It would be rather anticlimactic for Dara to end up dead right before we start on his story arc, wouldn't you say? Besides, fatal to a Hork isn't the same as fatal to a Human.

*thinks* Yeah, I guess it would be harder to kill him than a human, but it could still cause some serious (probably even life-threatening) trauma on full power.

It hit him in the side of the chest not straight on. He did use to be a bodyguard of Visser Three so he's fast and strong.
How long would it take to heal?

Well, it would depend on exactly how hard it was. I'd say you got some major bruising, and a cracked rib at the least. I pretty much just launched a fridge at you (maybe something smaller), and it all landed on a spot the size of a golf ball on your chest. You decide how long it takes to heal...

Jara hamee's head started healing almost immediately. I'd say a few hours at most, since temrash has proper first aide and such.
