Title: Howdy
Post by: gunterforpresident on August 01, 2015, 09:56:16 AM
Hi guys,

I'm so happy there's still an active community engaged around this series. I'm two semesters away from a master's degree in English Studies (with a concentration in Creative Writing - Fiction). K.A. Applegate is largely responsible for my interest in writing. Fourteen years ago, I began drafting continuation fanfics for the series (none of which ever saw the light of day), and I haven't stopped writing since!

Glad to be here!  ;D

Howdy right back atcha!

Yeah, Animorphs changed a lot of lives for the better.  Or, as K.A. herself once said, "I'm so sorry for getting you into writing.  I should have just sold you crack."

That quote is hilarious and has an interesting if depressing double meaning... Writing, like crack, is addictive... Writing, like crack, can ruin your life if you take things too far...

Ha!

Hello I'm Quaf ;)

Do you like waffles?

Dylan, I'm disappointed you haven't already asked this question. I'm disappointed in everyone for not asking that question. But mostly, I'm disappointed in myself for not being able to spell disappointed without auto correct.
