you know, if you'd like to do more than cut copy and paste, there's a program out there called... SqirlzMorph I believe?  Anyways, it does that for you, and there are tutorials for it on deviant art, if you're interested.

I have squirlezmorph  but it wont work on my computer it says invalid image

He uses sqirlzmorph last time I checked, same as me.  Only he's much better at it, I always get these annoying swirly things...
