I didn't really pay attention to the RAF awards, and didn't know I was nominated for Ani-master. Is that for most well versed in the books? That would be a nice award.

Pretty much, Chad.  It's basically whomever is considered to have the best encyclopedic knowledge of the Animorphs. 

So sorry for my absenteeism. I've been really under the weather for the last few days, and all the energy I have had has been focused on work and a giant government grant due in a week and a half.

Well, I thought it was kinda neat that everyone on this particular thread at least got a nomination, and we had four award-winners on top of that.  Also I would be lying just a bit if I said that at least some of my ardor isn't due to the fact that I won something for the first time this year...  >_>  My heart has long desired the flashy cup-smiley...I take it with the intent to do good...yes.  *starts petting it and whispering 'precious' repeatedly.*

I don't know that we're going to see a lot of response from anyone else, Jessi...Ossanlin's embroiled with Myitt and Chris, so I can't really post again until you or Tara posts again.  Este will be back in the next couple days (I think), but her interactions are pretty much limited to Chad atm and vice-versa due to location/character personality.  Ember's Esarvit is kind of a wall-flower in this situation too.  That just leaves you, Marie, and Kelly.  Marie's sick, and I assume Kelly's busy with law school...gonna send her a PM and check in...but in any case, you're almost the only person who can post unless Marie feels well enough to get back to it, or Kelly finds a few spare moments.  Well...you and Tara.

Okay, we still have some interaction to go on the Mirage before moving on, but we are getting close to Chapter two.  As such, I wanted to let all of you know that I will be sending out PM's to those who showed initial interest in the Rogue Element thread but didn't have the time/motivation to join in right away.

Also, if you guys have anyone in mind who would make a positive addition to the Rogue Element thread, now is the time to let them know...especially if they want to play an Andalite character.  There will continue to be opportunities to add Andalites in the future, but this will be the first time that enrollment has "re-opened" as it were, for the thread.  Even if you know someone who really wants to play a rebel, it's never too soon to start on a character sheet, especially since a "retro" thread for the rebellion is looking more and more likely so that new rebel players can develop realistic "pre-existing" relationships and character dynamics with well-established rebel players.

Also, any of you rebel characters looking to add an Andalite, now's the time to be working on an appropriate character sheet.
