Ax's Vengeance

Since Elfangor was killed by Visser 3, Ax is obligated to gain vengeance by killed Visser 3.

[spoiler]However, Ax never did get to kill Visser 3.  The Beginning: The Yeerks surrender, and Visser 3 crawls out of Alloran.  Ax gently picks up Visser 3 and puts him in a secure container.  What happened to Ax having to kill Visser 3?[/spoiler]
