hey, I'm no longer at the top. Someone smote este, so now she's at the top again.

and richard, to applaud we have to give our own? that sounds stupid to me. Applaud is a nice thing to do, so shouldn't we get a karma point as a sort of mini-reward instead of losing a karma point?

I don't think they should be discouraged to use the system, rather discouraged to smite.

Yeah. I think it should add to your amount of smites to smite someone, but have no effect if you applaud.

nah, I think you should get a karma point if you applaud...although that might get out of hand...I change my mind. I agree with charlie now.
