It's not just that Jessi...I'm rather attached to my character and I know his thoughts and internal processes.  I have had to have him take incorrect actions or actions that would not be within his character before because I wasn't able to check the bar often enough.  This one was major though.  There is absolutely NO WAY Ossanlin would've just stood by and watched that entire scene happen.  He wouldn't have just let Terenia get attacked by this dark being...he would've fought.  There was an opportunity for him to regain some of Terenia's trust (maybe) and it was missed.  It wasn't missed because other characters did something unexpected and made it impossible, it was just because I didn't check the bar often enough and ten pages were written in a day.  It irks me.  I can't post that Ossanlin fought...that would've changed the reactions of others involved.  All I could do was write a cheap cop-out post that said the Ellimist intervened for no apparent reason.  It's annoying, and I don't want to deal with it.  It's unrealistic and I pride myself on realistic character portrayal.  So until I can keep up and have Ossanlin behave the way he would behave instead of writing cheap, little after-the-fact posts, he's out and I'm out.

That's a really good point, Luke. I totally agree with that. In an RP like this, that's just too much. Heck, you can hardly miss a page before you end up left behind! As y'all might have noticed, I've left my guys playing poker at their little table. I don't think I'll be using them again, unless someone decides to go interact with them. (Sorry Morgan... no help from us.) I am hoping I'll have the time to rejoin at a later date though... I have the perfect character picked out. ALL SHALL FEAR ME!!!!!  *ahem*

Kevlin and Dara are going to go back to Kevlin's job in intelligence. When Baron mentioned carapace it gave me an idea. Do you guys mind if I use a bionicle character. I used to be really into bionicles.

I'll miss you too, Luke. )= You're one of the more awesome characters in the Bar. Hey I missed like six pages too, and I don't wanna leave. Probably just because Mar is conveniently self-centered, but I'd prefer to have a little time to write a proper psychological response to this stuff too. My consistency with his head isn't as good because the Bar moves too fast. I bet a lot of people are having problems like that. :3

As for Bionicles, Gymn.......nah. It's actually better in this Bar to keep it to Original Universe characters and Original Animorphs characters only. That way the canon consistency is slightly less shot to hell. xP

I can already tell that Morgan's going to be beating himself up when he learns what happened and that Silver was hurt. He was feelin sort of bad that he jumped into "protective father" mode earlier when someone was just talking to her in the bar. This time she was hurt and him intervening would have been justified and he missed that chance.

I can't speak to the fight, but the explosion was Tora's damaged Bug fighter, which was parked in the gravel ship yard. Several other ships--I believe most of them good for little more than scrap--were in the vicinity and so probably got some damage. It was otherwise as contained as possible.
