Character voices

What did you think the (non-human) character's voices would sound like? For some reason I always thought Visser Three would sound like Chucky from Child's Play (maybe because I was into those movies at about the same time I got into Animorphs.

I'm in a bit of a strange position since I actually gave a lot of these characters voices through my Abridged Series. Because of that, re-reading the books is a bit of a strange experience for me. Now I can't imagine Visser Three sounding like anything other than a highly effeminate . . . thing.

I wonder if Visser Three's thought-speak would sound like Alloran, or whatever Idriss 562's voice would sound like. I guess thought-speak voices can be disguised, as Marco was able to speak with Visser One without revealing his identity, and as in the case of Visser Three it was the Yeerk controlling the thought-speak, would it be his voice?
