Yea...I have zero artistic ability.
Forgive me, RAF :P

I very much like the amount and variation of colour!
Forgive me if I can't figure out what the two species at the bottom left are :P

No worries. Like I said, I have no artistic ability. They were SUPPOSED to be a Garatron and a Gedd respectively.

Is that Yeerk hugging a brain? hahaha, I love it. XD

xD Hugging, controlling, potato potato. That's how I always imagined a Yeerk controlling a host. I was inspired by this:

That...might be the most adorable thing I have ever seen.

It just looks incredibly rude to me :P

How so?
-
The picture that you just linked to. I don't think I really need to explain why it looks rude, nor do I really want to :P
-
A Yeerk covering a brain with hearts around it? You'll have to explain.
-
Nah, I'll leave your innocence unscathed. :P
-
I won't. Looks like a Yeerk hugging a pair of walnuts.
-
You guys are perverting the natural and beautiful love between a Yeerk and a brain!

What I drew up. A member of the Nahara race--mentioned by Ax in the Alien. The entire race has been enslaved.
I attempted to draw a robe to make up for the fact that I can't draw limbs...or at all :P
-
noooo dude i like your alien drawings!!! 'specially that one you just posted *u*
-
^ I'm with Adrian there. These are cool ^_^

I deeply appreciate the Gedd norks ;D

Mentioned in Animorphs 6: The Capture, I present my interpretation of the Mak--a race Temrash claims the Yeerks infested.
Sorta looks like a Tiger and a Bear got into a blender and lost their eyes. The Mak is blind, but has the build of a Hork-Bajir. It's supposed to have two pairs of arms, but I couldn't figure out how to draw that--or feet and hands. The back pair are used to aid its nose in the sense of smell. The blades are for defense.
The Mak and Ssstram are, in my opinion, difficult to interpret. We're given no description whatsoever. I had to sort out how the Yeerk could take the Mak (being as physically impressive as I made them out to be) and explain why such impressive hosts were never seen in the series. So I decided that the Mak weren't completely suitable as hosts--being blind-- and weren't used during the initial invasion.

LOL I love the wacky grin :

oooh sweet djslfkalk i love the alien drawingssssss

Nope, it's not an Andalite/Hork-Bajir mix. This is what I think an Ssstram would look like.
Four ears, four eyes, and very colourful. It seems like this version of the Ssstram would be a Yeerk's ideal host. I mean, Esplin 9466 and Aftran went on about how great sight was. The Ssstram homeworld would have been a beautiful planet by the time the Yeerks arrived.
They're capable of flight, thanks to the hair/feather-like things around the ears and arms, and have a prehensile tail. Their arms are much longer than that of Andalites, humans, or Hork-Bajir. The Ssstram are capable of speech, and are a tribal race. Unfortunately, they are NOT on the top of the food chain on their planet; they are hunted and picked off by far stronger creatures--probably not sentient. So the technologically advanced Yeerks offered protection to the Ssstram, in exchange for their bodies. The Ssstram's small numbers, and their desire to advance in technology and population, allowed the Yeerks to take the entire race.
But the Ssstram are unable to breathe the same air as humans, or Andalites, or Hork-Bajir. Their planet's atmosphere is made up different elements. So the Ssstram--though suitable hosts-- are unable to help the Yeerks expand their Empire.

Where do the Ssstram show up again? I don't quite recall... been a while since I re-read.

They are mentioned exactly once in Animorphs 6: the Capture, along with the Mak. Temrash claims that the Yeerks conquered both races entirely. No description at all. Just that they got owned by the Yeerks.
