that if Melissa is infested, he will resist with all of his might, thus possibly blowing the Yeerks' cover by twitching out in public.  On the other hand, if Melissa is left free, Chapman promises full cooperation.  Visser 3 agrees to leave Melissa alone, saying that he will be busy playing with his newly captured andalite bandit (Rachel in cat form).  However, rachel soon escapes.  Why doesn't Visser 3 then come back to Chapman for his daughter, now that he no longer has an Andalite to play with?[/spoiler]

Because infesting some dumb unimportant girl would be useless. They don't really have any reason for needing Melissa.

Then why was Visser 3 directing that Melissa be brought in for infestation?
