Able to lock an RP?

For some reason, RAF says I'm able to lock/unlock and move my Introduction Randomness RP.  I'm only a mod on the Animafia sub-board.  Is it because it's my RP, or is this a glitch?

Yeah, the moment you became a God/Elite, you gained the ability to lock/unlock any of the threads that you have started.
