Title: Why can't I delete my own topics?

I just tried to delete a topic or at least that first post but I wasn't allowed.

I don't think you can delete your own topic once someone else has posted in it.

Well that's not right. I should at least be able to delete the post even of the thread will still exist.

If your post embarrasses you that much, then just click EDIT and then delete the text manually.

I agree. Only admins or mods can deleste topics.

no you can delete topics that you made...or at least you could. been a while since I deleted my own topic
