Question about the Yeerk quest for certain items vital to their investigations of the "Andalite Bandits".
[spoiler]PP 13-16: The Animorphs are discussing the fact that the Yeerks are suddenly out for blood! Two Human-Controllers had broken into the Veterinary Ward of "The Gardens" to steal samples of blood from tigers, elephants, eagles, rhinos, grizzly bears, gorillas, and wolves. The two also wanted red-tailed hawk blood, but none was available, which caused them to freak out. Meanwhile, The Sharing was holding a massive blood drive. The Animorphs conclude that the Yeerks are seeking DNA samples both from the Animorph's battle morphs and from humans and conclude that the Yeerks have finally figured out that the "Andalite Bandits" are human! Given that the Yeerks wanted DNA samples from the battle morphs, why didn't they raid the Wildlife Rehabilitation Clinic in hopes of snagging a hawk sample? [/spoiler]
