For Estelore, again. <3
I feel a peace in the depth of my soul
I feel a calm in the center of the storm
I see a port where once nothing stood
I see a dock for my ship of the heart
Lightning and thunder once ruled my days
Anxiety once broke my tired spirit
There were no landings in my future
There was no lighthouse to guide my way
In that weather she came to me
In that torrent she shone her light
I once again regained my sight
And I didn’t know that I was blind.
Though the trident’s bearer keeps my ship aloft
In the black murky waters of our sea
Only the keeper shines the light
Of the hearth to which we make our way.
