I'm still giggling...I was trying to click a bookmark and hit the Whedonesque bookmark by mistake. I don't visit the site much, cause the stuff comes on my RSS feed, but the site today has a quote in one of the top corners that says "Cinnamon buns!" Of course, I read it like Ax lol.

I assume the pemalites would have to be an adaptable species as well. The ellemist said they were spread across the whole universe.

Actually...
The Pemalites were created by the Ellimist. He would have designed them to be able to resist most harsh environments (including heavy gravity) since at that point in time he had just been taught the way to beat Crayak would be to seed life all around the galaxy faster than Crayak could destroy.

How he learnt the answer was a beautiful part of The Ellimist Chronicles.
The Pemalites wouldn't have done very well if they couldn't withstand some unusual environments.
Temporal Traveller Aquilai: "One small step back in time. One GIANT leap for mankind."
"People live their lives bound by what they accept as correct and true. That's how they define "reality". But what does it mean to be "correct" or "true"? Merely vague concepts… their "reality" may all be a mirage. Can we consider them to simply be living in their own world, shaped by their beliefs?"

It's amazing how sad the Andalite Chronicles ending was.

That was seriously a beautiful book...  :'(

Actually it doesn't really affect the series if you don't, with the possible exception of Visser which is a continuation from #35.

They need to be read. They're on a whole 'nother level from the normal books.

if horkies are so quick to heal, were they also regenerative? if they lost a limb, could they regrow it like a lizard? was that specified anywhere?

I don't think that was said anywhere. I always assumed the fast healing only went so far. Cuts and stuff heal fast. Losing an arm... Not so much. Something like that.

Though splitting your skull open seems like a pretty serious injury to me, now that I say that, so I don't know. XD

There needs to be a Fallout Animorphs mod. There's a Pokemon New Vegas mod, why not Animorphs? Deathclaw morph!

That's the thing Visser 3 was horrible at his job. And the animorphs kept sabotaging him whenever he tried something remotely productive.

that's my point, the animorphs really only sabotage his plans for take over like a dozen times, cuz he only has a dozen plans that aren't "catch the Animorphs"

definitely bad Vissering, but that the council never said "hey, try more than 12 things to actually take over the planet"
bad yeerk empire in general

and contractory to the formula's we see else where: HBC, they fight rebels, they hunt rebels, but the whole time they are working to expand. Not really shown on earth.
