Remove topics in "Show new replies to your posts"

Hi! The "Show new replies to your posts" page shows topics to posts that I've posted in but how can I remove them without clicking to view them? Some topics I'm not interested in anymore are starting to become a bit of an eyesore! Do I just have to live with it?

Sorry, there's no way to get rid of certain topics from that list.
