A list of the series in order?

I'm looking for a list to tell me where the Special Edition books, ie Megamorphs, Alternamorphs, fit into the series. Link me, post here, I don't care. Any takers?

I found that a bit confusing as well, actually.

Anyway, most people go by the publication order, but my current reading of the series, I'm doing in chronological order for the first time, and it's pretty neat to be reading it this way.
