Lol.  I knew NOBODY who read animorphs when I was reading them in school, they all sort of looked at me like I was on drugs when I mentioned anything about "oh, this sci-fi series I read, Animorphs..."

Ha!  Nobody I knew in gradeschool read anything!  I was the only one.

For some reason, when I read Animorphs, it always has the corniest soundtrack.
If you are not in my avatar, and would like to be, or if you changed your name and avatar and would like me to update it, PM me. I cannot add or change anyone at the moment as I lost the file I use for this, but if people still want in, I'll work on it.

I am RAFmarried to my sweet shnukums, Rachel. ;D

I wonder what happens when a Chee accidentally kills someone. Sure they can't purposefully kill anyone, but accidents are bound to happen from time to time.

THEY EXPLODE.

Haha, no, if it was an accident it'd probably be okay.

Around the same age as the other Animorphs, I should think.  He always seems older to me for some reason though...

Ax is 14 years old in Earth years and 2 years old in Andalite years
This great evil - where's it come from?
How'd it steal into the world?
What seed, what root did it grow from?
Who's doing this?
Who's killing us, robbing us of life and light, mocking us with the sight of what we mighta known?
Does our ruin benefit the earth, aid the grass to grow and the sun to shine?  Is this darkness in you, too?  Have you passed through this night?

I heard it somewhere. I just don't know where. maybe one of the closed forums...all I know is I didn't learn that information from the books.

Morfowt, you never said anything about Ax's age. Why are you trying to take credit?

Anyway, I read it in a book.

Ax is 14 years old in Earth years and 2 years old in Andalite years

I don't understand those numbers;
HBC gives Andalite year 8561.2 in 1966 and 8563.5 in 1968
That's 2.3 andalite years per 2 earth years: 1.15 Andalite years/year
so how are you getting 14 and 2?
And it wasn't in one of the books, just did a mass reread; won't have missed that one

I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the books. as for those numbers...we don't know what month (or the andalite equivalent for a month) they were in, but even so, I guess it wouldn't work, so I don't know. I just know I heard somewhere that ax is about 14 earth years and 2 andalite years. The only definite thing is that ax is about the same age as the animorphs.
