Wouldn't that be hilarious if when they were thinking something they actually said it in thoughtspeak?
Rachel: <Shut up Marco!>
Marco: <I'll show you you tramp!>
Rachel: <What did you just call me!?>
Marco: <Oh, oops, did I think that out loud?>

Or if when Tobias was in his human form, say he was checking a girl out.

Tobias: <Man, look at that rack! *whistles*>
Girl: "Excuse me!?"

There could be a lot of funny errors. >:D

i've thought about that. i'm pretty sure thought-speak would have to be intentional (not just thinking in your mind).

of course, something could always slip. :)

i always did wonder about that. especially in the begining when they were learning how to use thought speak, how did they not make more mistakes?

Jake did slip up once in the series. He gave an order, then immediately thought to himself something like "yeah, great, they'll believe that." Except it wasn't just to himself, it was to all of them, and one of the other Animorphs called him on it. I'm blanking as to what book.
