My name is Dominic Harris or just Dom. This is the story of me and my friends a couple of regular teenagers who got thrown into something much bigger than they are. Earth has been invaded. Not by Martians or E.T. But by the Yeerks. You want to know what a Yeerk is don't you? Well it looks like a gray green slug that enters your brain through your ear canal and then flattens itself out over it and takes complete control over its host. The worst part is you don't know who a controller is it can be anybody your mom, dad, brother or sister teacher or even your neighbor. I am telling you this for your own safety don't speak about this to anyone they might be watching.
It all started one night at the mall. It was getting late and the mall was going to be closing soon so everybody was doing all the last minute stuff they needed to do while my friend Sokka and I were heading towards the exit. We saw some familiar faces but nobody close enough to go say hey to. Our friend Tyrese came running up to us to walk home together because my car was in the shop and my loser friends don't have cars yet.

My name is Emma. I won't tell you much else. They could be anywhere. Who's 'they' you might ask. Well, Yeerks. A parasitic species. They aren't like tapeworms or creatures like that. No, they take over your whole body. They crawl in through your ear canal and wrap themselves around your brain. They re here, on earth. The only ones keeping them at bay is us, me and some of my friends. It all started what seems like forever ago.
I was at the mall, hanging out and keeping an eye out for anyone I recognized. I saw Dominic and a couple of his friends walking together. "Hey guys. Headed home?" I asked them.

My name is Kasey. My life has drastically changed over the past few weeks. It all started the night after I skipped school and spent my day at the mall. I tend to do that often, but never go to the mall when I ditch.
"Oh c'mon!" I said to the Pac-Man machine in the arcade after I ghost killed me. I kicked the machine and stormed out of the arcade and exited the mall. I heard sirens and although they weren't after me I still ran until I saw some schoolmates. They aren't the type of people I usually ever talk to, but they were the only people around and I hate being alone. "Hey. Your name is Tyrone or something, right? I have Geology with you don't I?"

My name is sokka. Not much else to say, yeerks suck. Ugly snail/worm kinda creatures. They take over your body and it stinks. Anyway, my life has always been troublesome, but I'm not gonna give you my sob story. But that night I decided to go to the mall with a few buds, it all changed.
I heard a voice come from behind us, "hey guys! Headed home?"
I turned around and saw emma. She was very pretty, as usual.
"Oh hey emma!".... I practically screamed at her.
Way to emberass yourself ya idiot.

"Hey, you guys headed home?" I asked the boys.

TYRESE:
I turned around when I heard a familiar voice behind me say my name. It was a boy, Kasey I believe he didn't show up much to class but I figured he's an alright guy. "What's up Kasey you headed home? If so you can walk with us."
DOMINIC:
Sokka nearly yelled at Emma when she came over asking if we were heading home. She's definately here for Sokka and not me. Why would she notice me I'm not the most talked about kid in school but hey I'm not that bad looking and I don't know there is just something about her presence that calms me. But enough about that it isn't important or at least not right now. "Yeah you wanna walk with us? The more the merrier I always say"
TYRESE:
"When do you ever say that?" I said with a laugh. "So guys how we going to get home the long way or the shortcut? I mean if Emma's not too scared? But then again all these big strong men should be able to handle anything."

I looked at Tyrese incredulously, "Ya, like I need a bunch of guys to feel safe." I laughed. "Ya I'll come," I said, shaking my head.

TYRESE:
"So the shortcut it is! Through the dirty nasty creepy construction site. Spooookyyyy." We left the mall after that and started walking I was making small talk with Kasey about his high scores and what he does for fun besides ditch school.
DOM:
We left the mall and headed for the construction site. Tyrese talked to Kasey most of the way since he isn't normally part of our friend group. Me Sokka and Emma chatted it up. Me and Emma talked since we were in a lot of classes together throughout school. I find Emma attractive I guess you could even say I like her but she doesn't know. We were already in the construction site when Tyrese told us to look up I guess he was off staring at the stars again. What I saw was even weirder than him looking at the stars. There was a bright light getting larger and larger it looked like it was going to hit us.

"What the heck is that !!??" I whispered fiercely, honestly scared. It kept flying closer and closer. "I think it's stopping," I said in awe.

i saw it moving closer and closer, and began to realize that it was going towards right where we are standing.
"Guys, maybe we should head the other way." i said.

"I think you're right! But, something tells me that it won't hurt us. Maybe it's friendly," I said skeptically.

I was trying to fit in with these people as he added to their conversation. "Just some NASA crap. It is pretty close to us. How about we watch if it falls and try to sue them for property damage." I said only partially kidding. The lights got almost 50 yards away from us in the construction sight.

"It looks a little... Well, advanced for us," I said, then stopped talking as the thing flew closer and closer to the ground. My eyes widened, "it's stopping right in front of us!! It's landing!!"

DOM:
Just then the unthinkable happened. Once the spaceship got about 10 yards away it hovered there then just dropped onto landing supports you never would have known were there. I could not move wether it was from fear or amazement I couldn't tell you. I looked to my left and to my right nobody else had moved either. I had goosebumps all the way up my body yet I couldn't move from my spot. On the side of the spaceship a section just disappeared, well that's what it looked like, and what came into view was not a martain. It looked magnificent it was had the lower body of a deer the torso and head of a human along with human arms with too many fingers on the hands. The head had two main eyes that took up most if the face there was no mouth and the nose was just slits in the face. If you looked at it like that it looks harmless but believe me it's not, the tail looks like an overgrown scorpions tail with a blade that looked like it should be on the grim reapers scythe. The alien staggered and fell to his knees.
He went on to explain to us how Earth is being invaded but not by his species the Andalites but by the Yeerks, parasites that enter your brain and control you completely. He said that there are many Yeerks on the planet and many more in orbit and that his species might not be able to get here in time to save us. We didn't want to believe him we wanted so badly to believe that he was the first alien to come here but he was not. He told us of the Hork-Bajir and how every last one of them are slaves to the Yeerks. He also told us of the Taxxon and his they are all voluntary hosts for the Yeerks. He told us we would have to save Earth and we told him that nobody would believe us about all this which is when he gave us a weapon. A weapon that is just as much a curse as it is a weapon. He gave us the power to morph. The power to morph into any animal we touch. All we had to do was touch the cube he had and that was it we had the power. But moments after he gave us the power three more ships towards out location we were told they were two bug fighters manned by a Hork-Bajir and a Taxxon and he told us the big battle ax looking ship was a Visser Blade ship and that the Visser on it is Visser six who infested this monster of a creature called a Dalotan otherwise a Minotaur with four arms. When he was being talked to he was feeding us information about Yeerks like with the Yeerk pool and the kandrona, how they have to feed every three days and how we cannot tell anybody what has happened because they could be a controller. We ran away after we watched the Andalite get murdered by the Visser it was nothing I ever wanted to see again.
The next morning I woke up and tried to think if what happened was a dream or not but when Tyrese came over and talked about it I knew it was real and that scared me. A bunch of teenagers against a whole army.

I vcouldnt believe it the next morning when i woke up in my own bed. I didn't want to believe it, but I knew it was real. I then called Dom and asked him what happened last night.

What happened last night was.... interesting. I lay in my bed for at least an hour before actually getting up. The smell of bacon was too hard to resist.
I knew we stood close to no chance against them. So maybe if i pretend like i never saw anything, they would leave me alone. I decided not to call anyone that was with me last night. Not yet anyway.

After I called and talked to Dominic, I figured one of us should take the first step. One f us needed to morph. So I found my kitten and petted it and concentrated. My cat them became still and quiet and she even started to purr. I then went to my room too try and morph. I locked my door and concentrated on the black and white spotted cat. I started to shrink. "Whoa!" I shouted out then shut my mouth, cutting the exclamation short. I felt a weird itching on my skin and when I looked down, there was fur, fur growing out of my skin. My ears climbed to the top of my head and my knees reversed, sending my forward onto my hands-no, paws. My face sharpened and I finally became fully cat after my tail grew out beside me. Her instincts kicked in and I was overwhelmed for a moment. I then gained control over myself and demorphed. I put onu clothes that had, evidently, fallen off when I shrank. I ran outside and grabbed my bike, riding over to Sokka's house to tell him what had happened.

DOM:
"Bro I don't even want to really think about all this right now but I know I have too. Lock the door so nobody comes in unexpectedly." After Tyrese locked the door Emma called me and we talked about what happened. I told her to come to my house when she was ready and for her to get Sokka on her way over. I told Tyrese to call Kasey since he got his number last night. I couldn't stop thinking about the fact that we might actually be able to change into animals! On the other hand we watched an Andalite get murdered and couldn't even do anything about it. Me and Tyrese looked up stuff about the crash on the Internet and all we found were that some kids were setting off fireworks and that responding officers did not find the kids. "Oh great now we have to worry about cops being controllers too this is just great. Who else do we have to worry about?"
TYRESE:
Last night was crazy when I got home my brother was gone like usual out late with his stupid new group of friends at that stupid new group activities place. I was tempted to join just to hang with my brother again but I went against it because we would have to do stupid things I was not interested in at all. I just wanted to see my brother and have him be my bro again. He came in about 2 hours after I did. I went to the living room to see if he was there and he was just sitting in the kitchen eating he looked mad like more mad than I've seen him since our parents died. "Hey bro what's up?" I asked him. He turned real quick and gave me this death stare like he hated me for being there but it was gone in an instant. "Really tired you should head off to bed too." He said like any normal brother would but I now have my own suspicions about how normal he may really be. I fell asleep thinking about how me and my brother used to be and had fairly good dreams but when I woke up I was scared and didn't want to be in my house anymore my bro was already out so I didn't have yo tell him where I was going. I jogged over to Doms house and knocked on the door his mom let he in and asked how I was and we talked for a few before I went up to Doms room and we talked about last night I decided to tell him my suspicions about my brother and he said he wouldn't tell anybody until we knew for sure. He talked to Emma and I called Kasey to tell him to come over to Doms when he can then we waited.

I parked my bike in front of Sokka's house. I ran up and pounded on the door, calling out his name.

I ate the bacon my mom made. It was great. I sat on the couch with my dog and wattched cartoons. He rolled over for me to scratch his stomache. I did. Hes such a goofy dog. I started to playfully wrestle with him when i began to feel a little uneasy. My dog stopped rolling around and stared at me. He barked and it was unusually loud. I put my hand to my ear but it wasnt there. They were on top of my head. I started to panic.
"No! Not now." I thought to myself. My mom was still home and until i really learned how to control my morphs i couldnt show her. I ran to my room. It became hot. My arm hairs grew really long and i couldnt stand on 2 feet anymore. Then my leg and chest hairs began to grow as well. It was fur.
"Sokka. Take out the trash" my mom said.
my mouth hadnt changed yet.
"Ok i will in a bit" i yelled to her.
i couldnt concentrate. I xclosed my eyes and fell to the floor. Next thing i knew i was a dog.
"Sokka! Sokka!"
Crap. Emma was here. I dont know how to demorph! Maybe she will. I jumped out my window. The screen was on it so i had to break it. Ill hear about that from my mom later.
Before emma could make any more noise i came around and barked at her. I tried to get her to follow meby motioning away from the house.

I heard a bark and turned around to see a dog standing there, looking like it wanted me to follow it. I took a last glance at the door and chased after it. "What is it, boy?" I called to it.

It took me a long time to find my friends, but when I did I saw Emma at Sokka's house with a dog. "So I guess I should stick with you guys since what happened last night."

Dex walked briskly through the crowded halls of the "mall" in the city he stayed. He knew the idea of spending so much time in a open society was a very dangerous idea, but also it made the appearance of being an everyday teenager better...
I hate these two legs.. He found himself thinking for the 3rd time in a few hours.
Quickly stepping into a bathroom, Dex awaited the sound of the door closing with a soft click behind the group of teens, before beginning the process of demorphing back into his own body. I only have seconds left. Each time is getting harder to separate myself from everyone..next time I may not make it in time.., he thought, I would be a nothlit...
In a matter of under a minute, Dex was standing on all four hooved legs stretching his arms and neck. Twitching his tail nervously, he relished the feeling of the cool linoleum under him.
With a sigh however, he again began to morph, this time back into his human form. Watching his fur slowly recede into his body, and his frontal legs slowly vanish into his abdomen always made him feel slightly uneasy..
Moments later the same boy of 17 whom had just gone into the bathroom to relieve himself, left as if nothing had happened..

I had a hard time believing what had happened. I'd always liked science fiction, but it was always just that, fiction. I'd never believed there could really be aliens trying to take over the world. When I woke up the next morning, I hoped it was just a dream. But, when I started to pet my dog, he got kind of sleepy and still. I made a mental picture and felt the morph start, but I was too nervous to do it all the way. I had to go find the others. They turned out to be at Sookie's house, or rather, Emma and a dog were. I couldn't tell if it was one of us or not.
"I say the same thing. I'm still trying to come to grips with it being real." I said.

"It's absolutely true! I morphed into my cat Ashes. It was kinda weird at first. It was like... Like having two brains at the same time, I guess," I told those of us gathered at Sokka's house. All the while petting the dog, of which I couldn't figure out what it wanted.

I was barking like crazy! They didnt get the picture. Well even tho im a dog i still know how to spell. I picked up a stick and began writing my name in the dirt with the stick in my mouth. I hope my name written in the dirt would be enough of a clue for them.

I looked at the dog, for it had picked up a stick and was writing, yes writing, in the dirt. It looked like, but it couldn't be. It was. I looked at the dog again, "Sokka? What are you doing as a dog?"

Finally! She understood. I barked. Then i spelled out "demorph" in the dirt. Lets hope that pretty face will understand.

"What? Oh! All ya gotta do is focuse on yourself. What you look like, anyways," I explained to Sokka. My eyes widened, "Wait, how long have you been in morph?!" I practically screamed, then looked around and quieted myself.

I really wish i wasnt panicing last night. otherwise i would of known how to demorph and wouldnt of looked like an idiot in front of emma.
I went around the corner so i could demorph. I didnt want anyone seeing me naked. When i finally returned to myself i climbed the tree next to my window and got some clothes on. I headed back down to talk.
"Sorry bout that. Ive only been morphed for about 5 minutes." i said. "So what do we do now?"

"Well, I talked to Dom earlier this morning before I tried morphing out. Anyways, he said to come to his house and grab you on the way... So, shall we go?" I said to all that was already there.

Stepping into the bright light of the sun, Dex turned and began walking leisurely down the street. Keeping his eyes low, he thought about the predicament he was in..trapped on a planet without aid from his own kind during a war that could consume the universe..
In the few months he has been on Earth, Dex had managed to locate only a handful of controllers, and those had nearly cost him his life..
Turning down a barely populated road, he quickened his pace. I have to get back to my headquarters.. Dex thought to himself, I have to try contact again...even if it won't yield results just as before.
After a few tries, Dex decided he would go for a run through the forest behind his abandoned shack of a home..in his own form..
(Possible way for you guys to meet up with him, if not I still have other ideas for what he's gonnna do afterwards so either way)

Great. Whyd i have to morph? And why did i not pay attention on how to demorph? I needed emmas help and now i have to go to doms house. I wanted to stay out of this predicament. Fine. Lets get this done and over with so i can come back home and keep to myself again.
"Alright, but i know a shortcut to his house. There is a path through the forest." i said.
(we can meet up with dex taking the shortcut to doms house now if u want)

"Great, let's go," I said happily and walked off, with a bit of a bounce in my step. I turned, "You guys coming?"

(Sounds like plan)
Listening to the sounds of life around himself, Dex slowly began the demorph process that would result in his wholeness once again. In a matter of moments he was able to look down at his black fur covered 7 digit hands.
Smiling in the only way Andalites are able, Dex slowly sauntered to his make shift interstellar communicator. It was something he had been able to build with left over bits of equipment his crew had "ever so nicely" left for him.
Thinking back to that crew of misfits always made him wonder if they were all controllers by now...Casually he turned on the broadcaster that would replay his saved message as far as it could reach.
<This is Deximatos-Anrith Yartenrax, Tech Sergeant First Class, broadcasting on all known Andalite Fleet frequencies. I have been stranded on Earth for months now, left by a team that went rogue. Since my arrival I have had several interactions with certified Yeerk Controllers. So far Taxxon and Human have only been spotted. I need rescue if I am to survive!>
Dex turned and took off at a brisk pace, his stalks constantly scanning...

I didn't acquire any morphs yet. It was just all going too fast for me. "Yeah, I'm going." I mumbled to Emma. I didn't like hanging out with these guys, but now I have powers so this can be fun.

After about 5 minutes of walking through the forest, i heard something to my left. When i looked over i saw what something big and hairy but couldnt make out what it was.
"Do you guys see that" i said and pointed in the direction of what i saw.

I stopped and came to look at what Sokka was pointing at, "Ya I see it, what is it?"

DOM:
It was taking the others a long time to get to my house so I turned off the T.v. and told Tyrese that we were going to go look for the others. I went upstairs brushed my teeth, cleaned my ears then was on my way out the door and around the back of my house through the woods and into the trail that leads pretty much from my house to Sokka's house. Looking around the woods I saw various different animals that would be cool to morph. I looked at a deer with huge antlers and thought I could use that one day. About 13 minutes into the walk I thought I saw the others and they were staring at something. I looked in the direction of their gaze and saw what could only be one thing. I guess from the others point of view they couldn't see it all the way but we could see it clearly "Do you see that?" Tyrese asked. "How could I not." I said in awe. What we were looking at was more majestic than the deer in fact it has to be the most majestic creature to ever walk the Earth. It looked like a centaur but with weaker upper body and seven fingered hands but the head had stalk eyes that could move freely. The thing is that's not what made me know what it is the tail did. You see it looks like a scorpion tail but like huge. I could no longer move you see the night before we thought tht we saw the only Andalite left on earth die but we were wrong there was one in the woods between mine and Sokka's house.

Simultaneously Dex's stalk eyes locked onto both groups, and instantaneously he was shifting to the smallest animal he had managed to aquire.
The scorpion like knot at the end of his powerful tail smoothed itself out, his frontal legs sucked up within him, his stalk eyes vanished and his fur began to turn white. In under two whole seconds Dex was an everyday little white field mouse digging into the dirt to hide.

"It dissapeared. :ets go see if we can find it." i said.

"Agreed. If it's what I think it is, then we're gonna need it's help..." I said, walking off and scanning the ground, looking for anything that looked out of place. "Eepp!!" I screeched, "A scorpion!!"

I walked over to where Emma was freaking out. I reached the animal she was gawking at to realize it was a mouse with a scorpion-like tail, but when I blinked the tail was a regular mouse tail. "Everything is fine Emma, god, it's just a mouse. Do you have to yell?" I said cupped my hands over the mouse that was digging in the dirt.

I felt my face flush bright red, "Sorry, I thought it was a scorpion... Hey, what are you gonna do with it?"

Hoping the humans wouldn't have truly seen him, he pretended the mouse part and scurried out of the young males hands and bolted under the dirt. He hated the eyes of the inferior rodent..
(I figure if one of you guys "accidentally mentions morphin or somethin hell hear and demorph)

"We need to find that Andalite that ran off. I wonder where he could've gone... We could've used their help... Oh well," I sighed, "Lets go. I guess."

Instantly Dex jerked to a halt, his tiny ears twitched as he strained them. He was sure the human had said Andalite, and help...why would a controller relinquish information like that so boldly in the open..unless he isn't a human..
The only plausible answer he could assume was they were young recruit controllers, which would explain the possible slip.
Scampering a short distance away, Dex demorphed behind the safety of a massive rock outhanging and quickly began the process to morph into one of the last forms he had obtained on this planet, a small red corn snake. Blending with the leaves on the ground, Dex slowly brought himself back to the group to eaves drop.
(Btw because of his being a slightly more adequate Andalite warrior I was wondering if there would be any complaints to Dex having say a Howler as another Battle Morph. He clearly won't be able to use it often because it would stick out like a sore thumb but it would be a little more believable that an older Andalite would actually have an ok morph)

I lifted my hands to see if I caught the mouse and it was not there. "I agree with you Emma. Sucks how I got the morphing power last night and I still haven't found time today to get a morph. I passed at least 5 dogs on my way here." I said with a disappointed voice. Wow, I am actually getting along with these people easier than I thought. I may actually have I was pretty sure I would've been the first guy to morph.

DOM:
The Andalite morphed something small and escaped our view so me and Tyrese ran to the others. "Don't worry we haven't morphed yet either." I said as we walked over. The Andalite was gone for sure nowhere to be found. "That Andalite would have been a good place to start because I have no idea how we were going to find the Yeerks. If anybody ca be one they are everywhere this is impossible!" I shouted the impossible part because I was frustrated that this was happening to me. Why me?
TYRESE:
As soon as Dom said a place to start I knew exactly where we could start. But I was more concerned with finding the Andalite at that moment. "Why did it have to run we need its help. And if you really want a place to start I'm pretty sure my brother is one of them. I have suspicions about last night because he came home after I did and he didn't look happy at all and he asked me about the construction site. I didn't want to believe it but thinking about it we need to be sure." Saying this made me sick.

"Oh, Tyrese. I'm so sorry. We'll get him, back, for sure," I said, putting my hand on his arm for comfort. I looked to Dom, "We have to do the best we can with what we have." I gave him a smile, hoping to relive some of the stress he was feeling.

I had followed them, but had been kind of quiet, doing a lot of thinking. It was a but surprising, too, finding the Andalite. We were trying to decide what to do after it ran away. Tyrese said he thought his brother was one of them.
"I think my sister is too." I told them. "She comes home late some days, and she acts like she has a lot of secrets. I just hope we can do something to help them."
Something did come to my mind. "The Andalite...what if we...or one of us...morphs and talks? That thought-speech thing works in morph, we could call to it that way."
(I promise to get over here every couple days or so after this)

TYRESE:
"Don't feel sorry for me....feel sorry for my brother a nasty slug could be in his head. That means for however long that things been in him it was just playing the part of my older responsible-but-not-so-much brother." I shook my head then put on a smile. "Hey now we just gotta worry about getting him back."
DOM:
"And we will." I said intensely. I felt bad for my friend one of my best friends actually. His caretaker was one of them the only person who he lives with. I held back my tears and pressed on. We had a lead now we just have to take it. "Okay we have a lead. We have to follow him around for a few days since we don't know when he last fed. We obviously can't follow him around as ourselves so we needs to acquire morphs for this I think birds of prey would be good I hear the eyes of a hawk are great. After we get our bird morphs we can get one morph to use to fight because let's face it this is a war like the Andalite said and battles must be fought I already thought about this today and I know what two morphs I will acquire." To be honest I was kind of glad that Tyrese's brother might be a controller because otherwise we would have had nowhere else to start. I felt bad think like that but it was true and if he is a controller it gives us a reason to fight to get him back.

Slithering softly behind the group, Dex could only stare in astonishment. They were speaking of morphs as if...
<<Don't reveal you can hear me..I am the Andalite you just saw..despite what it may appear my black fur does not make me evil. I have been trapped here, on this planet for a few months now. I need to know I can trust you all before I show myself. If you understand please find a way to get the others to tell your story..I need to know how you all came to this knowledge.>> Dex said into the young man's mind that had thought of the thought speech. If the young man gave him away how could he trust them..

DOM:
"If we were untrustworthy wouldn't we have been talking about destroying you? Don't you'd two species hate each other so if we were Yeerks we would have been freaking out trying to run or kill you. You are obviously close which is why I will continue to talk the way I am nobody is around. A dieing Andalite prince gave us the power to morph to save ourselves from the Yeerk invasion and to stop them. We would like your help but if you do not wish to take it we will go on without you." I said even shocking myself when this alien could kill me easily. I was looking around for him to show up but nothing was happening yet.

"Please help us and we will help you. We need to win this war to protect everyone and your knowledge and strength will help us. We in turn will help you."
I was standing next to emma. She smelled excellent.

"Please, we need your help," I said, astonishing myself. I didn't mean to say anything. I took a step back and acccedentally brushed my hand against Sokka's. For some reason, my arm started to tingle where it hit his.

Thinking it over for a quiet moment Dex finally arrived at a decision...
Slowly he began the demorphing process. <Remember humans, I can slay all of you with little to no effort. Do not betray me.>

My eyes widened a bit. I bit my lip and nodded, hoping that the Andalite could see me.

I looked at the Andalite's body with envy. It looked powerful and offensive. "How about for us to prove to you that we have the morphing power you let me acquire you and morph you as proof." I said trying to hide my usual devious smile and flipped my hair.

I nudged Kasey, "Don't make it mad. I'll do it. I do already have a morph," I said.

I made a face at Emma. "I love how you say It when he sounds male. Plus if you already have a morph don't you think I should get a chance to have one too." I tried to stay polite.

I sighed, not in the mood to argue with him, "Whatever. At least try not to make him mad," I said, with extra emphasis on him.

The Andalite spoke to the group before they could decide anything about my idea. Even though I'd seen the dying Andalite last night, it was still weird to see him demorph and stand there with us. I kept looking around, afraid we'd be attacked by Yeerks or something. So far, so good, though. I didn' t like the look of that tail, and I knew he wasn't kidding around that he could dispatch us quick.
I sighed as those two argued over who was going to morph the Andalite...if he...it...whatever. ...said yes, anyway.
"I wouldn't mind doing it either." I said. It would definitely be an awesome morph, but a little scary too.

Dex stared at the group, his massive tail twitching swiftly, <No. You cannot have my form..for me it has not been a hindrence due to my fighters spirit. However I can never allow that on another..however I do have other forms that you can try. I may one day recede and allow it but for the moment no. But on the matter of proof, I have shown my true form to you. Show your morphing abilities or it may be the last thing you do.>
To emphasize the point Dex whipped his tail through the air, so hard it whistled till it hit the sapling roughly 8 inches in diameter...and it exploded in half.

"Well that sucks. I wouldn't mind someone having my DNA." I told the alien while looking at my friends to see if any of them would morph. Then I saw a toad in the grass and grabbed it. I held it in my hand and focused on creature and acquired its DNA. "Well as you may have heard this is my first morph." I said rather excitedly. I concentrated on the Toad as I dropped it on the floor. My skin felt pebbly and I looked as it went from pale to brown. I stopped focusing on the toad and gasped. "Is this enough proof for you?" I half-yelled at the alien.

"Whoa, easy there, Kasey," I said. "Try not to hurt yourself," I told him, my expression going from irritated to concerned in a split second.

DOM:
"Not all of us have morphed yet and I would like to keep it that way and use this power to hurt the Yeerks not to play around. If you now see that we can be trusted please help us because we need to start tailing Chris as soon as possible." I just wanted to get out of the woods and get on with this and I really wanted that Andalite to help us.

Nodding, Dex murmured, <Very well. What is your plan to fight? You all need to obtain battle capable morphs as well as train in morphing.>
Quickly Dex sauntered towards his make shift home and cut off the transmitter.

DOM:
"Our plan is simple we go to the Gardens we acquire our morphs and then we head out and tale Chris. Hard part is acquiring our morphs." I tried to think of a way to get into the cages without being seen. "Any ideas?"

I demorphed the toad thought for a second. "Can't we morph the guards and get in?" I asked clueless on how morphing works.

"Whoa!" I had to scramble backward when the Andalite's tail hit the tree. That blade was dangerous, for sure. Fortunately, Kasey found a toad and morphed it. I started too, morphing cat like I'd started yesterday. But again, I didn't finish, because Kasey was faster with the toad he found.
I liked the idea of going to the Gardens. "Yeah, good idea...we need better animals than what we've got, that's for sure."
Kasey asked about morphing the guards. I wasn't sure...it might work, but was it right to morph another human? I didn't know. "I suppose, but...I'm not sure."

"Would it be right? To morph another human, I mean," I asked, looking around.

<In my personal experiences, I'd say that yes it is. If we do not then the gift given to you may have been simply no use. I cannot do this alone. If it must be done point me to the gaurd and I will simply allow you all in.> Dex said as he rejoinged the group.

I nodded. I have a bad feeling about this, I thought.

DOM:
"No we will not morph another human. We do not know if a guard is a controller or not so showing him an Andalite. I say we all get small morphs that we can use to sneak in and retrieve our morphs. We morph small again to go back out and that's that then we tail Chris. We have to take turns tailing him for 3 days. And we can only do it for two hours at a time."

"Okay, so we'll need a battle morph, bird of prey morph, and a small morph of some sort," I said, counting them off on my fingers.

"The small morph doesn't need to be too small. Like Kasey has a toad now that could be used to get into the Gardens. I personally do not have any morphs yet and I don't believe that Tyrese has no yet either the rest of you I'm not so sure about besides Mel." Taking control was easier than it seemed and I didn't expect to be making the decisions but I am and so far everything is all right but talking is the easy stuff action is where it gets difficult.
TYRESE:
Everything was happening so fast. Talking about tailing my brother it makes me sick but it must be done to find out if my suspicions are true. I tried to think about what animal I wanted as a battle morph and it clicked in my head then I thought about the bird of prey and I thought on that for a while but I knew what my small morph was going to be right off the bat. "So when we going to the Gardens?" Dom said that as soon as everybody had a small morph we would go to the Gardens but not til it was dark and the park was closed.

"All this talk about tracking Tyrese' brother. But what if the lead was wrong? What if we waste all our time patrolling him, and he is actually normal? What if he is just on drugs? We should spend time following Mels sister too." I said.

DOM:
"Sokka calm down were taking this one person at a time and we all have lives to continue living we can't tail two peoe at once. We tail Chris first then if he is or isn't one of them we act on that if he isn't we go with our next lead Mel's sister."

"Yes, but there are many of us. And they get stronger and stronger as time goes on. Tracking 2 people is not difficult. I'll take emma and ty and track Mels sister, while you take the rest and track his brother. Otherwise we will just be wasting more time and allowing the enemy more time to get even stronger and more numerous in size."

"Sokka we need to keep up our average lives only one person tracks Chris at a time and for only one hour a forty-five minutes so that gives us time to morph and get to the position that we need to get too. The only one of us that can spend most of his time tailing anybody is Dex because he doesn't have a family to go home too we have to think with strategy not just be all go go go about it or we will get caught plus we can't let the person were tailing see us either. Two of us should keep tabs on Chris while we do this too. Sokka I see your point but we can't be all gung no about this."

"Whatever dude. I see your point, but when we have to fight a war, what time is there for our personal lives? We will have time for that after we save the world. If we even succeed at that. The faster we find these things the better."

"Yeah dude we are fighting a war but a secret war. As in this is a secret or we die. So yes we have to pretend like everything is normal so we don't become suspicious and we can't start looking like a group we have to "accidentally" run into each other to have meetings. I'm doing what is best for us and what I think will keep us and our families safe from the Yeerks."

What makes this human believe he could give me commands.. Dex thought to himself, his tail giving away the agitation by twitching.
<I agree. We need to cover as much ground as absolutely possible. Following one man, this will take far to long. And just as previously stated, we may come to find the man completely normal. In my battle experiences you must do what is necessary to win, whether that be possessing the form of another of your species to gain access to other morphs, or risk being found out by following two people. We will eventually be known to the Yeerks, and with you all possessing morphing abilities they will believe you all to be Andalites from the armada trying to save the planet. And seeing as I'm the only battle tested being here I think maybe you should heed my advice.> Dex commented as he slowly began morphing human.

"Guys, maybe we should continue this elsewhere, you know. Where we may not accidentally run into a human controller? We can go to my house. My moms out and my little bro is at daycare," I said, looking around nervously.

DOM:
"Emma's right we need to get out of the open. But I know how you two feel but we have to take into consideration that we still have school on the weekdays to worry about and I don't know about you guys but I need to maintain a B or C average or I'm screwed out of college. That's if I even survive long enough to get to college. I'm just saying what you guys want to do is t possible for our schedules." Trying to make the decisions is hard but then when one of your bestfriends decides to but heads with you it's even worse and now to top if off an alien is trying to tell me how to save my own planet when they couldn't even save the Hork-Bajir. "Yesterday I was worrying about the test I have on Monday now I'm trying to decide the best way not to die." I said out loud on accident. "Sorry I was thinking out loud."
TYRESE:
Too much was going on for me at the moment I just want to find out if my bro is one of them or not.

Dex, now human snorted, "Very well. We will try things your way. But I do not see how you plan to make this workout in anyway, while still trying to remain a normal human teenager."
Covering his now very obvious human genitalia, Dex got dressed in a black t-shirt with black denim jeans. He ended the outfit with a pair of slightly used sneakers.

"So, my house?" I asked.

Dex smiled at the female, "I haven't been on many earth dates, but that sounds oddly like you were coming onto me."
Then just to show he was playing he winked and started walking away, in the direction the team had just come from...
Funny. 15 seconds together and I already have nominated them as a team.. Dex thought.

I smiled and shook my head playfully, "C'mon. My house is this way," I said, and took the lead.

DOM:
We left the spot and started off towards Emma's house. Emma took the lead and boy was I glad getting to watch her walk thought gives me goosebumps. I tried to keep my mind off the thought of my friends brother possibly being a Yeerk and I was pretty distracted at the moment.

I walked into my house with the rest of the team following. "The living room is that way and the kitchen is that way. Who all's hungry?" I asked, starting towards the kitchen.

i listened as we discussed how to get into the Gardens and what to do after. I wasn't sure about morphing humans either,so I was glad we decided not to. The Andalite morphed human and I couldn't help wondering how we were going to morph when we'd be naked later. Yikes.
We decided to sneak into the Gardens,and talked about following our siblings,the two we thought were Yeerks.
We went to Emma's house because it was quiet. I knew they were right,and the questions kept whirling in my head. Could we really manage school and fighting? My grades were average anyway,and I couldn't let them drop.
It would be hard to concentrate on eating,but I knew I had to,since I had skipped breakfast. "Me,kinda."

"Well, c'mon. I'm gonna make us some sandwiches. Come join us if your hungry," I said, and grabbed Mel's hand and towed her to the kitchen. After making a plate of sandwiches, I met all the boys in the living room. "So, how are we going to do this?" I asked.

I glared at Dom without realizing it. Still pissed about his unwilling attitude to look and consider other viewpoints. I think he was noticing the hostility building up in my mind. I looked away.
Looking down at my sandwhich i said, "Well, its not up to me i guess. Dom?"
I took a bite out of my sandwhich. After i swallowed i said, "Dex has the most battle experience. Maybe we should heed his advice."

DOM:
"Sokka were over this his advise would get us caught. What if the guards are controllers and we acquire them then they realize what happened then were screwed! How about that?" I was yelling Sokka was making me mad bringing up old topics. "I'm sorry I thought we were on to the topic of getting small morphs." I wasn't hungry so I didn't take a sandwich. "I'm sorry I'm not hungry." I said looking at Emma and I smiled.
TYRESE:
I was sick if all the arguing between Sokka and Dom. I was eating my sandwich calmly and quietly. The tension in the room was tight and I could feel it.

"Guys, can we not fight now? It sucks, a lot," I said, looking between the two. "Lets just worry about how we are going to get into the Gardens," I said, a but sternly.

i didn't like the arguing either;we wouldn't get anything done if we fought too much.
It was hard to focus on eating,but I made myself have a sandwich.
"I also think that's best...if we could find a way to get something like seagulls or crows or squirrels, we'd blend in pretty easy...you see them running around all the time. Of course,we'd still have to catch something to morph it."

Dex smiled to himself, the one on his side was certainly earning his respect. Dex did not understand what made the young man, this Dom, think he should make the decisions for everyone, whom had named him leader? Especially considering the weaker species commanding the strong?
But in the end there wasn't a lot he could do, he needed allies albeit even if they were cowardice mice...save one..

If this fighting in our group continues into a mission and I make a call and somebody doesn't do what I say they might die and it could be my fault. Would I be able to handle that? That question would come later I guess. "We'll not all of us need small morphs we just need them to get into the gates then find somewhere to demorph. Ill borrow my dads car so we have clothes to change into when we are done so we aren't running around naked. We know Dex and Kasey have morphs to get through the gate a cat morph might fit through but a dog won't so dogs are out birds are a bit hard to catch so I don't think that's gunna happen. Ill probably morph a little lizard because yet are all over the place near my house." Thinking about becoming one of those lizards would be insane. Yesterday I would have been talking about sports now I'm talking about becoming an animal to break into The Gardens to acquire more animals. My life is a scifi movie now.

I looked over at dex. I saw him looking back. He was right. We shared the same opinions.
"I can morph into a lizard too. Just show me where they are" i said. I had to talk to dex. But i didnt want to get anyones attention by leaving suspiciously. I pretended like i got a text message.
"My mom just texted. She needs my help shopping. Ill be back in about 30 minutes."
I looked at dex and gave him a quick wink but made it so no one would see it. I got up and left. I hoped dex would of got the point and will make an excuse to leave so i can talk to him.

Dex arched a brow at the wink...
"Excuse me. I have some matters I must attend to." Dex said, spinning on his heal he walked away from the group in the opposite direction, then made a giant arc back around to meet the young human.
Coming from behind a tree, Dex matched his stride with Sokka's, "The others aren't like us. They aren't willing to do what is necessary. I see that you are."

"i guess I'll get one too." I said. it sounded creepy,but if it worked,I'd go on and do it.
Sokka got up and left,said he had to go help his mom.
"Man,my life got wierd" I commented.

I just listened to Dex talk to Sokka and laughed. How is there in alien in the same city as me and he speaks English. I just quieted my laugh and walked beside Sokka.

"I've got a cat morph. I can use that to get into the Gardens," I said to Dom, watching ad both Sokka and Dex walked away.

DOM:
"Okay so the plan is set. We all go home do our everyday activities and then tonight when the Gardens closes we meet up at the store across the street. Ill have my car back and we can put all of our clothes in it. Ill bring a lizard with me that we can acquire then we let it go. Once inside we find a gift shop with clothes that we can demorph in. We get some clothes on and then we go get our various morphs all while avoiding security. Remember we only need a morph to fight with and a bird of prey we will all go to get the birds of prey at the same time first then we go find our battle morphs. Sounds simple hopefully it will be.

"Alright, so, I guess I'll see you all tonight then," I said.

"So. Secret alliance eh? I see we can see eye to eye better then anyone else can. Sounds good." i said to dex.

Dex nodded keeping his eyes ahead, "I say we do as the others do, but only so far as appearances go. When it's time to make real decisions we make our own. Agree?"

"All right, works for me." I agreed.

I nodded at Dex. "Pretty good idea. Since we are going to the Gardens tonight can I hang out with you Dex? My plan was to be out the house all day so it's either that or something else."

Dex arched a brow, "Very well. Stop by my shack when you need. I may even be able to pull some morph lesson time out for your benefits."
Glancing at the sun, he took note of the time displaced, a little over 25 minutes in morph. Still plenty of time.
Looking back down to his allies he asked, "But how do we know when it's time to convene to make our own decisions?"

TYRESE: I left Emma's house after we all decided to meet up at the Gardens after it closes. The trip to my house wasn't far like a 20 minute walk. When I got home surprisingly my brother was home on the phone as usual. He wouldn't be getting off of it until a half hour or so. I thought about it I have time so I went upstairs to my brothers room and in his room he had his snake, Crush and then in a smaller cage he had a rat to feed to Crush. I don't know what made me do it but I did it. I put my hand into the rats cage. It came out and sniffed my hand then I laid my hand on its back and concentrated. He became drowsy like the Andalite said he would and I knew then I had acquired him. Just then I heard my bro coming up the stairs! He would see me in his room. What could I do? Wait the bathroom door closed! An opening I need to find out info. I took the rat out of its cage and opened up my bros window I tossed the rat out of it and stripped down to nothing and hid my clothes under his bed. I began the change. I started to feel itchy all over and when I looked down I was frowning fur! Then I started to shrink it felt like I was falling and I couldn't hit the bottom. My hands and feet turned into the little paws of a rat all while I grew whiskers and my face shot out and my front teeth got bigger and then I felt the tail shoot out of my spine it was the weirdest feeling I've ever had. I was a full grown rat. Then the senses came it was a tidal wave of fear and food hide, hide, hide I could smell Crush in his cage. I scampered my way to the rat cage and stayed there waiting for my bro to come in. He came in still on the phone he was talking about going to a sharing meeting whatever that was. After that he got off the phone and then he decided to do the one thing I hoped he wasn't going to do: feed Crush. He stuck his hand in the cage and I went up to it playing the rat part and sniffed his hand he lifted me into the air and as he was walking over to put me in Crush's cage I opened my little rat jaws and bit his hand as hard as I could. He released me I fell for what seemed like forever and hit the ground. He cursed me and I ran to the open window and leaped hoping I wouldn't die from the impact. Fortunately it only knocked the wind out of me my fat body took most of the impact. After taking about a minute to recover I ran towards the back of my house and demorphed in the shed I rapped a tarp around myself and went in through the back door. I went up to my room put some clothes on and took a nap from the excitement.

EMMA:
I looked at the time and rubbed my temples. It was about time for me to go get my little brother. I sighed, a little overwhelmed at what I was going to do tonight, and started walking to the daycare center, about two blocks away. When I got there, I grabbed him, checked him out of the center, and tugged him home.
"Emmy, can we play tonight and have a party like we usually do when mom's gone? It is Saturday after all," my little brother, John, asked me.
I looked at him sadly, sorry buddy, not tonight. I have stuff I need to do tommorow." I immediately started to think of excuses as to why I might miss our Saturday night tradition.
He gave me his little puppy dog eyes, "Why? We always do this on Saturday."
I rummaged through a list of excuses, "Um... Because I have a uh, project I need to work on with some of my friends tomorrow early in the morning." Predicting what his next argument would be I said, "I will make it up to you tomorrow, okay? We'll go out to the mall and I'll get you something nice, okay?"
He sighed, "Okay. Promise?"
"Promise." I mentally sighed, Crisis averted. Hopefully I'll be able to keep my promise to him.
We walked the final block home and, because it was getting late, I made dinner and tucked John into bed. After my mom got home (at like eleven at night) and went to bed, I snuck out of my room and through the back door, walking over to our meeting place, and waited.

DOM:
When I left Emma's I walked home and sure enough my parents had went and picked up my car for me. So far so good. I thought to myself as I walked by it to the garage to get a bucket and some sponges to clean it with. I spent my day doing busy work mostly cleaning up my car by the time I was done with my car it was close to dinner time. I walked up the stairs to my porch and on the railing was a little green lizard. "Might as well do this now." I picked up the lizard and it squirmed but then I concentrated on it and it stopped squirming and just relaxed. I covered it with my other hand when it was out of the trance. I got a container from my garage and pocked holes in the top put the lizard inside of it and brought it up to my room. After this I had to sit down and eat with my parents we were having take out tonight it was good but I couldn't stop thinking about the mission. I didn't want to think about trying to get into the exhibits and not get killed. How are we going to get around security surely it would be tight. Hopefully not. I stayed up in my room the rest of the night thinking about attempting to morph the lizard so I know what to expect but I couldn't bring myself to do it just yet not unless I have to I told myself. It was late when I left my house like 11:30 and it didn't take me long to get there in the car I had packed extra clothes and kept them in the back seat. I had to hide my keys up under my tires so they wouldn't be seen. Emma was the first one there I was second. We waited for the rest of the group to arrive.

Mel: I got home, and after homework and chores,I finally went all the way with the cat morph. It freaked me out a little getting smaller and seeing my body sprout fur, my hands turning into paws. I noticed my clothes falling off, and that sort of made sense, that stuff wasn't in our DNA. I'm going to be soooo mortified if I ever have to demorph out there I thought. I'd hate to have to make my way home naked or something. Anyway, the morph wasn't too hard to control; the cat brain was there, but after a few minutes, I got a handle on it. It was a predator, it wanted to hunt. I didn't like the eyes in the daylight, which only saw movement and rendered everything else a blur (although they'd be awesome at night), but the ears and nose were amazing. I didn't stay in morph too long, not wanting to get stuck.
It got to be time for dinner, and I felt weird now around my sister, Melissa. I did my best not to stare or act weird, but it was creepy knowing she wasn't in control, that something was likely inside her head, pretending it was her. I'd have to be careful with this whole morph thing-if any of us got spotted by a controller relative, we were in trouble.
When the time came to sneak out, it really made me think of how this was going to affect our daytime lives from now on. I wondered how we'd keep up with fighting the Yeerks while still finding time to get enough sleep so we weren't zombies in school. I knew I wasn't going to get much tonight, but I had to do what I had to do. I snuck out, hoping I could get back and get in bed before mom found out and yelled. I wasn't the first one to make it to the Gardens, but we weren't all there yet, either.

"Sounds good. Ive had just about enough of Dom these past few days. Acting like he knows everything, and that he is boss around here. Unwilling to listen. It pisses me off. And trust me dex. When the time comes, we will know when we have to make a decision. But for now, lets keep this alliance secret and get ready for the gardens. I have to head home but I'll meet up with you guys later."
I waited for the rest of the day. Anxious. I played video games to pass the time. I made my dinner because my mom was working, and then i watched a movie. By the time it was done it was time to head over and meet the gang. To my surprise I wasnt the first one there. And I thought I came early.
"Hey guys," I said

EMMA;
I nodded, noting the other's arrivals. "So, who all do we still have to wait for," I said from my place under a tree.

Dex nodded, "Sounds good. See you at the Gardens." And with a practiced ease he slipped away.
Calmly walking back to his make shift home, Dex conversed a little with (insert Underseen character name XD which I forgot) as he awaited night, in his own form for the most part. They spoke a lot, mostly about the different aspects of both beings lives, but soon Dex looked up and spotted the night sky.
Slowly he brought his gaze to (again insert the name lol) eye's, and with a wink began morphing his favorite offworld morph, a Khajiit. In a matter of moments, Dex stood on two legs with his whole body covered in all black fur, equipped with feline appendages it was a morph to reckon with. Razor sharp claws, powerful senses, very dense musculature skeleton, and the ability to fool enemies minds into thinking him invisible by secreting a dense reddish fluid from his pores...
..which he did immediately. He then with an uncanny silence, climbed a tree swiftly. After which he whistled to get his young friends attention, <Lets get going.>
And like that he faded into the shadows again slowly making his way across the treetops. And within a few minutes he crossed the journey to the Gardens, and soon found the teens. Getting a closer perch he moved in unspotted to stand near by only slightly hidden behind a tree as he waited for the others to take notice of the ghost on the winds..

I turned, searching for any of the other team members. I spotted something partially hiding behind a tree. "Hello?" I said in a half-whisper.

Kasey:
I talked to Dex about many things including our planets and species and he helped me practice morphing. He then morphed into this sick panther looking alien and disappeared. "Looks like I will walk back myself." I said loud enough for him to hear me and then started to jog to The Gardens.
After what seemed like forever I arrived panting by Emma's side. "That may be Dex, he literally disappeared before he got here." I told her after she made her comment on the figure behind the tree.

"Oh, hey Dex. That looks cool," I said with a slight wave.

TYRESE:
I woke up from my nap and looked at the clock. It read 11:50, I was late! I got up and ran down the stairs my bro wasn't home as usual probably out doing drugs or something. That's what I hoped that he was just doing drugs and not infested with a slug. I hopped onto my bike and rode it at top speed to the Gardens which was pretty far I arrived late and was pretty pissed. "Sorry for being late I overslept. I don't need a lizard I have a morph small enough." I just smiled at everyone.
DOM:
Tyrese came late, very late. We waited for him to get there before doing anything. I had already went and got the box with the lizard in it when I saw Tyrese coming. When Tyrese said he already had a morph I was curious but didn't press the matter. I took the lizard out of the box and held it in my hand. "I already acquired it so you guys can take turns now." I said passing the lizard to Emma.

I took the lizard happily, "Why is it that so many girls are freaked out by scaly or slimy things? They're so cool." I absorbed the DNA and held the lizard up, "Who's next?"

Mel: "I don't know, should I do it or just use my cat?" I asked. Either one would work, although it might not be as easy to hide in the cat morph if I had to.

EMMA:
You don't have to use it, but it might be a good idea to absorb the DNA anyways," I shrugged. "It's up to you," I said, offering the still limp lizard

DEX:
Dex nodded in Emma's direction with a smile, <<Very observant of you to see me. None of the others will unless I reveal myself, but you saw me very quickly. You would make an amazing General.>>
Dex stepped forward, further into the light so he can be more easily noticed, <I have a snake morph already so I don't need it. And just for you all to understand, this morph is a Khajiit. When in need I can be nearly invisible to sentient minds. I can take point when we go in if necessary.>
The explanation wasnt really needed at the point, but he didn't want them to see a humanoid feline and freak out..unlike Emma whom clearly was to observant to be fooled so easily. It was almost like she saw his identity not the form he was in..

I smiled slightly at Dex's praise. I figured he was talking to me at first, since no one else reacted to his comment. "Cool, a Khajiiit. That's interesting," I said, handing the lizard to Kasey.

"Yeah,might as well",I said,taking it. i wasn't squeamish like some girls,but it still felt weird as I aquired it and then waited to see who was mext.

"Alright. I guess I'm next."
I took the lizard and absorbed its DNA. I was anxious to get this moving.

Kasey:
"Last, but not least." I groaned and grabbed the lizard and focused on it. The reptile's DNA was absorbed by my body to be there forever. "What's the plan guys?" I asked to reiterate.

EMMA:
I looked to Dom, "I'm with Kasey on this one. What is the plan?"

DOM:
I guess I'm the type if guy who steps up to make desicions for other people. I never knew this about myself until I got the morphing power. I let the lizard run free to be a lizard and do lizard things. I envied that lizard just getting to I mind his own business while we go try and acquire dangerous animals. "Okay so we strip down to bare minimum clothing put the rest in this bag and ill put it in my car. Then we morph small." Once everybody was down to the bare minimum we all turned away from each other and stated our various morphs. I was becoming the lizard I though hard about how it looked. After a few seconds I felt the changes start. I started falling, no not falling shrinking I was getting smaller and fast. While I was shrinking my skin turned scaley and green. My insides churned and became the insides or a reptile. My face elongated and my vision changed. Last but not least I felt the tail come spurting out of me. I wanted food. No. I have a mission. Yes a mission. A mission to find food. I scurried around looking for food when I realized what I was doing. <whoa wasn't expecting that.> I said out loud.

EMMA:
After the initial scare and hunger, I gained control over the lizard mind. <Ya, a simillar thing happened when I morphed my cat. I didn't get any of her memories, though. Just instincts. What's with that anyways?> I asked no one in particular, just wanting an answer.

We were all stripping down to our bare minimum. We were all looking away from one another while doing it. I did sneak a peak at Emma though. It was nice. But she didn't see me. I thought she could see me out of the corner of we eye so I looked away really fast.
Anyways.... I morphed into the lizard and was hungry. And I mean really hungry...... And that's when I saw the cricket. I ran in its direction as fast as my tiny legs could take me.
<food food food!>

EMMA:
I watched as Sokka spotted the cricket. I figured out pretty quick that he didn't have control as he sped to the little cricket. <Oh, man. Sokka! Sokka get control of yourself. I don't think you want to eat that cricket. C'mon, buddy. Don't eat the cricket. You are Sokka. A human being.> I called out, trying to get him to stop.

I heard a familiar voice. Emma's. she was yelling at me to get control of myself. Why is she saying-- wait. What am I doing? I'm chasing a friggin cricket. I stopped running. Gathering myself back together I turned around and looked at the group.
<Wow. Those are some strong instincts. Damn. Thanks a lot emma.>

EMMA:
<Ya, I figured you didn't want to eat a bug.> I would've smiled if I could with relief. <Is everyone else okay? Dex, Mel, Kasey, Ty? You guys all okay?>

Watching the others morph, Dex demorphed and stayed watch until the others had finished their transformations. <Alright. I'm going to begin my snake morph.>
And like that the ground began rushing up to him, his body slowly melting into one singular appendage. Soon his stalk eyes left last and he finished his morph.
Flicking his tongue out, Dex tasted several people off in the distance, their scents drifting on the air. They most likely were gaurds doing rounds.

EMMA:
<You still want food after that? I figured that since you just about ate a cricket you wouldn't be as hungry,> I said, laughing slightly.

TYRESE:
Oh goody I thought Dex is becoming a snake the animal that eats the one I'm going to become. I started my morph, I had done it before so I knew what to expect. The morph started and I immediately felt my ears go to the top if my head then the tail I hadn't even started shrinking yet and I was mostly a rat. A very large rat. As my face spurted out and my eyes became those of a rat I felt the shrinking. I was almost a full rat now but I had no fur that's when it started growing out of my skin. I was a rat. The instincts hit me and an immediate fear was swept over me because of the snake about ten feet away from me. <Man Dex your snake morph scares the hell outta my rat. I keep having to look at you without meaning too just to make the rat brain calm down and to reassure it you will not eat me. Oh yeah and I was almost fed to my bros snake earlier today so that doesn't help. I'm fine so nobody worry. We have a mission ill tell you what I found out later.>

Kasey:
After watching all my friends morph the lizard I followed suit. I morphed the lizard surprisingly fast and the last part to get motored was the tail, my tail. Then my body jolted with fear I had no where to go and there were other lizards around me. I scurried away from them into the gardens gate.

EMMA:
<And..... There goes Kasey. C'mon. We should probably follow him. Kasey, are you in control?> I said as I watched him scurry away and towards the Gardens.

DOM:
<Okay let's go get him.> I said and I powered my little lizard body towards the gardens gate.
TYRESE:
My rat body was so afraid of the snake but I ignored it and chased after the lizards.

EMMA:
After we arrived safely inside the Gardens, I said, <I want to be done with this so I can go home and sleep. Thank goodness we don't have school for another day. So. Where to first?>

DOM:
<we go to the gift shop and get some clothes.>

Mel: I skittered after them, weirded out by the lizard instincts. Great, the gift shop...Shopping was always a draw for me and I knew it would be hard to focus. But we still had to be careful,so I'd have to do it. I just hoped no night staff caught us
< I agree there. Man this thing has instincts. i keep wanting to chase the ants I see.>

EMMA:
<Ya, I know right? It's really disturbing,> I said, and soon we arrived at the gift shop. I started searching for a place to demorph.

We were all headed into the gardens. We were kinda chasing after kasey. I ran with the rest of the gang, and that's when the cricket chirped again. I stopped to look at it. No. Gotta keep moving.
*chirp*
I stopped and took a tiny step toward it.
No!
I started running again.
*chirp*
I have to get my hands on that cricket! He's mine!!!!
I saw the rest of the group were entering the gardens while I ran after the cricket. They had no knowledge of me be distracted. Which was bad. Because after about 30 seconds of me chasing the cricket, is when I heard the owl.

Dex slithered along the outer edge of the gift shops perimeter, <I'll keep watch. When you all are finished give me a sign.>
Flicking his tongue anxiously, Dex kept tabs on the gaurds as they walked...wait a minute..
<Were missing someone.> Dex stated, counting the scents of his allies on the air. Slithering quickly back the way theycame he spotted a llizard chasing a cricket...
He is moving to much..easier to spot by.. Dex thought as he tasted the air once again and went still instantly.
<Sokka!> Dex roared in his newfound allies mind, <Get control or be eaten! There is a Horned Owl in a tree not to far away eyeing you!! Stop moving!!>

EMMA:
I heard Dex's cry. I immediately stopped what I was doing and ran out again. <Wait, that's Sokka! Oh man oh man. Sokka!>

DOM:
The first mission and already something went wrong. Sokka couldn't fight the hunger of the lizard and went for a cricket. I continued to try and find a spot to demorph. Once I did I started to return to my normal shape a human. It started quickly and in about a two minutes I was me again and I found some pants and a shirt threw them on. "Whoever is left in hear demorph now. Ill go get Sokka." I looked left and right before I left the gift shop. I ran to the lizard out in the open and scooped him up. I got back to the gift shop and put Sokka on the ground. "Demorph now Sokka you can't control the instincts."
TYRESE:
Once inside the gift shop I did as Dom said and demorphed ten found some suitable clothes and put them on. I also went and got a map so we know where we were going. I studied the map to see what was closest but I really just wanted to see where the morph I was going to get was and it was pretty close. I wanted the full grown male lion. Once everybody was demorphed I said, "It looks like the big cats are the closest thing to us right now."

I did not like being picked up. Let alone being tapped in clammy hands. But when I finally demorphed I was happy he did that.
"Wow. Thanks a lot bro. You guys have to teach me how to control those instincts."

Quickly demorphing, Dex winked both an eyestalk and a normal eye at Sokka, <<I told you I would help you.>>
Walking towards the closest gate, Dex snapped the lock with aswift crack of his tail, <We need to hurry everyone. Last I could tell a gaurd was on the move towards us. We arent caught quite yet but we still need stealth.>
Keeping his stalks watching constantly, Dex made his way towards a Timberwolf exhibit, <We need keys..I want this morph..look at this creature..> He mumbled into everyone's heads staring unblinkingly at the massive Alpha Wolf.

DOM:
"Dex don't worry about keys you can cut open the locks and go in. We don't have time to look for keys. When we come to it ill be acquiring a gorilla so everybody do what we have too to get the morph you want."

With the equivalent of a smile again, Dex slowly drew his ttail back <Be wary then. Breaking the locks leave the possibility of the animals escaping.>
Crack! The lock hit the floor with a soft thud, and slowly Dex walked into the enclosure. Watching warily the wolf stayed still knowing his opponent was the superior.
Drawing ever closer, Dex slapped the side of his tail against the wolf's head knocking it unconscious. Placing his hand on its shoulder, he slowly acquired the DNA.

DOM:
"They won't escape if we close the door after we're done. Ok let's move on. Big Cats are next so who's up?" I can't wait to get to the apes. The massive power of the gorilla would be insane.
TYRESE:
"Dex can you open up the lion exhibit. The big guy is sleeping, that's who I want." It was easier said than done that lion was huge it could kill me in an instant.

I nodded at dex. There is no one who can help me at controlling my instincts in morphed form better then dex.
We started to walk and search for the animals we wanted.
"I am so souped for the grizzlies!"

Mel: Having Dex along made things a lot easier. I kinda felt bad at the way he knocked the animals out, but it was better than getting bit. I acquired what I could while I had the chance, but also kept looking for the leopards.
"I want a leopard, too, while I'm at it...it's not as big as a lion or tiger, but it can climb if we need to." However, I did have to say the grizzly sounded fun. They were about tied with polar bears as the largest land predator in the world, couldn't beat that. I knew we'd need birds and water morphs too, before we left. I wanted a hawk or eagle for flying, and maybe a dolphin for swimming. Although I knew that would only work for saltwater-it would start feeling sick fast in fresh water and lakes or rivers tended to be shallower than the ocean.
I kept a close eye out for any lights-zookeepers liked to ride on golf carts to get between exhibits easier. Or the sound of anyone talking besides us.

Kasey:
I got control of my morph and followed Dom to the gift shop and demorphed and put on clothes. I followed Dex to the exhibits. "Wouldn't it be a good idea for us to try to acquire as much morphs as possible?" I asked the Andalite.

EMMA:
Following the rest of the group, I finally piped up, "I want the Siberian Tiger. It's a nice big cat. I'd rather wait until Ty went, though, so I can wait."

Walking to each designated exhibit, Dex opened them and quickly knocked any conscious specimens out. Acquiring a Polar Bear as he went.
<We will need birds.> Dex said spotting the Golden Eagle exhibit. Quickly sauntering to the door, he reached in through the cage and touched the birds beak. Watching it go limp, Dex focused hard then slowly withdrew his hand from the cage.

DOM:
I acquired the gorilla when Dex opened the cage and knocked it out. I felt bad for the great ape but we had to keep moving. Once near the birds I acquired a red-tailed hawk for my bird morph.
TYRESE:
I was so scared seeing the big lion up so close. I put my hand on its back and let my power do the rest. Once leaving I just wanted to morph the lion so bad and to feel its power but that could wait. When we arrived at the cages for the birds it took me a while to decide that I wanted the peregrine falcon after reading that it is the fastest bird when in a dive. "So we ready to get out of here? I asked after we acquired what we needed too.

Kasey:
I followed Dex to the bird exhibit after he let me acquire a White Rhino. I wanted to be able to hit up the Gorilla or Polar Bear exhibits, but my group was in a rush. While in the bird exhibit I acquired a Merlin, because that was the only bird that would get near me.

EMMA:
I aquired the Siberian Tiger and the white kite. "Ya, I'm getting a littlle tired and am so ready to go tol bed," I said, stifling a yawn.

I finally acquired the grizzlie. Not to mention more then a dozen other animals. I had my mind set on what type of bird I wanted. The majestic and beautiful bad eagle. After acquiring what I needed and listening to he others talk about going home I realized something that could be an issue in the future.
"Shouldn't we get a water morph too?"

EMMA:
I blinked, "Oh, ya, I guess that might be a good idea," I said, looking to Dom.

DOM:
"We can do that another time right now I just need some sleep and we start tailing tomorrow. So everybody get a good nights sleep."I started to walk away then decided against it. I turned to face my friends. "It looks like a nice night to fly." I put on a grin and started my morph. The first thing to change were my feet they turned into the ripping talons of the red-tailed hawk. My skin itched as the feathers came out of my skin from the pattern they formed on my body. I felt the tail feathers spurt out of me. My arms shrank along with the rest of me but they turned into feathered wings. My face elongated to turn into the deadly beak of the hawk and then I was blind! Blind! But then all of a sudden I could see not much better than my human vision but it was also dark out. Then the instincts came they just told me to find a nice tree and sleep. I pushed that aside and decided to use its one god given gift. The gift of flight. I powered my wings to get off the ground their was no wind on the ground to lift me up. Once I was in the air I felt calm and at home. I saw my car but I suddenly wasn't tired anymore I just wanted to fly so I just circled my friends to see what they would do.

Mel: I managed to get what I wanted as well, including the bald eagle, a black panther, and several other animals. I had also thought about water morphs, though Dom said we should get home. We'd need to get them, but it could certianly wait until another night. I morphed bird, like him, though I'd also gotten a good night flyer-a barn owl. My wings were silent, my eyes able to see every small detail beneath me. I was eager to get home and sleep, hating how I felt wiped out if I went to school on only a few hours sleep. I headed for my house.

EMMA:
I morphed into the beautiful white kite. T did have fairly good vision; during the day, but at the night I felt blind. After a few moments, though. My eyes managed to adjust, even if it was just a little bit. I took off from the ground to join Dom as he circled. <What are we gonna do about your car? I could demorph and drive it to your house if you want.> I thought for a second, <And yes, I have my licence already. Do you want me to drive it to your house?> I asked again.

DOM:
<No ill drive I was just a little taken away by the flying that I forgot about it till I saw it. Do you need a ride home?> I turned and headed for my car. I landed on the side mirror of my car then fluttered to the ground. I started to demorph and in a couple of minutes I was myself again. I got my keys from my car and put on my clothes that were in the bag. I waited to see if Emma was going to fly or take a drive.

EMMA:
<Sure. Mind taking my clothes behind that tree over there?> I asked, then flew behind the same tree I had just pointed out and began to slowly demorph.

We'll I sure as heck ain't flying at night. And I'm not gonna walk home.
"Dom. Can u give me a lift?"

DOM:
I brought Emma's clothes behind the tree she wanted. "Yeah I can give you a ride. Ty get in ill drive you home too." I got in the car and waited for the others to get in the car then I started off towards Ty's house he lived the closest to the Gardens. I dropped him off then headed for Sokkas house. We got to Sokkas not much later he hopped out and then it was two. I started driving towards Emma's house. It was nice just driving and talking about normal stuff and not what's happening to us. I reached Emma's house. I turned the car off got out of the car before she could and I ran over to get side and opened the door for her. "Your bed awaits you my lady." I said doing one of those gestures to tell her to go ahead of me. "I'll walk you to the door if you want?" I asked her in the most casual way possible.
TYRESE:
Once I got home I headed for my room and plopped down on my bed. I just laid there thinking about the lion. The lion doesn't have to worry about his brother being taken over by a slug. Just then I heard my bro come in. I had to fight the urge to morph and go down there and attack him. Instead I just went downstairs started to walk out the door when he yelled at me for leaving. "Where are you going this late?" He said. "Why do you care you don't care about anything else I do." That did it he looked mad but he didn't explode he just got real calm. "You know you should join the group I'm involved with and we could hang more." I laughed at him. "And be a little old Boy Scout I don't think so." I turned and walked out the door. I walked down the street then turned back and headed for the back of my house. I went over to the woods and stripped down to my boxers. I need to try this just once. I started the morph I wanted to do more than anything. The lion. I felt my joints shift and I was forced to all fours. Then the fur came it itched just like the rat but different. My dreads untangled and changed color and started puffing out to form my massive mane. I felt the tail come out of my spine and then my eyes changed to the lion vision and I could see! Bud I didn't want to see my face change to the feline face of the lion. All the while I was growing in size I felt the raw power in my body. The last thing that came were the fangs then the instincts which told me to go to sleep. I pushed that aside and stated running through the woods. I ran and ran and ran until I was to tired to keep going I went back to my house and demorphed put on my clothes and went inside and fell asleep.

EMMA:
I rolled my eyes playfully at Dom. "Sure, you can walk me up," I said.

DOM:
"Okay" I said with a smile. I walked her up to the door and talked for a few more minutes. Well it's getting pretty late. Ill see you tomorrow?" Duh of course I would see her tomorrow why did I even ask that I'm so dumb. Should I try and make a move? No that wouldn't be right we didn't even go out together. I stood there looking kinda dumb and waiting for her to go inside or to shoo me away or to my hopes doesn't want me to leave yet.

I wasn't tired. I wanted to stay awake. I wanted to try the grizzlie. I went outside and to the woods. I was about to start morphing when I heard a very low growl and something heavy running. And running fast. I wanted to know what it was. I morphed into aCheetah I acquired. I morphed and started running. But I feared I was too far behind. I kept running anyway. I was running so fast I didn't realize that I was about to run into the road. I was going too fast to stop. Next thing I knew I was in the middle of the road with a car charging right at me.
*beeeeeeppp*
I heard the cars horn and it turned really fast and barely avoided me. The car stopped and a man and a girl about 13 got out and were looking at me. They couldn't get a good look because it was dark but I ran in the other direction. I was running so fast again. I began to realize I needed to get off the road and that's when I looked to my left and saw Dom and Emma standing at her front door. I got angry. Really angry. And by the time I realized I couldn't let them hear or see me I was headed straight for a car. Doms car. And going 60 miles an hour I ran into the back of his car and flipped over it an knocked myself out.

Dex slowly shrank towards the ground, focusing on the image of the Golden Eagle all the while. Slowly his hooves became taloned feet, and his tail gave way to little feathers.
Upon finishing, Dex bolted straight up like a missile. Once high enough Dex began floating on thermals, eyeing the small barn Owl that was flying around.
"Tseeeer!" Dex screeched threateningly.

EMMA:
I was about to ask Dom if he was busy tomarrow after school when I heard a big crash. "What the-- Dom! Your car! What the heck!?" I shrieked, pointing at his car, with a big cat lying near it.

Kasey:
Unlike everyone else I wasn't in the mood for taking of my new cloths and morphing at this time. The damage I could cause with morphing Rhino out here. can be expensive. I jogged back to Dex's shack and waited for him to return.

DOM:
I heard the crash and looked at my car when Emma said something about it. I turned around to see a cheetah laying on the ground next to my car. I had only one guess as to who it might be. Sokka. He always manages to ruin a good moment but what can I say he is my best friend. I could say he has pretty good timing. I laughed out loud at that. "Sokka what are you doing?" I couldn't help but get a little mad but what could I do? I could morph and kill him but I couldn't.

To my surprise I was able to wake up before Dom could get to me. I got up and tried to run but I couldn't. I just fell to the ground. My back right leg was hurting. I couldn't really move it. It wasn't broken. Great. Sprained leg. I would have to be carried back home. There was no way I was going to demorph and be seen naked.
<Ahhh my leg. I think it's sprained.>

DOM:
"Sokka go behind my car, demorph then remorph to something that can get you home fast but preferably not a cheetah so people don't think the Gardens let the annals loose." I turned away so that he could demorph then remorph so he's not naked.

Mel: I heard the screech behind me. What I didn't know is if it was a real hawk or one of us. On top of that,the owl kept looking for something to hunt. i couldn't keep focused. I banked, trying to steer away. i decided to call,it wasn't like I had anything to lose.
<Hey...is that one of us or a real bird? The instincts fight you..lf that is one of us, so am I. if that is a hawk,I could be in trouble. Darn,this is harder than I expected.>

I limped behind Doms car and demorphed. I morphed into a dog. I didn't really acquire too many quick animals and I didn't want to fly at night. And i was really tired. So I figured if I was a dog he'd give me a ride home.
<I'm really tired. Can u give me another lift home?>

Slowly circling overhead, Dex screeched again to let others know the owl was his prey..
Drawing in his wings he launched into a dive straight at the bird, talons forward ready for the kill.

<Aaaahhh!> I yelled. I didn't think then about anyone else hearing...I was just worried about my life. I tried again to swerve aside,knowing the hawk was faster and more maneuverable.

At the sound of fear, Dex gained control and veered off using his momentum to carry him far back towards the shack.
That's the first time in a long time that instincts caught him off gaurd and it made him feel less..worthy for some reason.

DOM:
"Can't you run home that's how you got here? I'm kinda....never mind get in the car." I couldn't say anything to him. I unlocked the car so Sokka could open it since he isn't a real dog. I turned to Emma. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow? Maybe we can take shifts together or go flying together one day?" Then I leaned over and kissed her on the cheek. I don't know what made me do it. I just did it. I turned and walked to my car I looked back and gave her a wink then I got in the car, started it and drove away.

EMMA:
I had to admit, I was a bit taken aback. I wasn't expecting Dom to kiss me, even on the cheek. I tried, and failed, to hide my face, growing redder by the second. I waved back at him, went inside, and attemted to fall asleep, once again, failing miserably.

Well, i guess you can say i was a bit jealous. What is he thiking? Doesnt he realize ive had a crush on her for years now? I got in the car. As we drove away i felt my doggy ears were down.
<What in the world was that? Dont you realize i like her? Your my best friend! Surely you mustve realized.>

"And I'm supposed to believe that you just randomly ended up at Emma's house when I was going to drop her off? Not a chance you were there because you wanted to be there. You only morphed dog so that I would have to leave to give you a ride. I'm not dumb Sokka I know how you work and you know how I work but that doesn't mean anything because sure you might have liked her longer but you never did anything about it. I make decisions and moves and you and Ty follow that's how it's always been but I never realized it til we got the power to morph. Look I'm just saying I'm not going to stop because I like her but I'm just telling you so you know and so you don't get mad unless you still do. But if your my friend you won't let this affect your decisions when we are fighting the Yeerks." I looked at Sokka then I scratched behind his ear.

I moved away. And hopped in the back.
<I may be morphed but im not a damn dog. And i didnt purposely show up at her house. I was chasing something. And ive realized it too. And ya know what? It doesnt matter what i say. You are still gonna do your own thing and force me to follow along. Well no more.>
It was quiet for most of the ride home. He pulled up to my driveway and parked.

"What do you mean I'm going to force you to follow along I don't force you to do anything." Sokka made me mad with that last comment big I wouldn't show him my anger. "This war is more important than a few bickering friends so tell me that when we are on a mission you will follow my lead? Sokka if you and Ty don't follow me I'm not sure I'd still be able to do this so come on tell me you have my back." I was telling the truth if I didn't have Sokka and Ty I probably wouldn't be doing any of this war crap.

I was trying to sound relaxed but i realized my temper was beginning to flare so i stopped. It was quiet for about 30 seconds. The radio was all that was keeping it from getting too awkward.
<Im not saying i wont be there for you and wont help and support you. I just need to know that you will be willing to accept advice.>

"I can accept advice. And I'm not ordering you to do anything I was asking you if you would back me up because I was serious I wouldn't do this if I didn't have my two best friends with me by my side. But the following two controllers thing wouldn't work well for anybody. It's better if we follow one and learn as much as possible and if Mel's sister is a controller we will probably see her somewhere when we are following Chris. Remember Ty said something about his bro being a part of a group called the sharing so I mean if it is a controller organization they should both be there." I unlocked the car doors after that.

I opened the door with my mouth and hopped out. I stood by the door and didnt close it.

I would of smiled but im a dog, so i wagged my tail and tried to bark as happily as a dog could. Unfortunately it came out as more of a whimper.

DOM:
"Haha it's okay your not in your own body. Now go home and get some clothes on we don't want you stuck as a dog forever. Call me when you wake up tomorrow because we start following our suspects tomorrow." I waited for him to close the door them I pulled out and headed home. Sokka got to me. I don't know how but he did something just made me uneasy. I wasn't tired so I pulled my car in the driveway hid my keys in a bush went back to my car stripped down and started to morph my red-tailed hawk when I decided against it. I would need to be fresh for tomorrow. I stopped the morph and returned to human. I got dressed and got my keys and went inside I was a little mad about the dent in my car but what could I do so I just drifted to sleep once I hit my bed.

After he left I demorphed to a human and climed up the tree on the side of my house and jumped through my window. I got changed and went to bed. I was so tired.

Mel: still didn't know if the hawk was one of us or just scared by my yell,but it backed off. I was glad to get home,demorph,and get in bed. I was really tired by then.

EMMA:
After many fitful hours of partial sleep, I woke up to my alarm. I groaned, "Why do I have to get up today. I'm still so tired," I said to no one in particular. After laying in my still warm bed for a few mores minutes, then got up and took a shower. I wrapped my hair in a towel and got dressed, soon after goi h downstairs to see my little brother sitting at the kitchen table, eating a bowl of cereal.
"How are you doing this morning, bud?" I asked him.
He yawned slightly, "Still a bit tired. I'm done with my food," he said, then smiled at me.
"Okay, let me do my hair and then I'll take you to the daycare, okay?"
"Okay," he said, then took his bowl to the sink and waited while I did my hair. I then took him to the daycare, and started on my way to the mall.

TYRESE:
I woke up when the sun hit my face. I expected to be a half mess of human and lion or human and rat but I was me just me. I went to the bathroom took a shower and went downstairs and to my surprise my bro was sitting in the living room watching T.V. It was weird because he hadn't say down like that for a while he was never home. "What nothing important for you to do today?" I asked him.
"Nope what's more important than quality time with my bro?" Right at that moment I wanted to punch him in the face because for months he had been pretty busy now all of a sudden he wanted to hang again.
"I'm going to need a raincheck on that because I gots project to do today with Dom. Sorry." I ran upstairs after getting his ok which didn't mean anything really. I put on some clothes but for no real reason accept to fool my bro, but when I went downstairs he was gone again. I locked the door to my house and went out the back. I crouched down behind our shed. I still didn't know how we were able to keep living in this house but whatever. I took off my clothes and started morphing to the peregrine falcon I acquired last night. A few minutes later I was a falcon in the sky. I flew and flew just taking the breeze wherever buying time before the others were awake. I could see every detail of everything I saw looked at. I flapped my wings to gain altitude and when I was pretty darn high I folded in my wings and rocketed toward the ground. When I got to about tree level I opened my wings to slow me down and that's when I saw him. My brother he was going into a convenience store. Actually a lot of people were going into this store but nobody really ever came out. I perched on a branch in a tree and waited for like an hour for my bro to come out he never did. I took to the sky and flew to Doms. <Dom if your not awake wake up right now! And open your window!>
DOM:
I was awake when I heard Ty's voice in my head and he sounded worried so I ran to open the window. He came swooping in and he hit my bed hard and tumbled to the floor. "Why are you a falcon and why are you yelling at me?" He told me how he was 75% sure his bro is a controller and he told me how he saw him go in a store where people went in and didn't come back out. It made me suspicious and I don't like being suspicious because suspicions lead to accusations and then I have to make a hard choice. In the end I decided to wait til everybody could get together and we would vote.

What a great nights sleep. And I woke up to the smell of eggs and bacon? Awesoommmee! I went downstairs and devoured my food. I kissed my mom on the cheek and thanked her. Then I went upstairs to call Dom like I promised I would.

DOM:
Tyrese demorphed and demorphed into his falcon morph since he didn't want to be naked and I didn't have clothes that would fit him. Sokka called and I told him to meet at the food court in the mall and try and hook up with everybody else. I got Kaseys number from Tyrese and called him but there was no answer. I left a message telling him to get Dex and meet at the food court in the mall. I found a pair of shorts that might fit Ty and I threw them near him so he could put them on so we can go. Once he was dressed we went to my car and headed for the mall.

Mel: At least it wasn't a school day...I'd have been a zombie if I had to get up early after last night.
Not a whole lot was going on at home-Melissa was there for a while, then said she had to go somewhere. I wondered about that in my head, but naturally didn't say anything out loud. After breakfast, I headed for the mall. Hopefully, I could hook up with the others-although secretly, I also hoped for some shopping time if possible. Mostly, though, I was worrying about what we'd get into next.

EMMA:
I made it to the mall and say at the food court, hoping to see any of my new team members.

I got to the food court and saw emma there. I'm not gonna lie, but I was kinda pleased when I didn't see anyone else there. I walked up to her.
"Hey emma, how's it going?"

EMMA:
I turned to see Sokka standing there. "Hey, it's going pretty good. Have you seen any of the others?" I asked him.
-
"No not yet. I talked to Dom this morning and he said to meet here. As for the others I haven't heard anything."
My stomache growled. Man. Even after that big breakfast I'm still hungry?
"I'm hungry. I'm gonna go get something. Can I buy you something?"

EMMA:
I smiled, "Sure, whatever looks good."

"Alright, cool."
We walked up to the line and u got a sausage and egg English muffin. Damn this place wasn't cheap. 6 bucks just for that. Good thing I brought 20.
"Alright emma. What would you like?" I said and gave her a small smile.

DOM:
Me and Tyrese arrived at the mall and headed for the food court. We didn't see any of te others until we were in the food court. Sokka and Emma were on line getting food chatting it up. We took a table near the back of the food court. I told Ty to tell them where we were sitting and he came back afterwards. We waited for the rest of the group to get to the court.

EMMA:
I grabbed an orange juice and told him that was it. We then left the line to go sit with Dom and Ty and waited for the others.

We sat down with Dom and Ty.
"Sup guys" I said. I ate my food waiting on the others.

Mel: As bad as I wanted to hit a couple stores, I knew I'd regret it if I had to morph. I already had breakfast, but still got a McMuffin because the smell was making me hungry. i spotted the others and headed over.
"Hi" I said, finding a seat with them.

EMMA:
I turned at yhe sound of Mel's voice, "Hey, Mel. Have you seen Kasey or Dex anywhere?" I asked as she sat down with us.

Mel: "No,not yet...hope they get here soon and that nothing happened,though" I said.

EMMA:
We chatted for a few minutes. After a while I looked at my watch. It was almost ten minutes since Mel got here. "Guys, I don't think that they are coming. So," I said looking around for eavesdroppers, "what is this meeting about?"

DOM:
"Okay ill get right to the point. Ty's brother was seen going into a convenience store. He didn't come out, at least not for the hour that Ty spied on him for." I said at a whisper so I wouldn't be overheard. "Now I say we take a vote to see if we follow Mel's sister or if we see what's going on in that store." I looked at the others. "I'll make my vote last."
TYRESE:
"I vote to follow my bro. This store could be an entrance to the Yeerk pool." I really just wanted to know if my bro was one of them or not.

EMMA:
"I think we should go investigate the store," I said.

Mel: "I vote yes...I want to know what's going on." I agreed.
-
"I think it's pretty obvious we check the store. Seems like a good bet to me. Watch it just be an arts and crafts group," I said laughing. Man I crack myself up sometimes.

DOM:
"We'll then it's settled we go check out the store. If only we could get a hold of Kasey and Dex." I didn't show it but I was a little worried about where they were. Why weren't they here? Did Dex have his own agenda? No why would he do that.

EMMA:
"So, what do we want to do, I mean, we should have some sort of a plan," I said. I was a little worried about Kaysey and Dex as well, but pushed thpse thoughts out of my mind. It wouldn't do any good to think against them. They probably just got caught up doing something.

DOM:
"The plan is for one of us to go in and scope out the place. Actually two people will go in one as them self the other as a lizard in the pocket of whoever is going in. We scope it out and get out as fast as possible without drawing attention to ourselves."

EMMA:
"Okay, I'll go as the lizard. Who's gonna come?" I asked, looking at the others.
-
DOM:
"I will go." I didn't want to risk the others.
-
Mel: "I'd like to, since one of them is my sister, but it doesn't have to be that way if three is too many..." I said.

EMMA:
"What about the rest of the group?" I asked.

DOM:
"Mel you can go in as a lizard too. The rest of te group will hang back in thought speak range so that if things turn south the others can morph and come in and save us." I liked the plan I though it would do fairly well. But then I calculated something two members of the group might not come on this mission. "Mel I'm going to need you to stay back too if Kasey and Dex do not meet us in time." There the plan was fixed except I have a bad feeling about Kasey and Dex.

Mel: I sighed. "All right." I wanted to go in, but also knew that more help might be needed outside if the other two didn't show up. I kept wondering where they were.

"Shouldn't we be a little more concerned about our comrades? I know I am. What if they were caught? Or worse, killed? Or tortured to reveal who the other members of the group are?"
I breathed in.
"Alright alright alright. Calm down. You guys are panicking. They could of just got caught up."
About 3 seconds went by.
"By caught up I mean they were caught up by a yeerk and kept captive. "
Another few seconds went by.
"Alright calm down. Maybe they're just doing something. Like learning how to control their powers. Yea that's it. Training. Man you guys need to learn how to not panic."

EMMA:
I just give Sokka a look. Then facepalmed.

DOM:
"Sokka first of all how the hell would the Yeerks even know about us we haven't revealed ourselves. Secondly they will all probably think we are Andalites and not humans because humans don't morph. Dex is an Andalite warrior he should be fine and if Kasey is with him and they got in a fight they could manage just like we have to without them. After we do this mission we will go look for them." I didn't like that Sokka was freaking out it just made me want to freak out.

EMMA:
"So I guess the most important question is, when are we doing this?" I asked.

DOM:
"We are going to head over to the store as soon as we're finished here. We go behind the building next to the store and Emma morphs lizard. The rest of you wait for a thought speak cry from Emma if we get attacked and they just make every person who goes in there a controller. Actually that might just work. Everybody is going to morph lizard now and go in my pockets and maybe ill get taken to the Yeerk pool. If that does happen you guys get out of my pockets and hide and demorph. Then remorph battle morphs so we can save people. Or at least try and save people."

EMMA:
"Okay, so what happens to you?" I asked.

"I'm good I'm good. Just a little worried."

Mel: I was worried about the other two, but Dom made sense too. I was trying not to worry but it wasn't easy.
The idea of going into the pool area scared me, but I nodded in agreement. I just hoped nothing went wrong down there.

EMMA:
"Dom? What's gonna happen to you when they have you? It's not like you could morph to get away. The Yeerks would find and take you and your family. Then find us," I shuddered at the thought. "But seriously, how are you gonna get away?" I asked.

DOM:
That question had stumped me. Why didn't I think of that? Was I not qualified to lead my friends? Of course I wasn't qualified for this I'm only a teenager. I would have to learn to look at every aspect of the situation or somebody could die. "Good point. Well I guess we have to hope that they get so many faces that they won't remember mine. We also have to hope that you guys can demorph and remorph fast enough so that I don't be made into a controller. With my calculations it takes us roughly five minutes to do one morph. That's a decent amount of time. Ten minutes could be life and death but we also have never tried going from one morph to the other. We are taking a lot of chances and I'm not forcing anybody to do this if you don't want to speak up now."

EMMA:
I just hoped that we could pull this off. "I'm still in. There is no way that I'm backing out of this," I said, completely determined that I would do this and help out my teammates.

TYRESE:
"There's no way I'm not doing this." I said. I needed to find out for sure if this was the real deal I need to save my bro.

SOKKA:
Thinking about the others gave me the shivers. The finding out we might be going into the Yeerk pool just made everything worse. I couldn't back out now they had all said yes. "This is nuts.....but ill do it." It really was nuts. Go from human to lizard, then like five to ten minutes later go back to human then to grizzly bear. I didn't know if I could do it.

EMMA:
I shoved the anxiety creeping into me down. I was not going to back out of this. I turned to Dom, "You sure you're ready for this?" I asked him, whispering.

"As ready as you can be when your going to your possible doom." I smiled at Emma. "I'll be fine you guys just remember not to let me get turned into one of those things." I had confidence in my friends but this was serious.

Mel: I couldn't keep from shakng, but I tried to focus. I just hoped we didn't get caught with no escape. In morph, things were different but with him as a human, he wouldn't be able to morph.
"i guess I'm ready" I said.

EMMA:
I noticed Mel shaking. I put a comforting hand on her shoulder a gave her a comforting glance. Sure, I was nervous too, but I was gonna be there for my new friends. "Okay, I'm ready too."

DOM:
We left the food court together something we would rarely ever do. We acted as if I was the only person who could drive them home. We got to my car and parked it across te street and down a little from the store we were going too. The plan was simple the others would morph lizard and get in my pocket. If this was a place to infest people I would be taken to the Yeerk Pool otherwise is just buy a cast bar. I left my wallet and important stuff in my car except my keys I hid them under a dumpster in only a spot that something small like a rat or lizard could get. I waited for the others to morph and I put their clothes in my car.
TYRESE:
We left the mall and went to a store not to far away from the store we needed to go to. I was going to get small so I didn't have to lose my clothes before I started morphing. I shrunk first like I went from my height to te hight of a lizard standing on two feet. Then I got scales while my eyes changed to the lizard eyes. The tail came next while my teeth and face changed to te face if the lizard. I heard my insides changing and shifting to that of a lizard while my arms and legs did the same. I had never morphed the lizard yet so I wasn't ready for the instincts but I overpowered them easily. Dom picked me up and put me in his left pocket.

EMMA:
After arriving near the store, I took a deep breath. The anxiety was getting to me. I ignored the strong feeling in my stomach and closed my eyes to begin the morph. Naturally my eyes had to open again as my face changed shape. My face bulged out into the shape of the lizards face. Scales grew on my body as I shrunk. A tail grew out from my spine and my organs shifted and changes, resulting in a weird squishing sound. I fell on my front feet, the lizard's mind bubbled up underneath my own, but I was expecting the instincts and squishes them down. <I'm ready Dom,> I called out.

Mel: I smiled at Emma, glad for the gesture of comfort. A few moments later,I morphed too, trying to brace myself for the instincts. I was still wierded out by the changes-the shrinking, my skin turning green, my face pushing out-and was glad I couldn't see myself doing it.
<Ready> I told Dom when I was done.

SOKKA:
I pushed back my worried feelings when we left the mall but they came straight back when we arrived at the store near the actual store we had to get to was. I started the morph, it was one I had done before but the instincts got me. That won't happen again I told myself. Once I was completed morphing Dom picked me up and put me in his right pocket along with Emma. Mel got put in the pocket with Tyrese.
DOM:
I left our hiding spot with four little lizards in my pocket and headed for the store that could be my doom. I didn't think about that though I just kept thinking about what to do once I was inside. I approached the door. Paused then opened it and went in. It looked like a normal store except for the bathroom it was weird the door was metal unlike most bathroom doors and I'm talking one of those you don't get to go in there unless we say so doors. I immediately knew that was the entrance. I went to go grab a candy bar and I heard it a person ask to use the restroom it's an emergency. The clerk hit a button under his desk and the door unlocked you could hear it. I grabbed my candy bar went up to the register and paid for the bar. I opened it and started eating it. Then without moving from the counter I said the words that might get me killed: "Can I use the restroom it's an emergency." He looked me down then said "these pitiful host bodies always eating junk food." Then he unlocked te door and I stepped in. It closed behind me and locked. A stairwell came out of the wall next to the toilet I followed it down and I was in a line for controllers waiting to go feed. I whispered to the others "guys I'm waiting on line and its moving fast you need to go." With that four lizards scrambled out of my pockets and ran off to who knows where.

EMMA:
I scurried away to somewhere dark and quiet. As soon as I could, I slowly started to demorph. When my human eyes appeared, I looked around. There wasn't anyone around. I quickly finished demorphing, and started morphing the Siberian Tiger. My ears climbed to the top of my head while orange and black fur grew on my body. Muscle layered itself on my arms and legs. My knees reversed, sending me onto my newly formed paws. With a sickening squelch later, my organs rearranged themselves. I felt the tiger's mind bubbling up beneath my own. I realized with a start that I haven't ever morphed the tiger before, but that thought was soon pushed from my mind as the instincts kicked in. I breathed in, adorning the different smells. Human was one of the most prominent, but there were other, unfamiliar smells, as well as an odd sound, like water hitting a wall, although it sounded a bit different. Then one of the unfamiliar creatures came near me. It looked like a giant centipede, with four red, jelly-like eyes surrounding a round mouth, layered with rows and rows of teeth. It stood with the upper part of its body erect. The end of the 'feet' were little claws. The tiger considered this creature a threat, and roared loud enough to make any grown man wet his pants. The creature turned to me, a small weapon in one of its upper claws. He fired at me, but I dodged and leapt at the creature, slashing down its side. This caused many other creatures and humans to look my way. Seven foot tall lizards came at me and I attacked them. I had to save my friends. Wait...what? I snapped out of it. Dom! What happened to Dom? I left the battle and ran off, trying to find any of my friends.

Mel: I hated the sights and sounds all over, the cages, the yelling, the crying. I tried to shut it out but it wasn't easy. I skittered to a hidden place and demorphed, then started into battle form. I had several good battle morphs, but this time, I wanted big. I wanted muscle. My body swelled and my skin turned gray. I fell forward onto four legs. My ears grew huge and my feet got like trees. A long trunk grew from my face.
My sight wasn't the best, but I could deal, I just used my size to hit whatever I could. There were humans and aliens, big dinosaur things with long necks and giant bug things. I noticed that squashing the bugs made other bugs start eating them. I tried to find the others nowcin the chaos.

I demorphed to a human. I didn't even need to ponder over what my battle morph would be. I started to morph. I felt my head becoming massively heavy, same with my legs and arms. It iched like crazy when the fur came in, but then came the strength, which was awesome. I had succesfully morphed into the great and powerful grizzly bear. And boy did I want some food. Salmon in particular. But then I heard a loud roar. Sounded like a tiger. Which could mean one of our friends could be in trouble. I ran off in the direction of my teammate, whoever it was.

TYRESE:
I ran as fast as a lizard could to a good enough hiding spot. I demorphed to human losing the vision of the lizard was nice but now my vision needed to change again. I started my morph and immediately my dreads started to change into the mane of the lion. The itching came again as it had before, the fur was thick and gold the color of the king. That's who needed to be here in this wretched place full of screams and weeps and even the occasional sound of laughter from the voluntary hosts. I could hear all this because my ears had moved to the top of my head and were already the ears of the lion. My face was changed now too the whole time i was getting larger. My arms and legs were full of muscle then my knees reversed and I fell forward onto paws? Yeah the huge paws and when I say huge I mean huge. I felt the fangs grow in my mouth then the instincts hit me but I knew what to expect. I pushed it down and heard the roar of the Tiger. I ran as fast as I could into the open and jumped out and let out the only roar on the planet that matches the Tigers. ROOOAAAR!!!! I landed on the nearest Hork-Bajir and dug my fangs into his neck he died slowly. I released my fangs and went on to the next one. They were firing Dracon Beams at me and they hurt the lion just didn't care it knew how to kill. I found the Tiger and jumped on the nearest Hork-Bajir and dug my claws into his head he was dead instantly. I stood next to the tiger pacing. <Whoever this is go find the others and Dom ill take care of these guys.> I hoped the Tiger would do as I said the odds we're my getting better and if more came it wouldn't be able to escape.
DOM:
When the Tiger roared I jumped and so did everything else. I knew my team the tiger was Emma I hoped she could control the morph. Then an elephant started stomping on everything and that's when hell broke loose. I ran to a dark spot dodging Dracon Beams to a small shack. Turns out it was a bathroom well I started morphing as fast as I could I wanted to be strong. The black fur spurted out and my arms tripled in size along with my hands as well. The skin on my hands, feet, chest, and face all turned to leather. I felt the instincts come up it was calm but I wasn't so I slammed through the door and broke out into a run. I ran to the cages and unlocked them before getting shot multiple times. I unlocked four cages and when I was on my fifth I got hit in the back and I saw the laser go through me. I cupped my hands on my wound and fell to my knees bleeding out bad. I directed a thought speech to my friends. <I am hurt bad and I'm buy the cages if you can't get to me in time I understand this is hell....I hope you get out safe I'm going to try to get to a hiding spot and demorph I hope we all escape.> I started crawling away on one hand using my vac feet to drag me along.

EMMA:
While trying to get away from the creatures that I had alerted of my presence, a lion came and jumped on one of the giant lizards and told me to find Dom. I recognized the voice as Ty's and ran off. I started to search for Dom. The line where Dom had stopped was gone, and soon I found a gorilla ripping the locks off of the cages. I was going to help him, but watched in horror as he got shot through with one of those weird beams. I doubled my pace to get to him and help him get to somewhere safe. He told us that he was going to try and find a place to demorph. I ran up to him and stuck my head under his large arm, supporting him as I helped him crawl off.

This, is, chaos. On my way to the tiger a hork-bajir attacked me and I shoved him to the side with my massive bear paw and beat the living daylights out of him. I don't like to kill so I made sure he was just unconscious. I finally got to the spot where I heard the roar and got directions from the lion to find Dom. So I did that, and when I found him(I knew he was the gorilla because gorillas are his favorite animal) I saw a laser shoot right through him. I was shocked and dumbfounded.....and angry. I threw all my morals out the window and started killing everything that looked alien. And boy was I on a rampage. I must've killed 11 of them with ease before I saw a tiger come and help Dom. I ran over to them and led the way, killing anything that came close to the three of us.

EMMA:
I saw a giant grizzly bear come up in front of us, clearing our path of any enemies. <Grizzly! I don't know who you are, but help guide us to a shed of sorts so that Dom can demorph. It doesn't look too good,> I told the bear.

<It's me, Sokka. And ok. Just stick close. He can't take any more damage.>
And so I did what she told me to and led them. Killing anything in my path.

Mel: I came toward them, following the sounds in my head and the scents. Everything was chaos and I knew we probably had to get out soon. I knew there was a gorilla, a lion and a grizzly bear. The gorilla-I wasn't sure who it was- was hurt.
<I'm here too. > I said. i knew even without hearing much that the hurt person needed to demorph. i felt pains in my sides as I got zapped a few times. <Man that hurts, even with this skin.>

DOM:
I was half carried half dragged to a place to demorph by a tiger. I laid on the ground and started to demorph but before I was to far out I used my thought speech. <Guys go get out. Ill catch up to you. We will meet at my car. I closed my eyes and continued to demorph. Once I felt no more pain I was able to stand and tried to find my way out.
TYRESE:
I had killed four Hork-Bajir and two Taxxon before I was over run. My left leg was severed and I was bleeding bad. My mane was nearly all burned off from the dracons. I dropped to the floor and they seemed to be more interested in something else so I was able to try and hide and demorph.

EMMA:
I wanted to argue with Dom, but soon he was lost within the panic. I leapt onto the roof of one if those sheds and pressed myself down low onto the roof. I demorphed and jumped down, landing lightly. The second I could, I followed the crowd to the nearest exit. It just so happened to be the same one that led to the store. I walked out the door and then walked to Dom's car.

I figured there was no stopping Dom so I listened to his directions. After I found a safe spot and demorphed i went to Doms car where I saw emma.
"That was madness."

EMMA:
I just shook my head and looked to the ground. "It was horrible, all those screams..." I trailed off. I shook my head, "I hate it. Those Yeerks. How could anyone do things like that?" I sighed, "I hope the others found a way out."

Mel: I knew I had to denorph. There was no way I could fit through the exit this way. I wanted to open some of the cages but there was no time. i found a place by one of the sheds and demorphed, then tried to blend in snd get to the exit.
I was glad to get to where the others were.
"I am going to have nightmares." I said. How they can do it, I don't know, but they have to be stopped."

EMMA:
I nodde in agreement with Mel. I was definitely going to have nightmares as well. I looked around, "O either of you see Dom or Ty?" I asked, worry evident in my voice.

DOM:
I made my way out of one of the exit I came in through and I was able to sneak out without getting rounded up by the Yeerks like the people in the cages. I made it out of the store because the clerk thought I was a controller still so it worked out in my favor. I calmly walked back to my car and went to get my keys from the hiding spot. When I came back Ty still wasn't there.
TYRESE:
I was able to start demorphing but chaos was still happening and I started to remorph. My injuries were gone so I started remorph the lion. I knew my friends were all getting out but I needed to make sure that they did. Once fully lion again I ran out of my hiding spot and saw the creature that had the Andalite who gave us this power murdered. It was huge but I knew it was the leader and I couldn't get out now. I crept back into the shadows and demorphed I hid for a long time I knew my for ends would be gone by the time I got out.
DOM:
Tyrese never came out we waited and waited until we couldn't wait anymore. Then we left not knowing what had happened to him.

Mel: "Not yet." I shook my head. Dom came out a little later, but we never saw Tyrese. I worried a lot. I knew he could have gotten captured or died in the chaos. I also kept feeling bad that we hadn't managed to save anyone in the process.

EMMA:
I was devastated thatTy didn't come out. We had to hope that he Haden's been caught by the Yeerks. I was so scared for Ty. We all knew what happened down there, but none of us wanted to believe a single money of it. I just wanted to pretend it was all some screwed up dream, but I knew even my imagination wasn't that creative. There was no way I could have dreamed about a angle thing.

TYRESE:
I was able to escape after two hours of being trapped down there. I was able to get out the same way I got in and I morphed and flew home knowong I was going to have nightmares for weeks.
DOM:
I dropped everybody off at home and when I got to my house I broke down and cried because for all I knew I killed my friend.

I was quiet the whole way home. I didn't want to talk after all those monsters I killed, not to mention I had no idea what happened to Ty. When I finally got home I went upstairs and took a long hot shower. Heck that was all I could do. I couldn't think straight at all. It wasn't until I lay in my bed and couldn't fall asleep until I actually started to cry about my dear friend Ty.

Mel: It was hard to do anything at home. I kept seeing everything in my mind and thinking about Ty and Dom. It was hard to sleep and I kept getting afraid I'd have nightmares.

EMMA:
I got home and did anything I was asked to do in autopilot. I took a shower and got ready to go to bed. I went to my room and laid down on my bed, trying not to think of the horrible things I had seen. Eventually I fell into a fitful sleep. But woke up again at about three in the morning from a nightmare that I couldn't remember, although I knew it was from the Yeerk pool. I couldn't fall back asleep after that, so I laid in my bed, wide awake.

Finally. Morning. I could barely sleep last night. I waited for the bus and headed to school.

Mel: I wished I could stay home. I didn't sleep much and had nightmares when I did sleep. I was tired and distracted when I rode the bus to school.

EMMA:
I got up when my alarm went off and got ready for school. I was probably going to fall asleep during most, if not all, of my classes. I sighed as I walked to the school. This was going to be a long day...

DOM:
I didn't sleep at all not even a minute. I was to worried about Ty. He could be dead school was going to be hard without him there. I got out of bed and got dressed almost zombie like and I got in my car and went to school. Ty is in my first period so this day gets to start off bad. I got to class and saw his seat empty and I put my head down to sleep finally.
TYRESE:
I hardly slept the nightmares killed me. I got up and got ready for school I was running late and my bro dropped me off. I went to my locker and I didn't see any of my friends. Dom would be in first period I can see him then. I walked into te classroom ad his head was down I walked past him and patted him on the head and then took my seat he looked at me and shock was on his face. I mouthed the words later and then school started.

Heinkel:I got on my bike,crossing the busy street on morning rush.Rutherford flying high above me,peeking at me from time to time."It will take a year to get to school on this main street."I thought,so I decided to take a shortcut--a former construction site which was only wild grass inside now,and that was how the whole bloody thing started.
WHAM!A steel bar suddenly appeared in front of me and I crashed into it.I fell in the grass a few feet away,and I saw something blue,I stood up and recognized it was a nearly perfect cube,just like a lapis lazuli block from Minecraft.
I picked it up,it's kinda heavy.Rutherford landed on a concerate tube behind me,staring at the blue thing with his sharp falcon-ish vision.
"Maybe someone at school will know what it is......Maybe someone on Facebook?"
I pulled my bike over the steel bar,threw that cube into the bike basket,then head straight for school.

I didn't see anyone else until second period. I was a mess, wanting to sleep but knowing I'd have another nightmare if I did. At the same time, focusing when tired isn't easy either.

I was zoning out in school. I didn't hear anything the teachers were saying. Not to mention I didn't feel like being there. I decided I'd go sit in the school library. I ended up falling asleep when I was there.

DOM:
School went by slow and I mean slow but when I caught up to Ty he filled me in on what happened I also noticed that Kasey wasn't in school today which wasn't really much to worry about but when we called him there was no answer at all. I snuck notes to the others telling them to meet up at my house after school.

Heinkel:School pasts by quickly,When school is nearly finished,I took out that blue thing that was lying in my backpack,stared at it again and again.At the moment my deskmate Dawson turned his head around and saw the cube.At the moment I noticed a strange grayish color flashed in his eyes.
Somehow he makes me disturbed,so I threw it into my backpack again and locked it with my small backpack lock.

I just wanted to go home for a nap after school, but Dom was worried, and we still had trouble. I called home to say I was studying with a friend and started over.

Well stand correct I had a Dracon Beam at my side and a M16 blazing at the infected taxxons dracon beam at the hork-bajir I reached Toby as soon as she was about to be shot by a dracon beam held by a crazy Human Controller but i shred him to pieces "WOHOO!" I shouted. Jake was busy behind me fighting off the Yeerk's controllers that were behind me "Thanks Jake" I said back to him. "No Problem" He shouted back.
