Title: How do you go about getting a ban removed?

See, I was redirected to this site by my friend, formerly Darth Zakryn, and he says that the many inquiries he and others have made towards the mods have been unanswered. How do you go about getting a ban removed? He IS quite repentant and realizes he made a mistake.

Maybe send a pm to Richard. Most other mods aren't on too much anymore.
