Meh, it's not about what I want to happen. Of course I don't want her to die. It's about what makes most sense for the story, and what is most in character for Terenia. Unfortunately a good character tends to get away from the writer sometimes.

Regardless, I was kinda waiting to see if Myitt wanted to post first. I guess not, though, as she's been in the thread a few times today.

Do what you think is right. Though if you're thinking that Jagill wouldn't be fast enough, then just remember he's an elite veteran. I don't know how fast Efaen is, though.

Unless he can move faster than the naked eye can see, I doubt he can move faster than an Andalite tail.


btw, Chad, I'm assuming that Jagill is going to try and push Terenia away from Tamora. That's how I'm writing my post, so if I'm wrong let me know so I can edit.

You could say he started moving just before Efaen did, and I do believe that if any Hork-Bajir ever has a chance at hurting an Andalite they do have to be able to move at speeds comparable to the Andalite's tail. Besides, him rushing towards her could make her flinch in surprise.

I was thinking he'd block her blade with his, but pushing is fine. Unless you think her blade should just sheer through his.

Nah, I think their blades are equally strong.

This is for the best, though, really. As much as I like Tamora I'm kind of intrigued to see what will happen to Terenia if she is taken out of the picture. Posting now.

And yeah, Tamora could always rejoin the party later. Who knows. The bar works in mysterious ways.

Yeah, I agree with you controlling Kevlin. I'd say Hork-Bajir, so he's already used to that kind of host.

BTW Cobra, and anyone else close to him, Rayker's and Lennan's concussion-guns aren't so much projectiles as much as they cause blunt-force trauma. It would be like if I threw a car at you, or a brick, or whatever, depending on the power level. Rayker's was fired as a focused beam, for maximum force, and Lennan's was set as a wide funnel, flattened out like a wall. Hopefully, y'all will either jump back or get pushed out of the way. I really don't want to kill anyone else, but if you decide you wanna be injured (or dead) be my guest....
