Does anyone know if there are any copies of KA's original rough draft for animorphs known as "The Changelings" I heard there are some interesting differences.

Well, I think Jake there has a different name. Also, Cassie is not a part of the "Changelings", but replaced by "Jake's" younger brother. Wikipedia has some little background info on it.

From the Anibase: In the original manuscript for this book, back before a proposed trilogy called "Changelings" became the Animorphs series, Jake was named Matt and had a little brother named Joseph. Cassie didn't exist at all! Good thing for Rachel this was changed later on -- she would have been totally outnumbered by the guys. Of course knowing Rachel, she would have handled it just fine.

Are there any known manuscripts floating in the web or some library somewhere? Or is K.A. Applegate pulling a J.D. Salinger on us all lol. Seriously though, I would love to read what the original story. Imagine in Animorphs was a trilogy. That would be interesting. But wait, imagine if in this same Animorphs trilogy world Harry Potter was a series as long as the Animorphs.
