if a yeerk infested anyone morph-capable, then morphs something like a flea, then the yeerk has to shrink too , right?or it'll kill it's host.

There have already been discussions about this. The Yeerk's body goes into Z-Space. It's the only explanation for how Visser three can control Alloran's body when he morphs something with multiple heads, or something whose head (and thus brain) is huge.

Chad is correct. It's the only explanation for how Visser Three is able to morph [spoiler] as well as Jake in #6 and the morph-capable Controllers later on in the series. [/spoiler]
