Search for "Visualboy Advanced" and install that, then do a search for "Pokemon Emerald ROM". If you want some simple hacking tools like I used to change the starters, look here.

I'll start on the next update now, it should be up sometime tonight.

For Scyther I suggest any of the following: Blade, Bugzilla, Edward (as in "Scissorhands") or Sircutsalot.  ;D

Okay, so turns out Gastly is a no go since his base move is ghost type and I can't fight the normal type Zigzagoon. So I'm going to have to do a little work to fix this, and I may actually need to go with my second choice, a Scyther to be named Edward. (Fun fact, my nephew's father lives in the neighbohood they shot that movie in.)

I might even throw in a couple extra things while I'm at it to add to the story a bit.  ;)

Yay Scyther! Glad you like the name Jax. I haven't actually seen the movie but I thought the name was appropriate especially considering that you'd already described Scyther as having sword arms.
